How to even start. This is our first time and Rome and this place was recommended by a family member. My wife and I are so glad they did. Laura and Mike from the very start are great and advised us on places to visit and everything about our stay. The apartment was great now more we can ask for. It’s with in walking distance to every place we wanted. We walked the Vatican with in minutes and even to the Colosseum. I highly recommend this premises and when we return we will make sure to stay here again. There plenty of food and stores and even a laundry store within a couple minutes. Once again Laura and Mike thank you very much for making our stay a wonderful experience.

We recently spent 9 wonderful days at Hisuite in Italy, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore the city with ease while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of each day.

The suite was beautifully designed modern, stylish, and spotless, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

I seldom give reviews but we are so happy with our stay that it deserves to be recognized.
We are a family of 5, all adults. We stayed at apartment 16A, it was spacious enough and had everything we need, microwave included and 2 newly renovated clean bathrooms, the basement shower did not have a door which we did not mind, but had a separate toilet with a door and exhaust fan which was great. The main floor had a double sofa bed. The bedroom upstairs had a separate bathroom. We were ok that it did not have doors to separate rooms because it’s in different levels. They have provided a patio seating we can use in case we wanted to sit outside for dining as Italians do. It has a full functional kitchen as described online, which is always a plus.
I liked how warmly we were welcomed, Giulia gave us enough information on restaurants, map out places, so it was easy to navigate where we want to go. It was easy to request for things you need via whatsapp chat as they are not onsite 24/7. We met Mike too who was so helpful when we needed more coffee, the espresso/coffee maker was a must need we look for when looking for hotels,although there is also a nearby restaurant you can get good coffee and breakfast.
This property deserves a 10/10 in all aspects. Will definitely stay here and recommend to family amd friend!

The apartment was spacious for four people, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. The hosting team connected us with a local travel agent who arranged private city tours and made dinner reservations at fantastic restaurants. We truly had a wonderful stay!

There is no parking spot. Room is big but a little bit old. WiFi doesn’t work very well. Upstairs hot water doesn’t work all the time. Basement room is a little bit wet and smelly. Cleaning requires additional fee. But the location is good and convenient. You can go to anywhere by walking.

The location is excellent and the staffs were great. First of all, the location is central to all major attractions and with tons of dining options. Everything is within 30 mins walk. Second the area is very safe and surprisingly quiet at night, even though there are lot of restaurants nearby. Third Laura and the team are super accommodating. They offered airport/cruise terminal transportation service. They also allowed us to check out at a later time. Last but not the least, the AC unit in the room was better than many 4-star hotels.

We highly recommend HiSuiteROME. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean and well appointed with excellent air conditioning and wifi. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a restaurant next door, FICO, for coffee and the staff there are also friendly and helpful. There is an elevator for guest use which is helpful for luggage. The hotel location is highly walkable to many attractions and there are many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. We had an excellent experience.

We just finished our 8th trip to Rome over the past 26 years (we love it enough to want to return every few years), and this property was ideal for what we needed. The location is really ideal if you want a place that is fairly easy to walk to many of the common areas visitors to Rome tend to want to go to.

It was clean. The staff were very helpful.as with most apartments in Europe, things tend to be smaller than in the US, but everything worked and we enjoyed our visit. I liked it enough that I would return and stay here again, and I would recommend it to those who want less of a hotel experience and more of an apartment experience while staying in Rome.

Laura is the lady that runs the property. She’s very helpful. Very nice. Will tell you all about the area. The property is very clean however we stayed in Suite 3 and the mattress had a 4 inch depression in it where I slept, which gave me a bit of a sore back unfortunately, you need to replace that mattress. It’s pretty obviously worn out.

The owner of this property was very helpful. The staff was excellent. The location of the apartment was within walking distance to the Piazza Navona and many good restaurants. There was also a very convenient taxi station around the corner and a convenience market on the same street that we were staying. Also there was an elevator in the building.
Our apartment was extremely basic considering what we paid for it. The couch in the living area was uncomfortable for relaxing and there was a table and chairs for eating. That's about it. Kitchen had a refrigerator, sink, and stovetop. It was very small. The two bathrooms were clean, but could use a few towel hooks for hanging wet towels.

Very nice, spacious apartment in a great area of Rome. Close to Piazza Navona, and walking distance from Castel Angelo, the Vatican, and the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. Fun to be around the vibe of the Piazza Navona. Propietors are very gracious and very helpful. Were responsive to any and all issues, and were happy to help with any of your plans. This is not a full service hotel, but our hosts made sure all our needs were taken care of. Laura was a gem. I would go back.

We stayed in October 2024, two adults and one 12 year old in a one bedroom apartment - one private bedroom with full bath upstairs and a pull out couch with a full bath downstairs. Since it was a week in Rome, this was a wonderful way to spend it - instead of being in a cramped hotel room this was a real apartment. Very clean. The cleanliness of bathrooms is key for us and they both looked very new and clean.

There is no daily maid service (but you can pay for it if you want). They did refresh the towels and empty the waste baskets a couple of times, which was all we needed.

If you need an ironing board, just ask for it. (I should have asked for a microwave but didn't realize I could have, this is my own fault because there is a notice in the room states that all you have to do is ask.) The kitchen is fine for keeping leftovers and heating them up the next day.

There will be noise at night, but I would say it is typical of any busy area in any city in the world.

The location can't be beat - a charming cobblestone street with great restaurants nearby, walkable to just about any neighborhood in the city you would want to visit.

The people at the desk were always very friendly and helpful. Hi Suite is a total win!

I will recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome. ps Do yourself a favor and get out of the city for a day if you have time, we had a great beach day at Anzio.

We wish we could rate it 4.7. We loved our experience with Laura and Mike. They were very helpful and easy going. We were right above a restaurant so at night closing windows were necessary as we sleep by 11.
The neighborhood is alive and fun with shopping, eating, galleries all nearby. We had a great experience and hope to go back.

We decided to check out after 2 nights (we booked for 4 nights) to go to a different hotel. HiSuite Rome would not even give us a partial refund. Very disappointing. Won’t stay here ever again.

Staying in a 600 year alter/apartment could not have been better. Full and beautifully renovated with contemporary design and large rooms it had everything we needed. The neighborhood and its restaurants and shops were very friendly and after three nights of dining, drinking great wine and then cappuccinos in the morning you feel like you know the locals and are let of the hood. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive to our needs. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and they had a room downstairs where kitchen and one full bath sleeping on a beautifully designed and comfortable convertible couch that was easily “put away” during the day and served as a nice living room were and we were upstairs with our own BEAUTIFUL full bath and foam mattress bed. The best part was the separation we had from them!

Michael at HiSuite was extremely extremely helpful after our terrible experience from a previous hotel that had forced us to move hotels in the middle of the vacation.

The stays are individual \"townhouse\" like stays. The place was clean & close to the center of town with tons of restaurants, shops & sightseeing sights around the space. The bathrooms are the only thing that can use some updating. It's small but it works fine.

Michael who stayed passed 6pm to actually check us in was EXTREMELY helpful. We were exhausted from mvoing from one place to another; and he helped bring our luggage in, made sure our access code worked well, recommended several restaurants to us (which were delicious) & when we checked out - helped stored our bags for a few hours.

If you're looking for apartment hotels to stay at in Rome; HiSuite is the place to be.

Great place to stay in heart of Rome

What a great place to stay for our 3 nights in Rome. Mike was an amazing host and i can't say enough good things about his service. Great restaurant recommendations and advice to avoid tourist trap places, tips with taxi cabs, and to watch out for pick pockets, etc. We arrived from Canada with missing luggage... he loaned us adapter so we could keep our devices charged.
The suite was great and in the heart of Rome, yet not in the really congested areas. I would say a prefect location. Air conditioning worked great and nice to get back to room after some of our long walks in 39 degree heat. Beds were comfortable and nice having room with queen bed upstairs separate from mainfloor that had a comfortable pull out sofa bed. Suite had fridge and was stocked with dishes including wine glasses.
Next time in Rome i will definitely stay here again.

Giulia was amazing! We arrived to Rome later than office hours due to flight delays and she was in contact with us making sure we have an after hour access to the property. Code entry made it much more convenient than traditional key. They made sure the place is clean and towels are exchanged while we were out sightseeing. Very responsive to every questions we had as well. Laura was amazing as well. She gave us a lot of tips and lots of do’s and not to do’s. If we travel to Rome again, we will definitely stay there.

PROs: check-in was a breeze/staff was very nice, historic building in a wonderful area, very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants close by, everything we needed was provided with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus an eat-in kitchen/dining area with all the utensils provided, convenient to all areas of the city/attractions, check-out was easy and fast

CONs: 2 of the 3 a/c units stopped working on our last night, the outside was a bit noisy a few times at night (across from a restaurant and in a pedestrian area), the back bedroom has to walk through the front bedroom to get to the front dining area. But these items were relatively minor.

Charming apartment in the heart of Rome

We loved the position where the apartment was located it was central to most sites. There were lovely restaurants around us as well. The hostess was wonderful recommending places to eat and see. We landed up booking an extra night. Only negative is that it is a bit noisy late at night and early hours when the restaurants close up and clean up, but I think it is because the apartment we stayed in was situated on the side closest to restaurants. I will stay here again but opt for a different apartment

The room was fine. We stayed one week. I initially communication was great until we were asked to provide our passports Once they realzed I was black communication was not the same. When we arrived they were pleasant but not like they were with other non black cistomers. This was the tine for the entire trip to say the least. The room is in a good location. We were on the very top floor. Elevator was super tiny only fit two peopjle taht weigh about 140 each so be prepared to walk up stteep stairs. The rooms w we re decent. Location was food and they were responsive to questions during our stay.. the housekeeper was lovely. Our roo. Was cleaned daily. Lots of shopping and transpoyation nearby.

We loved our stay at HiSuiteROME. It is in a perfect location. There are restaurants steps away and a convenience store across the street. We thought we might make our own meals, but Rome has so much to offer. Having 2 bathrooms is ideal. Loved the set up and it had everything we needed!

We adored staying in these apartments. I have been to Rome many times and this is the best place I have stayed. You can not get more central - everything is within an easy walk. We were surrounded by an unbelievable choice of excellent restaurants. The staff were very proactive in communicating with us prior to our arrival and even had our apartment ready when we were moved to an earlier flight by our airline. Absolutely excellent and I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

This boutique apartment was the absolute highlights of our Europe trip. We traveled with a 18 month year old and a 15 year old and the amount of space and amenities we had were amazing. You will not find more space for what you pay in the heart of Rome. It was worth the extra amount of money when traveling with children no question. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and were always available if we ever needed them.

HiSuite Rome was the best! There were 6 in our group, we had 2 apartments, nice, clean and comfortable. Great location! Close to everything. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, especially Laura! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for our family. Location was awesome for all attractions. Management was attentive. We had the 2 room apartment and it was perfect for my wife/my self and our 2 daughters. Would definitely stay again.

In relation to other properties that we looked at for our stay the amount of space we had in our apartment for the cost of the rental was great!

Communicating with both Mark and Giulia was easy and prompt. They both offered recommendations and were so friendly. We even bumped into Mark a couple of times as he lives in the area! He checked in on us like we were old friends! It was outstanding!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience staying here.

Property is in an excellent and safe neighborhood with easy access to food and sight seeing. They provide excellent recommendations on places to eat and things to do and help you avoid tourist traps. I would stay here again.

Very accessible!! Walkable distance to any restaurant or stores. I suggest the owners to be more pampering with the guest, adding some items like water, small snacks and coffee, it doesn’t gonna cost to much, and give a big difference about appreciation for costumers.

This property is a hidden gem! Beautiful and walkable neighborhood with plenty of shopping and dining options. Close enough to walk to main tourist areas without being in the midst of the tourist chaos. Laura and the staff were wonderful leading up to and during our visit. Suite was spacious with great amenities. We prefer to stay in local areas and non-hotels where possible, so this was perfect for us! Would highly recommend staying here when in Rome.
