This is absolutely one of the best motels ive ever stayed because its clean, the staff is amazing and helpful and there are great restaurants close by and its easy to get to ucsf parnassus and mission bay hospitals

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I had in the U.S., especially considering the price.
The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but guests are required to call at least four hours in advance to reserve it. That is highly impractical, especially for international travelers, people with unpredictable flight schedules, or anyone dealing with delays. The shuttle also has to be arranged by phone, which makes the process even more inconvenient. I waited at the airport for over 45 minutes, saw shuttles from other hotels arrive multiple times, and never saw this hotel’s shuttle. If the service is this limited, it should not be advertised so prominently.
Check-in was also unpleasant. The hotel required me to fill out multiple forms containing various warnings about fines and penalties, which felt excessive and unwelcoming. Although I had already booked through a platform and my information was already on file, I was still asked to manually provide additional personal details. The whole process felt outdated and unnecessarily burdensome.
The room itself was not worth the price. Soundproofing was poor, and since my room was next to the stairwell, I could clearly hear people walking by and talking. The curtains were also inconvenient to use and did not block light properly.
For nearly $300, this was a very disappointing stay. I would not return, and I would not recommend this property to other travelers.

The property itself is old, with VCR player in rooms and only cable TV, basic breakfast wherein they don’t separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. The room furnitures is OUTDATED, OLD WITH HOLES ON THE COUCH AND SINGLE CHAIR WAS DIRTY. THE BREAKFAST WAS 2 STARS BCUZ THEY ONLY HAD PORK MEATS AND THEY PUT THE PORK IN THE SAME 2 HEATING STEAMER POT WITH THE OTHER BREAKFAST FOOD TO KEEP IT WARM SO MY FAMILY & I WASN'T ABLE TO EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST LIKE THE OTHER VISITORS. WE HAD TO GO OUT & BUY OUR BREAKFAST. ALSO WE HAD TO PAY $15 A DAY FOR PARKING IN THE HOTEL PARKING LOT. Had a comfortable stay here for 3 weeks in their 2BR unit. Their fully equipped kitchen, free airport shuttle/, breakfast and use of laundry machines are a big plus for this hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating as well. My only issue here is the weekly housekeeping. However they provide you essentail items (towels, soap, etc) and trash removal as requested. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit. It's definitely a home away from home.

This hotel was a real find! It was a nicely fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment perfect for our family. Pet friendly was why we stayed there-but I highly reccomend this property. Great BBQ area, pool and hot tub. Pool was chilly though. Quick jaunt up to the City and the price point made it worth the drive fo our weekend away. We also were close to Burlingame with their amazing restaurants.

The room and facilities were dated, with haphazard remodeling that cheapens the overall quality of the interior. Most aspects of the room were \"renewed\", but it is obvious the building is showing its age and some odd items were not renovated: toilet, TV, clock (who still uses CDs?), stained chairs.

The hotel is extremely old and dated. It’s all torn up. Carpet was awful rips dirty nasty. The lobby stairwell is up to rooms. All night staff was talking loudly in the lobby. I had to call and ask them to be quiet because they woke me up. I left a trash bag outside my door and the staff ignored it. It was sitting out there all day.

We stayed at the Sonesta ES suites for 10 nights while in San Francisco for a medical procedure (kidney donation). The property met akk our needs for our stay and we appreciated the full kitchen and the ability to cook our meals in our room while I was recovering. But don’t expect anything over and above. This is right on the flight path of the San Francisco airport so airplanes fly overhead approximately every five minutes. Staff is noisy and will often be outside your room, shouting into walkie-talkies. The breakfast was decent but same hot options every day. We only received housekeeping two days in our 10 day stay. And the spa was under repair for eight of our 10 days. The airport shuttle is convenient, but doesn’t run super efficiently so make sure to book 4 hours in advance for departures. Also learned on the last day that their shuttle would take people to the hospital, which would’ve been nice if they would’ve told us that when we checked in on night one.
All in all, met our needs but don’t expect any red carpet treatment!

The front desk staff was very helpful and accomodating. I arrived around 11pm and he even called a few minutes after I checked in to make sure I had gotten into my room safely as I was a woman traveling alone.
The room itself was fine, although the sink was not draining properly and overall I just felt the room could have felt a little more sanitized. There was a slightly funny smell and some hair (not mine) on the bathroom floor.

We had a great stay at Sonesta ES Suites San Francisco Airport San Bruno. The room was a very good size, comfortable, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, which made things really convenient. The location was ideal—close to the BART station and a supermarket—and we always felt safe and secure. Parking was also reasonably priced compared to many other hotels in the area.
The only downsides were that our room had a bit of a musty smell at first, likely from a previous guest who may have smoked, and the pull-out bed was only really suitable for a child, not an adult.
Overall, though, we were very happy with our choice and would stay here again.

First of all, the location is convenient if you travel through SFO. The area has a lot of dieting options and shopping centers. The parking is convenient although when I was reviewing it, it wasn’t very clear. How much parking fee is an actually one previous reviewer mentioned that Parking was free. In any case it was $10 a night which is appropriate for San Francisco. The place is quiet and has a number of private entries into the property. We took an apartment suite and we managed to keep it clean for the several days that we stayed. The staff is very helpful as we interacted with them mostly during breakfast. Also, the BART station is walkable in case you don’t have a car! Strongly recommended!

This place is super convenient! There’s complimentary breakfast in the morning, a clean spa and pool, plus 24/7 access to the gym. They also have laundry and dryers if you need them. No elevators, we were on the third floor and had lug up heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The room had bugs flying around. Not enough towels we had to go get more. Oatmeal had hair in it. I’m sure they worked hard but just too many things weren’t good. Hotel is old. It was convenient for us but next time I’d stay in the one by the airport.

They wouldn't let my wife check in even though I called the night prior to confirm if she can check in and I was told she can check in as long as she had her ID and credit card. They didn't let her check in until she contacted me and I contacted the hotel and threaten to contact corporate office if they didn't let her check in. There are 3 levels to this hotel and no elevator, so if there is no staff around to assist with bags, you will have to carry them. Traveling as a single mom of 2 small children, there was a lot to lug up and down. Our first room smelled horribly of cigarettes but luckily they were able to move us into a different room that did not smell bad. The pool was lovely though and the shuttle to the airport was punctual. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again but would request a ground floor room.
