The hotel was ok room didn't have dressing table so awkward to do makeup/hair walls this could here every word from people next door. Room was accessible but had a bath which was not suitable I had to help mum get in and out. Breakfast we assumed was included which was a mistake but hotel werei inflexible and charged us for this . There was limited choice for continental and cooked although food was good not a lot of choice. Can't see me coming back there are much better places nearby

The room was great. Great shower. And there was a bar attached to the hotel where there was live music so that was appreciated.

The downside is the hotel was in the middle of a strip mall which was not obvious in the photos. The river was nowhere in sight as it was across the road from the strip mall and so our view was the parking lot and corporate stores. It just felt very American and not like the rest of the cute stays we had been having during our trip. Perhaps we just didn’t read the description well.

It was a convenient location for visiting the giants causeway and carrick-a-rede so that was good and the stay itself was good.

A nice clean and modern hotel with good car parking and helpful staff. The location is good for visiting other destinations on the north coast, if you have a car..The price was very reasonable for the area and the breakfast and dinner good. The bar also looked good, but we didn’t buy any drinks.

Our bedroom and bathroom were immaculate and the reception staff were very friendly too. The hotel is very conveniently located for travellers accessing the North of Ireland (the Giant's Causeway and the Carrick a Rede ropeswing and walk), or for travel via Belfast port or airport.

However, the handy location and convenience does come with some noise from the shopping complex on the same site and dual carriageways nearby. We also wondered whether the internal hotel room doors could be fitted with some sort of soft-close mechanism, to help minimise the sound of doors slamming late at night and early morning. We didn't eat at the Bistro next door so can't comment on that, but it is very handy for those who check in late or who want a breakfast.

We stayed with our Dog. Place is very clean, friendly staff, nice decor and very comfortable bed. Delicious food and cocktails in the restaurant/bar. Self service breakfast buffet was small, but you had everything you need, teas, coffees, bread, pastries, yoghurts, fruit salad, juices. And the best thing was the breakfast menu, where you could order anything from full breakfast, kids meals and my favourite avocado, smoked salmon, eggs, even pancakes. It was a very good breakfast meal. Very happy and would recommend. Great parking too. We drove to Giant’s Causeway from the hotel (about an hour) and to the beach nearby which was about 30 minutes drive.

We didn’t take in the breakfast except
For the first day when it was given to us complimentary. Chose to go to tim hortons next door as we missed our Canadian coffee.
Beds were the best ones in our 21 day trip and 9 different hotels. Only complaint I had was that the people staying above us were a circus with kids being very noisy until 10 pm. I had spoken to the front desk person but nothing changed. Otherwise our most comfortable stay in the 3 week drive around Ireland.

The bathroom fan did not work which we reported twice to staff with no resolve. When the shower was used it left every surface in the room wet including walls and suitcases. The hair dryer you had a button for the entire use and it wasn’t powerful. The hot water in tub had excellent pressure and temperature control. The breakfast was great and so were the staff.
