I booked the superior king ocean facing unit circa 51sqm with balcony. As a frequent traveller, the room was fine and clean. Let down was the shower fitting which was loose due to time and low pressure. It's a 5 star brand with the amenities but mediocre experience for a USD 300 per night.

This is a lovely resort with a nice swimming pool and a beautiful beach. We stayed in a two-bed room, which was spacious and well furnished. The balcony chairs were very comfortable and made the sea view even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was good, and the dining area offered plenty of seating options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only issue that affected our comfort was the air conditioning in the room — even on the lowest fan setting, the airflow was still too strong and couldn’t be adjusted to a gentler level.

Resort and staff were both really nice, and the free breakfast was incredible. The restaurants at the resort are very pricey, but you can easily find other options at the nearby Grand World or in the city.

Excellent hotel amazing friendly service, clean rooms, well appointed, and excellent resort landscaping and perfectly kept grounds. Excellent breakfast selection. Beach needs to be kept cleaner, whilst was quite well maintained directly in front of the property close surroundings were very polluted and lots of piles of rubbish. I understand that’s not within the direct control of the resort though it needs to be addressed if your trying to attract tourists. There was some ongoing cleaning being done on the beach so obviously some efforts are being made which are positive.

Absolutely Stunning Hotel

This is a very beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. The food is delicious, but you will pay resort prices for it. They have an extensive option of food choices for the breakfast, which does come with the room. The only cons are two: 1) It is way away from water excursions and the rest of the island. This means that you have to pay to go almost anywhere. 2) If you go during the rainy season(March-September) there will be very few days that they will allow you to swim in the ocean. We were there for 5 days, and only got to swim 1 day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort.

Loved the pool area and beach , this really makes this hotel .
Rooms are very comfortable but a bit soulless and bland .
Your really limited to eating at hotel as nothing around this place , far out of town .
the restaurant on the beach was great during the day with good food , but limited choice in evening and very expensive.
The bigger restaurant inside hotel main building was fabulous for breakfast , best choice and quality I’ve ever had , but eating here in the evening felt like you were eating in a food court with the bright lighting , though the choices of food were quite good .
Really nice staff though in both restaurants, they engage in conversation and are very friendly and chatty which makes a huge difference.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights

This hotel needs to be investigated

View from the hotel is stunning. The hotel is okay. The hotel architecture inside is like hall way, but the employees are very nice. The room was dirty so I asked them to change the room, they did and when I asked for an extra blanket the blanket had a hole.

To the family who is going to stay in this hotel special have a kid when you go to the kids play room. The staff will ask kids to draw color for free and then when you are busy on your own they will suddenly without parents permission they will ask kids Choose any kind of doll then after that ask us to pay an extra money. This is supposed to first ask the parents before they let them do it. This needs to be investigated.

Swimming pool water is so dirty. I don't know how many days they didn't clean the water. My daughter got sick because of the pool water. Very terrible.. We have to go to an emergency. We were supposed to check out on Sunday, but we checked out on Friday early in the morning. Stay at another hotel.

This is a paradise not a hotel.

There are only good and great things to talk about this place. The best resort in Phu Qouc Island by far.

Every staff is courteous, energetic and customer focused. Lavish pools and stunning beach. Hotel rooms are immaculate. Room service is top notch. Breakfast is awesome and a food marathon with zillion of specialties. Food haven.
Child friendly to the best. They have a great kids club.

Free shuttles from airport to hotel. Reserve it in advance.Free shuttles to the Grand World Market.

Chef Vincent and Chef Tung very accommodating and will make you feel special with mouth watering dishes we being vegetarian. VY and Vivivian at the dinner check out were amazing with great customer service and details. Queen helped our 7 year old daughter all during the stay and were very caring. There is a DJ playing your favorite tracks in the evening at the beach and also nice soothing music at dinner.

We had dinner and breakfast always the hotel as it great value for money and quality which is top notch.

Overall a great experience and something to remember for rest of our life.

Beautiful beach front resort which actually looked just like the photos. Great ocean view from the room with a balcony. Everything was very clean and seemed new. The staff were kind and professional. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool. Daily breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The free shuttle to and from the airport was extremely convenient.

Hotel was nice, staff were friendly. We had a room overlooking the pool which was very nice. The spa facilities was great. Location was a bit further out from the main township of Phu Quoc, however if you wanted to just relax this is the place to be.

Great hotel - but not 5 star quality

Wonderful hotel with amazing views.

However the overall service is lacking that of an actually 5 star hotel.

On our first night we went to have some dinner at 8:10 in the beach club as the sign said dinner was until 9:30 , we were then told food stopped at 8pm.

We then went to the other restaurant- both have the exact same food menu with no variety between them.

All ordering is done via QR code on the table - a lot of information is missing in terms of details on it. There are 2 drinks packages you can buy when you scan the QR code but it doesn’t provide any info to what is actually included.

On our second night we had dinner at the beach club. My food came down 15 minutes before my parters & our drinks didn’t come until half way through the meal.
The waiter also spilled water all over our table when pouring our glasses and didn’t bother to clean it up.

The hotel has a shop onsite which the price is reasonable, however I don’t feel a mandatory service charge being added in the shop when buying water & snacks is needed ?

€7 for 750ml of water when sitting out by the pool is also a complete rip off.

The room was great but due to the poor service I don’t think I would return.

Good option if you like peace!

The hotel is sat on really nice grounds, right on a really nice, clean beach, the pool is fantastic.

We stayed in the two-bed villa which was incredible and really spacious with two private pools, right on the beach. The staff were generally friendly and the chef had created a special vegetarian menu for us, which was really appreciated.

The hotel only had one restaurant operational at any given time, this was a shame, given the size of the hotel and no other restaurants within walking distance. They should definitely have three or four restaurants with different themes/cuisines. Service was also quite slow if the food was not pre-booked. We were also charged USD 80/night for a camp bed which was too high.

All in all a fantastic hotel, in the north of Phu Quoc (so near Vinwonders) but far from everything else so great for a quiet break with family.

If you like new hotels, Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc is an excellent choice. All facilities and the beach are very clean. Enjoyed true hospitality from the Staff. Dining options are great and the breakfasts were fantastic. Enjoyed the lapping pool all to myself. Stayed for 3 nights. Nicely designed building and interiors.

L’hôtel est magnifique et impressionnant par sa taille, avec une vue absolument sublime sur la mer.
Les chambres sont très spacieuses, modernes et entièrement rénovées. Elles sont superbes, extrêmement confortables et d’une propreté irréprochable.
La piscine est immense et parfaitement aménagée : aucun problème pour trouver des transats, il y a toujours de la place, ce qui est très appréciable.
La restauration est tout simplement exceptionnelle, avec un subtil mélange de cuisines occidentales et vietnamiennes, parfaitement sublimées par les chefs. Chaque repas a été un vrai régal.
L’hôtel est très calme, propice au repos, avec un personnel attentionné, disponible et aux petits soins.
Nous avons vécu un moment parfait de calme et de détente dans un cadre absolument splendide. Une expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Det var virkelig et skønt ophold på 14 dage. Vi havde det dejligste værelse med udsigt til skov og strand. Det var dejlig privat på altanen, da der ingen indkig var fra hverken naboer eller gående. Buffeten både morgen og aften, kunne dog godt forbedres, men personalet var hjælpsomme og venlige. Alt i alt en rigtig god ferie oplevelse.

CHECK-IN動線須整改

入住時有兩條排隊道，前面也都還有客人。當我與家人先抵達排隊時，反而是後面抵達的其他客人先CHECK-IN，不是很理解這個動線。在當下櫃台服務人員應要告知後面抵達的客人CHECK-IN先後順序，而不是還需要客人開口詢問為何自己先抵達卻要比別人晚CHECK-IN。或者CHECK-IN人數多的時候需引導先抵達的客人在旁邊座位區等待順序。
