This is the place I stay when in SF. Close to SFO. Hotel privides pick up & drop off service. One can take CalTrain or Bart to get to SF or any destination these transportation service for reasonable price. San Bruno’s eateries and shopping across the street. We stayed there few years ago, it was really clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel is not keeping property well maintained, visible signs of wear and tear , also their bed and pillows are so uncomfortable compare to few years ago. Not really worth the price, the room was nice and comfortable tho. The only thing I didn’t understand was when they asked me for a deposit after I already prepaid. They did not mention how much the deposit was going to be they just told me they needed to have my card as a deposit I did not ask why but once I went back to check they charged me $100 they did not mention it was going to be $100 more and no where does it mention about the extra deposit cost you will have to make once you arrive. They don’t even mention if you will receive it back like in other hotels they usually return the deposit if the room was not damaged or left in a bad state but they just take your money and don’t tell you what for or any information on that. The breakfast could’ve been a bit better aswell. We also left our tag on the door asking for room service, when we got back the room was still the same and we had been out since around 8 am came back at 11pm. I like that San Francisco is not too far of a car ride maybe like a 30 min ride. Overall I think this hotel is ok just to sleep for a night as your last choice.

Hotel Skye was a good value for a hotel close to SFO. Staff was helpful with our late check-in after our flight arrived late. The free breakfast was appreciated and the shuttle service back to the airport avoided need for a cab or ride-share. I would stay here again if in the Bay Area.

I stay in hotels for a living. This was a nice surprise. Very clean. Great internet. Very fast. Room was clean and had everything you need. Included continental breakfast that has eggs and premade cheese omelets. I’ll definately stay here again. Price was right too. Oh and the airport van starts at this hotel. That is a big plus when serving 4 hotels. The last hotel always has space anvailable issues.

Clean bedroom, very nice staff, there was free shuttle from the airport, took about 20 minutes ride because they stop in other hotel too, the shuttle you can take it from the Hotel courtesy shuttle at the exit of departure area, it’s a white classic bus, the only downside was that the shuttle passes every hour in the afternoon, at the international terminal it passes at 6:35 pm, 7:35 pm and so on, we arrive at 6:40 pm and the shuttle was gone, we had to wait 1 hour. I suggest to the hotel to advise the guests on their page that the shuttle it’s every hour.

Now I will say that the hotel is located on a very busy street so if you’re a light sleeper then you may want to bring earplugs or request a room on the non street side. The heater is loud (but it does work well) to the point that I turned it off. Lots a good restaurant options and the airport shuttle is a plus. The coffee was good in the morning, good continental breakfast options. Would stay here for an early morning flight again.

Driving up to Pacifica to go crabbing my friends and I decided to drive up for the night. As we were driving we were looking for places to stay. This place seemed great and clean. As I was booking I was just looking for 2 queen beds since there was a 4 of us. So I booked and that part was easy. We arrived and we checked in. The manager asked how many were staying I said 4. He said your booking shows two. I asked is there a difference he said yeah. That’s two more ppl I have to feed for breakfast and two more towels I have to wash. I was dumbfounded. Frustrated and tired I paid the difference. Never have I been to an establishment where you were paying per guest. Not sure if this is a Bay Area thing but it didn’t sit right with me. Breakfast was just pastry, cereal and waffles which we didn’t eat. Then it had me thinking do they only wash the amount of towels per guest in the room and just leave everything else there for the next guest to use. I don’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone!

We walked into the hotel and it smelled so fresh. Really clean. Hotel Manager was very nice, helpful abd courteous.The room is EXCELLENT. So clean and Spotless. Oh my goodness. If I could give 10 stars I would. There are plenty of outlets and 2 on each nightstand with a USB charger outlet as well. The bathrooms are very large. Even though bathroom sink is when you first walk in, it's really nice and bright.
There is a bench seat and two nice stable chairs with a round table. The T.V. has plenty of channels to choose from. The bed is really comfy. Nice Keurig machine. Perfect size microwave and a refrigerator that actually keeps your food cold. I have been in some hotels where the refrigerator barely worked. The floor is wood/laminate which is the best you can ask for. Room is nice and warm as it is cold outside but the hotel is well insulated. Did not need to turn on the heater.
With many hotels you can hear the people next door to you. We can't hear anything. Only when you are out in the hallway. There is off street and ample parking underneath the hotel and in the back.
