Great place to stay in Barcelona! The staff were all so helpful with recommendations and helping us stay an extra day due to the weather. Everyone we met who worked at the hotel was friendly and seemed glad to be there. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the location is superb, just right off La Rambla and close to everything fun to do in the city. One staff person uploaded recommendations to our phone through Google Maps, and it was very helpful to have as we walked through the city and decided where to eat. We would certainly stay here again!

Excellent small hotel with about 30 rooms. Excellent service, breakfast included, and hospitality with option to make changes on-site despite prepaid online reservations by major agencies. Just be aware that its location, on a busy pedestrian road in Gothic district, can make some rooms noisy at night. I enjoyed the hotel immensely despite some of the nigh noise.

But what made the stay here excellent was actually the staff - they were courteous and helpful in providing a list of activities and neighborhoods to stroll. My stay was super easy as a first timer in Barcelona, so I highly recommend staying at Casa Pince. Extra perk - they have a round the clock (doesn’t close from 3-5P) restaurant with really delicious meals!

Was perfect for my long weekend in Barcelona. Close to many attractions and a few minutes walk to the metro. Access from the airport was simple via public tranport (about 30min, <10€). Rooms a bit small but spotless.

The hotel itself is dated and dirty. Not properly cleaned,water in shower wasn’t hot at all as was the water pressure was too low. It’s a bare minimum hotel; we only saw 2 staff members which would be at the front desk, no phone in our room to call down for any requests. We saw a guy who appeared to work there refilling the complimentary glass water bottles that were in the rooms from a hose 😬 not sure what the sanitation process was but it didn’t look good.

We stayed here to be in the old town and near Las Ramblas and the room itself was very nice. Our room on the second floor had a very tiny balcony that was cute, but just looked out over a small walkway. We were traveling with friends who's rooms were facing the front of the building which they said was extremely noisy in the early morning as delivery trucks would come to drop off things to the businesses near by.
If you REALLY want to be in the Gothic Quarter, this hotel may be for you, but we found it difficult to get home from Sagrada Familia in a cab as the driver didn't know how to get us close enough to drop us off. And the area around the hotel was very touristy and not as quaint as I'd hoped.
You'd do better to be a little farther away from the beach and Las Ramblas unless you really want to be in the loud and busy part of town.
We didn't hate our stay, but would not stay in that area again.

My stay started with confusing communications from the front desk at the outset of the stay. I messaged them in advance to say I was landing early and to see if I could check in early - they sent me a pre-canned message that made it sound like it was first come first serve for early check in. I found out after my 10 hours of travel overnight + traffic in Barcelona that rules are rules and that checking in early is never a possibility, and how dare I assume otherwise. After weeks and weeks of nonstop travel for work and arriving to Barcelona at 7am (the only nonstop from NYC on my airline), I was told I couldn’t check in until 3pm and that the bathroom was down the hall. If I had known this in advance I would have made other plans and done my accommodation differently. I tried to ask the question in advance and basically a human with a copy and paste button responded, it was incredibly disrespectful and not what I would expect of those in hospitality.
Not to mention I was given a room in the nosiest part of the building…sandwiched between an elevator, the cleaning staff area and across from construction. The room was clean but it wasn’t worth the money in my opinion. There are more thoughtful, better places to stay in Barcelona.
Overall really displeased with my experience and won’t be coming back.

Everything was great and check in was easy. I do wish the shower partition was larger, half the bathroom was soaked every time we showered but I did love the shower head and water pressure.

This didn’t feel like a 3-star stay. The interior rooms were tiny with no windows, so I paid extra for a balcony room—still noisy. The sheets made me itchy, and even after they were changed, it didn’t help. On the plus side, it’s walking distance to restaurants and museums, and the staff were warm and friendly. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here agaIn.

I recently stayed at Casa Pince hotel and overall, it was a nice experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the positive vibe of the place.
As a 3-star hotel, it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and the quality of the renovated room. However, I did find it quite noisy at night, as it feels like you're living right on the street. The early morning cleaning started at 8 AM, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Overall, I would recommend Casa Pince for its great location and friendly staff, but be prepared for some noise!

The hotel is in a fantastic location (Gothic Quarters) near the beach and plenty of amazing restaurants (fast food and fancy) and incredible dessert spots. The room was super clean, comfortable and you can tell they put a lot of thought into it as it had tooth brushes, shower caps, slippers…anything you might need! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their restaurant is delicious and you get 30% off for being a guest. I’m planning to come back next year! Thank you Casa Pince!

One feedback point is that it would be great if the shower are were to be fully enclosed, the shower door only covered half of the shower enclosure leading to water flowing out of the shower which had to be mopped.

Casa Pince is a very cute boutique hotel nestled in the gothic quarter. The staff were very friendly and held our luggage for us as we arrived early in the morning after getting off a cruise and our room wasn’t ready for check-in. The room was better than expected, extremely clean, and we appreciated the wine we received for booking with Expedia. The 5th floor terrace was a nice touch but the views weren’t great. There were tables and it was nicely appointed. My husband smoked a cigar up there and I had a glass of wine. We were able to walk everywhere and it was a nice location far enough from busy Las Ramblas. The gentleman working the front desk also called and got us a cab to pick us up in front of the hotel upon check out to head to the airport. I’d highly recommend this hotel!
