Amazing hotel run by the family. Very accommodating and friendly all the time. Clean rooms and very big lots of space. Big comfortable bed. The air condition was working well. Great location close to the beach and nice restaurants. I would definitely come back to stay at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing every day. They made it fresh, lots to choose from the menu. Well worth the money and more. Don’t stay at the J Hotel it’s a dump. Stay here it’s 300 times better.

We stayed for 8 nights in a ground-floor superior room. At first, we were a bit disappointed with the shabby terrace facing a stone wall, but the room itself was spacious and nicely presented.

Unfortunately, we experienced a couple of uncomfortable situations. On two occasions, two different boys was standing outside our room looking into our room, which made us feel unsafe. We reported this to the staff, and it did not happen again.

We also had an issue with a strong sewage smell from the toilet. The staff responded and added something to reduce the odor, which helped somewhat.

The walls were quite thin, so we could hear conversations from the neighboring room. But the reception staff were friendly and helpful, although some of them had limited English skills.

Overall, the hotel itself was ok, but safety concerns and odor issue unfortunately affected our stay.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff is super friendly. Room needs minor repairs like balcony door handle was loose and towel rod was loose. Biggest complaint is the room power depends on the key, your only given one, and the AC takes a while to cool the room after you've been out.

The Lalisa Hotel is in a very good location in Ao Nang. It’s off the Main Street slightly so there was no load noise at night. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and well taken are of. We did not go for breakfast at the hotel so we have no comment on that. One issue we had was that the tv didn’t work. This wasn’t a big deal because we don’t spend much time in the room however, it is nice to put it on prior to going to bed. Otherwise, the hotel was good.

I am so happy I chose this hotel, it’s not a 5* but more than makes up for that with the staff who work there. Their friendliness and attention to making your holiday great is worth double what you pay. Rooms are large, clean and serviced well. Location is perfect! 5 minutes from beach and restaurants to suit every taste. I will certainly return

Great location, nice staff, but room was dirty and not cleaned properly in a while - sheets were very dirty - stained with many red spots in some areas, black smears in others. room there was mold on the ceiling. And no proper vacuuming was evident by the loads of dust under bed, we found after dropping something.
I covered myself with a towel in the night, because we found our late and had to sleep, Shower was tidy evidently old but overall well kept.

Again, staff were very nice and since we found out very late - I didnt bothet informing them. We just dealted with it.

Water was warm at the hottest but that was fine with us.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay very much. Loved the location as we just needed to walk down the street and we were in the heart of the action. The hotel does not have an elevator so you must be able to walk up 4 floors if ever your room is on this floor. Pur room was facing the garden side so it was very quiet
Nice balcony to be able to sit in the morning. The AC works well but it continuously goes on and off all night. They would need to get this looked at or replace the unit.

The staff at Lalisa was excellent to deal with. The hotel itself is dated and could use some newer fixtures. Our shower had some mouldy tiles but it was kept clean. Our mattress was not the best. They had quite a bit of issues with the Internet but did get new routers while we were staying there. It is a bit noisy but the back rooms are better if you can request one. Less street noise.
It was very close to the beach and the busy downtown core so that was a positive.

The Lalisa is a nice friendly hotel that is very comfortable. The room was big and clean with a nice balcony and view over Ao Nang. The hotel is also very good value for money. Tip - try and get a room on floor 2 as there is no lift! They also offer car parking which is a great benefit.

Amazing location!! This place is right in the heart of ao nang beach. Beautiful view from the room. The staff is so friendly and helpful giving us tips on things to do and good restaurants. Air conditioning was great and beds were comfortable :) We were extremely happy about our 2 day stay here. Lots of things to do nearby.

I was in a room on the first floor. There was a sliding glass door opposite the entrance, but couldn't open hat Dr because tee was an active one sewer right next to it, and the veranda of a house beyond that. No other window or even skylight. Felt like never being in the room.

There is an exhaust fan in the bathroom that wasn't functional resulting in smell.

The AC had a mind of its on - would work half the time and won't cool otherwise.

Saw a cockroach running in the room and swiftly disappeared in the crack of a loose partially rotten baseboard.
A single mosquito kept othering for two nights and stung me on my face and hands during the night. Nevertheless I celebrated my victory by scoring a clean shot on my final day.
The ladies at the front desks were very nice and always greeted with smile. Room cleaning done every day with fresh towels and complementary water bottles. There is a medium size refrigerator in room but badly rusted and in need of serious painting. The rusted refrigerator adds to the cheapness.

1人で2泊予約をし、居心地コスパ場所の全てが良かった為2泊延泊しました。施設は古く、エレベーターがなくシャワーの水圧が少し低い。
が、アオナンビーチすぐ、周りにお店がたくさんあり遅くまで賑やかで安心できる。受付の人は親切で優しくいつも居てくれる。部屋は広くバルコニーがついていて癒される。

Great place to Stay

This is a very nice friendly hotel which offers accommodation at a very reasonable price. I have stayed there many times and will surely do so again. The room is comfortable and clean with good aircon. There is no lift so try and get a room on the 2nd floor. A big plus is that you can (sometimes) park your car at the hotel - a definite plus in Ao Nang.

I booked the Lalisa Hotel when I needed somewhere to stay for the night in Ao Nang. The cost was good and the reviews were good so I booked it. The room was comfortable and clean. I was on the 4th floor which meant that I had to walk up many stairs - exercise is good for you. It is in an extremely convenient locatio. Would certainly stay there again

It is a cheap stay with an overlooking sea view if you are in the too floor. Book on the 4th floor and go to the balcony for an amazing view of Ao nang. Very recommended.

クラビBT行きのバス停も近い。ライレイビーチ行きのチケット売りも徒歩圏内。近くに高級レストランもあるが，安いタイ料理を食べさせるレストランの集合体がある。ピーピー島から移動したが，到着ピアーには，公共乗り物がなく，タクシーしか無かった、アオナンまで300Bした。

Amazing hotel and you can’t beat the location. Just back from the main road, so little noise from the rooms which is great. Daily housekeeping available, and the ladies on the desk are always there to talk to.

Great staff and location - but external loud music

Extremely helpful friendly staff. Unfortunately it's right next to a metal working shop which can be noisy during the day. Then at at night the penetrating bass music coming from a bar across the road at night until 1am, seems to reverberate throughout the hotel. Not the hotels fault but be warned!

Cons:
Deposit of 500 baht is required on check in, old AC with mounted in wall control panel and controls you don't understand because of lack of captions.

The hotel is very close to Ao nang beach and within walking distnce to Nopparat beach depending on how fit you are.

It is also walking distance to Centerpoint which is the main bar area.

The staff have difficulty understanding english. So you have to be patient with them.
The electrical out lets were falling off the wall and sometimes exposed. Which is a safety hazard.

The beds were ok.
The best part of the hotel is the proximity to most amenities.

Great Hotel in Ao Nang.

Location, location, location!

This hotel is close to everything but very quiet as it is set back from the main road.
The beach is only a 5 Minute walk away.
Will stay here again.
