The bedding was not cleaned. Where my skin touched the pillow area, I developed hives. I have to add a T shirt on top of the pillow to reduce the allergy reaction. The amenities was not changed. The room was very hot. Not sure there were any settings to make it cooler.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is truly unbeatable, and the staff elevated the entire experience. Every team member we interacted with was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help. We always felt well taken care of.

The hotel’s location could not have been better. We initially had a small challenge finding it (user error on our part!), but once we arrived, we realized how perfectly situated it was. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance, and most major attractions were just 30–40 minutes away on foot. It made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable.

Our room was impressively spacious and thoughtfully designed, with modern amenities that made it a comfortable retreat after long days of sightseeing.

The neighborhood comes alive at night (FYI) since many visitors (and probably locals as well) are night owls, but it never bothered us. Simply closing the balcony doors created a calm, quiet space for restful sleep.

Overall, the combination of an outstanding location and exceptional staff made this a memorable stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Rialto. The location right in the heart of Centro Gotico was perfect meaning we could walk to most places. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. A simple hotel but with all amenties needed and spotlessly clean in all areas. Must give a shout out to the shower too - amazing! A great fresh breakfast with a lot of choice so you could have something different each day. Good coffee which is unusual for a 3 star hotel! Highly recommend if you'd like somewhere comfortable and quiet in a fantastic location! No complaints!

Other than smaller than expected, our Triple 2 room was nicely updated. Liked the sturdy balcony window that open/shut easily, as the street was full of lively pedestrians 24/7 (happy we brought ear plugs). Nice bathroom fixtures and shower had good water pressure. Breakfast buffet had good selections. 3 decent size elevators. Helpful staff.

The rooms are so small including the bathroom . The location is excellent- in between two Metro lines. Breakfast was good. All in all wear ear plugs so you won’t hear your neighbors and just remember you aren’t going to be in your room except to sleep!

Staff was great. Room was basic but very clean. Lesson learned. Dont book a room on the street side. Extremely noisy during entire night. People talking, cleaning crews… Simply not well insûates for outside noise. Other than that, great location. Would go again but with a room not facing the street.

I was on a trip with myself and my partner we had been received at the front desk of “Rialto” and were checked in smoothly. Our room from a hotel that has received 3 stars was what we had expected. It was clean and we were provide the essential of a hairdryer, q-tips, cotton pads and a dental kit as well. My partner and I both work in the hospitality industry and immediately noticed a couple of hiccups when it came to the bathroom. The shower has a handle and because it’s an open shower allot of the water ends up in the floor hence us using allot of towels, but what made this interesting is since it’s a small bathroom and we do enjoy showering with hot water the next day in the shower there was some mild that appeared on top. Again it’s nothing shocking it’s actually pretty easy to get mold with how the bathroom was designed but since we had not seen it there prior we imagined they were made aware and were removing it for each room with some type of chemical. Besides that this hotel offers extreme advantages to the walking distance of many popular spots, I would highly recommend walking to our daily dose of coffe place that was called “ Torradors Bon Mercat Llibreteria” there was not a single day that we would go it’s small but it feels so homey in a way the coffee can be smelled inside and its sweet with a mix of that smokey coffee. Any best part it’s a waking distance of 7 min from Hotel. In overall the hotel “Rialto” was an experience and would recommend as a first time.

The hotel was clean, yhe staff where friendly. Shower had lots of hot water and great pressure. The hotel is inbetween two subdway lines and close to lots of dofferent bus routes. The breakfast was delicious with lots of hot and cold options.

I couldn’t get any hot water and had to call the front desk. He arrived promptly but it turned out that the hot water valve had been turned off and was hiding behind a shelf holding the bath towels. Even if I had known to look there I would have had to stand on a chair or the toilet seat to see and reach it. Who turns off the hot water valve in a hotel room.
The room was small, the shower large and the entire place very clean. Centrally located in the old Gothic part of the city. Good value for the money ($90/night without breakfast). A friend was paying over $300 for her room in a different hotel. She got a tub, minibar, and included breakfast. Had it not been for the hot water fiasco I probably would have rated it 5 stars.

by far the best breakfast buffet that we had on our 10 day trip in Spain. The hotel staff was friendly and everything was extremely clean. Would’ve been nice to have one queen bed or a king bed Instead of two smaller beds pushed together. The location was unbelievable in the Gothic District of Barcelona, very walkable, safe with unbelievable architecture, dining and shopping.

The property was well kept and was located in a great location. The staff were friendly and very helpful - I believe it was Leonardo that helped us with our luggage when we departed. He walked up the street to our taxi and even loaded the luggage in the car for us. Would definitely stay at this hotel if in Barcelona again.

Hotel was very clean. Staff helpful and pleasant. Rooms small as you would expect in Barcelona but comfortable.
They only downside was the street noise. We were there on a weekend of celebration and the streets were alive until 5am. They were happy and enjoying themselves but it did keep us awake.

The reception staff and housekeeping/maintenance team were all friendly, efficient and genuinely keen to help. The room and whole building was beautifully kept. The location was great for exploring, right in the middle of the gothic quarter (with everything it has to offer).
We didn't try breakfast as there were so many places to see and explore. I'd return and recommend to others.

The breakfast is the best Ive ever seen & I have traveled for work & on vacations for decades. Lots of food, fresh fruits, several kinds of fresh pastries. Delicious scrambled eggs and fried eggs. Clean, vintage breakfast room. Staff are super friendly & helpful. The only reason we rate the property a 4 is because the rooms are very small. Tons of small restaurants and shops within minutes walk; Las Ramblas also. M we tro station nearbt etc etc. Great city, & the Rialto is a very good value.
