Zero stars!!!! Don't do it!!! Feb 2,2026 I booked a 1 king size standard room. I live over two hours away and arrived Feb 14,2026 at 11:45am for a 12:00pm check in. I was charged $10 for garage parking at the time of check in. I arrived early for an event we had later around 6pm. We go up to our room and it is NOT the room from the pictures. Our room was so small. The TV was small and didn't have service!! I informed the front desk and the maintenance worker said that the whole side of room had been out for 1 week without TV!!!! I was mad!! What to do for 6 hours after a long drive!!! So I decided I would iron my clothes for the evening. Well there's no irons. I called front desk and the provided me with an iron that ruined my clothes due to the old smelly water it had in the iron. It smelled horrible and messed up my outfit for the evening. Don't get me started on the bathroom, there was mold. The whole room had a smell of old buildings. I'm not sure how they haven't got shut down by the health department due to the dirtiness and health issues it can cause. NEVER STAY HERE

However, the mattress squeaked a lot and the bed itself was uncomfortable, so I had back pain and didn’t sleep well. It was also disappointing that there was no microwave and no coffee provided. I booked and paid for a non-smoking room at Garden Suites, but it was obvious as soon as I walked in that the room had been smoked in previously. The smell was overwhelming and lingered in everything — my clothes, my luggage, even my CPAP machine.
The hotel was fully booked, so I couldn’t be moved, and management didn’t offer any kind of credit or compensation. I expected a clean, smoke-free environment as advertised, and instead left with the exact opposite. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be staying here again.

The extra sink in the bedroom area did not work at all. Did not like that we were charged for parking although it was covered parking and decently lit. The surrounding area around the hotel did not appear very safe but we did not feel unsafe once inside. There was a nice size refrigerator and a safe in the room. The air-conditioning unit worked fine. The lobby restaurant is independent from hotel and does not open until 11 AM which is after checkout.

last minute stay for my trip. Location is busy but very easy to catch a lyft, waymo and is very close to the metro lines! parking is underneath the building and very safe. Room was a bit different from the photos but i believe it was renovated since it looked much nicer! Staff was also very kind :) I recommend staying here!

Last minute stay for us. This was a great location and a beautiful hotel and an easy Uber/Lyft to do nightlife things. The room was immaculate, beds were cozy, and the parking garage was big enough to find easy, safe parking. There’s also a grocery store across the street, which was very convenient!

The hotel was surprisingly nice, especially given the area, which was a pleasant shock. The room itself was incredibly small, with barely 2 feet of clearance on three of four walls—a tight squeeze through a short hallway to the restroom. The pillow covers were tarnished and dirty, which was disappointing, but overall, everything else was kept clean. The bed tilted oddly when sitting on the corner, yet it was still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. It’s manageable for just one night if you're heading to a show at the Wiltern, but I definitely wouldn’t want to stay longer. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a comforting touch in such a cramped space.

The room was hot when we entered because the air conditioner was off, when we turned it on, the bottom latch opened and large chunks of blackened, wet residue fell out and onto my bed. The tv was unplugged and took nearly 30 minutes to boot up, and the remote control was covered in a very sticky substance. The room was not very clean and came with little to no amenities. The beds were very uncomfortable as were the pillows, resulting a tiring, restless night for me. Beware of the surrounding areas of the hotel, very dirty with heaps of trash. Just overall not satisfactory. Very disappointing, I will never make the mistake of staying here again.
