The hotel restaurant and the staff are excellent. Only one star because the room don’t get oxygen from outside. Window not able to open. After two nights you fell exhausted !

If everything was working properly.

We had a 6 hour delay at the air port due to the Microsoft mishap, so we arrived to the hotel around 1am. Jonas was the receptionist that night and he helped us to get the shuttle from the air port to the hotel ans check us in fast and simple. The only if was that some of their power plants were not working so the lobby and restaurant area was hot and some of the elevators didn't. I arrived on Monday to to leavf my vehicle in the hotel for my flight and I had lunch at the restaurant, I ordered arrachera well done and it didn't looked well done and the meat was hard and chewy which surprised me because they have good meat in Monterrey.

Overnight in Monterrrey

Stayed for an overnight. Hotel is just by the airport. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and it was about a 4 minute ride for $200 pesos. Ubers were charging about $340 pesos for the same ride. The room was clean and spacious. We ordered room service, and the food was great and was delivered to our room in less than 20min. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport. We just did not know about it when we got there. Great for a quick stay.

Stuffy room in dire need of maintenance

The hotel is in bad maintenance. The carpet border was coming off the wall. The entire room felt stuffy and smelled of dirty carpet. The climate control was not working (room overheated) and the windows locked up, even though the design of them was meant to be openable.
The staff and service was very good, I can't complain about that.

The place is exceptionally clean people are very cautious of the COVID-19 property was great but cheap tickets did not tell me that the pool was closed and nearly all amenities were closed down due to the COVID-19 I asked for possible discount because of this but they advised me that wasn’t an option. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

This was a one night stay because we had an early flight out in the morning so we picked this hotel because it was close to the airport. We did not expect it to be so nice for the price. They even had a shuttle to take us to eat and go the the airport. The room was very nice. The outside looked like they were putting new stucco but that did not affect the stay as the inside was very nice. What we found to be really nice was that we checked out early because we had a 6am flight but we missed the flight and had to take a 3pm flight. We called the hotel and they had the shuttle pick us up at the airport and they let us have the key back and let us stay in the room we had just ckecked out of earlier and then took us back to the airport. Now that is service. Thank you staff.

Having stayed in the airport hotel strip several times i tried the Crown as several colleagues recommended it. My stay was frustrating mix of very good and not so good.

Sent to a dirty, occupied room to start.
Hotel was under renovation with styrofoam snow everywhere outside and lots of noise during the day. (Don't think they changed the rate)
Although hotels.com said breakfast was included the hotel refused to honor that.
Room service did not replace bottled water and didn't clean room until very late in the day while i was on the room

Clean and Comfortable!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. They offered a USD-MXD exchange at the front desk. WE had breakfast each morning and it was delicious- they even made my eggs just the way I like them - and I am picky!
The only downfall is that the temperature in the entrance and restaurant was very warm. The AC worked great in our room, so as soon as we finished eating, we would go back up upstairs while waiting for our ride. In all fairness though, this seems to be very common in Mexico.

Great Hotel

The hotel was very nice with great staff. It is located close to the airport so we were able to leave our luggage and watch one last movie at a great mall area less than 10 minutes away and come back with more than enough time for our flight that evening. Great way to maximize our vacation day!

unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was broken and the heat didnt work. My room was so cold - i woke up at 3am frozen. The staff was super friendly and tried to fix it, but it broke again. I had every blanket i could find on and was still cold. They should have moved me into a different room.

The best check in EVER!

The from check in help me check into a room at 10:00am after having my flight canceled the night before. Could not have waited or stayed awake for the 3PM standard check in. This Hotel was ideally located close to the Hotel and super clean and comfortable.

Not worth the price and different than other Crown

My Room was not completely clean. One of the trash cans had trash on it when I arrived. The Bathroom need shelves inside the shower. I had to put the soap and the shampoo in the floor. A plus will be a minibar and microwave.

Hotel is convienent for business conducted near the airport. Other than food at hotel is fair to poor. The water in the shower smells bad, and for whatever reason the bath towels smelled like Mexican food.
