When I booked the stay, breakfast was included. When I got to hotel, breakfast was not included as they had a Starbucks counter. The room was good enough. We did hang out in the lobby so our group was fun to hang with.

I booked 4 rooms and requested adjoining and they happily accommodated! They had us on the first floor, perfect with our crazy kids running between families rooms. The hotel was fully booked yet every time we took the kids to the pool it was just us there which was awesome! The kids (and adults) had a great time playing in the pool, the deep end is only 4’9” so it was perfect for all the kids! The Bistro was great for breakfast and the sitting area really allowed our party of 13 to sit together AND have a baby on a blanket on the floor. Really, we had a great stay here and would absolutely stay here again.

I arrived after midnight and the room smelled like smoke and was worse once the fan was turned on. I was too tired to go back to the front desk so I just went to bed. In the morning, the shower water pressure not great. When I noted the smoke smell in the morning, they seemed to acknowledge it like it was a known issue there and I was offered a free breakfast.

The room and bathroom were clean but the bathroom plumbing was noisy and showed signs of rust. The hall carpets were stained. I’m sure if we came back in a few months it would be much different

This is a fairly typical hotel, nothing too exciting. However, check in was at 3, and of course there was a line (3 weddings using the same hotel for arrangements). Extremely slow check in with only one staff working, and was told the room may not be ready yet. Add in that at checkout (which we did an hour early to avoid lines), there was one staff working and a ridiculously long line. The staff were very friendly, especially the woman on the night shift, but they were clearly understaffed.

House keeping never came during our two day stay.
There was a non identifying broken door that slammed on my boyfriend’s hand and he ended up getting a 2 inch laceration on his finger receiving 4 stitches.
There was a faulty fan in the basement that was smoking burning plastic and at 4 AM the fire alarm was triggered and the fire department did not come for 45 minutes.

It was a nice enough room and seemed clean however there were a couple of stains on the sofa arm rest and ottoman. Breakfast is not supplied. For the rate they charge it is way overpriced. I have booked similar rooms for around half of the cost AND breakfast was included. I would assume it is the area.

The hotel informed me as I tried to check in at 7 pm that they had cancellled my reservation and that they had sent an email. Sure enough there was an email- sent at 5:30 pm on check in day. No suggestion of any other place to stay even though there’s a sister property right up the road

I didn’t get any sleep from the horrible smell and itchy eyes/skin. Someone from the hotel staff claimed the black stains in the toilet and shower were from hard water. Hard water definitely does not cause black stains and the gag-worthy smell.
