I booked a stay and park for 8 days package. Very convenient to walk to the airport, 5 minutes to the departures area. Hotel clean, nice food in the restaurant, friendly staff. The room was a decent size, clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean but the decor a little tired. Shower over the the bath.
The parking is very tight and very busy. It seemed we got the last space available.

The room was perfect—clean, comfortable beds for me and the children, just what we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable.
However, I was disappointed to have to pay £10 per night to park my car, totaling £30 for three nights. I understand charging for parking for guests using the car park to fly from East Midlands Airport, but for guests staying at the hotel for the full duration, this feels unfair. Hotel guests should not have to pay the same parking fees as non-guests.

The room felt very dirty like it had been cleaned a little! The bed was okay and seemed the safest place. Until when we were up for the early flight we saw sweaty hand marks on the head board of the bed!

Bathroom was clean ish. No soap, shower gel. Luckily we were flying aboard and was able to use our own!

Check in Staff need to learn their left from rights. Send us all the way round the trees and house to get to our room.

When we left to go get a drink. Noticed you leave the room on the left and a left again and your by reception!

Would I stay here again. Maybe…… if I have another early flight.

A little disappointed with description. Not possible to walk with suitcase at night from airport to this hotel, even though it is close. £16 in a taxi for a two minute ride! Breakfast very understocked. No fruits, yoghurts etc left or replenished.
Room size compact. Rooms numbered very unusually. Everything was ok but not better than a Premier Inn.

Note folks there is no lift in the hotel

I now realise having read the small print that there is no lift. I arrived at around 9.45 on 05/09/2025 with a handbag, small cabin bag and 20kg case. At 68 I consider myself quite fit but after a loing day on my return from a holiday in Italy and a walk down from with my suitcase from arrivals I found it rather daunting to have to find this out.

I had also notified the hotel in advance that I would be arriving at around 21:30 and was surprised to be told there were NO ground floor rooms available and the to be allocated room 188 which couldnt have been much further away from reception. Thank heavens a young lady called Emma popped up out of nowhere and assisted with taking my 20kg suitcase up the stairs. The young gentleman on reception didnt seem to bothered! Emma is a star.

The bed was amazing and I had a great nights sleep. Only other comment I have is having to wear glasses which I dont do in the shower, it would have been great to have a little notice explaining how to use the shower. Similar to the one telling you to make sure the shower curtain is in the bath.

The vibes were great and bed comfy.
Only downside is that the shampoo and wash… use your own. Smelt of wee and when opened full of fungus and black spots. Not cleaned in a while even though used daily. otherwise great sty.

Came to stay for a wedding here it was clean and staff were polite. How ever when i booked i asked if it was cash/card to get drinks etc which they said yes we take both. On getting our first drink before the wedding we was attending to be told it was card only. I was very annoyed by this as CASH IS KING. Luckily i had taken my card but really didnt want to be using it. I think for a wedding to be held there they should take both types of payment as not everyone wants to pay by card. Other than taht we had a great stay

An hotel you definitely want to stay in again.

My visit to that specific hotel was it was in close proximity to everywhere I needed to travel during my stay. The hotel staff were indeed very polite and helpful. Bearing in mind that the hotel is located right next to the East Midlands Airport. The hotel food and bar prices were terrific given the quality of the produce and wonderful service. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was spotless. I do intend to return later this year and this hotel will be my first choice as to where to stay.

Location, location, location

It's location right outside the airport makes it the ideal choice when departing early or arriving late. The online check-in meant that I literally just picked up my key at reception and was in my room within 5mins of leaving the airport building.
