We stayed here last minute on a Saturday night. The two queen beds only had one very thin pillow each, the beds had very thin sheets with no blankets, toilet broke after the first use, could not get the shower to turn on, bathroom door did not close at all.

I think the only positives I have for this place is that the bed was clean, they provided extra towels when we asked, they had a nice little pool for my kids to use, the AC worked and maintenance did come out to look at the toilet right away.

We took a chance and went on a little adventure staying at this hotel… one we will not be doing again!

Our room phone was broken when we requested a new one they gave us another broken phone, and there were poop stains on our “clean” new set of towels. The staff was very nice and understanding though. Wouldn’t say i would stay here again but you get what you pay for, for sure.

Sheets looked like someone spilled something on it and it dried. So either stained or they didn’t change them. Bathroom toilet was loose from the bottom. There was a cup from a gas station in the bathroom so how good did they actually clean ?

Terrible stay, never ever come stay here. Don’t be cheap. I payed 220 for this room and it was filthy, sheets full of stains, hair all over the sinks, bugs in the shower. Dint even take the chance, I left the same night and found a nice resort style stay in Scottsdale for the same price I paid for this disgusting room. Crackheads everywhere, this place should be closed down

The spa water was cold and the jets stopped working half way through the time I was in the water, I tried to restart it but I could not get it to go. After a few minutes I just went to my room instead. The rest of the room and amenities were clean and comfortable.

I should have believed all the reviews of this hotel. I brought lysol and went around spraying everything down. When I lifted the pillow on the bed to spray underneath I saw the first roach, and itbwas alive and scurried along the bed. My son brought out his uv light and the whole room was disgusting. It was very late and we needed a place to stay so we asked for another room. Things did not get better, more bugs, more unknown sprays on the walls visible with uv light and I haven't even mention that the locks on both rooms was broken. There were also questionable people hanging out, outside their rooms. They kept walking by our room and looking in as we tried to bring our stuff in and out. They even followed my son across the property to the lobby. It was very unsafe and unsanitary. DON'T STAY HERE!

Nasty as hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Got in. One of the beds was unmade. There was pee in the toilet obviously food in the fridge from the previous person. Just like they gave me the room right after the next person left. If you were looking for a safe place, do not stay here. Somebody was asking me for cigarettes. Every time I watch out my Door or a lighter. This place is written with drug addict and criminals.

The pool was full of bugs, homeless everywhere, next door is a parking lot for 18 wheelers. So its always loud and noisy. When we were parking we were harassed by security about where we were parking. He stood there arguing with that we couldn't park in handicapped because we didn't have a hanging placard. Our vehicles plate has the handicapped on it. We had to get out and point to the plate multiple times for him to understand. In our room if we wanted to use the microwave we had to physically pick it up and move it to where there was a outlet. There was broken tvs by the stairway. Staff and amenities were not pleasant either. Way overpriced.

ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!! THE ROOM, THE BUILDING, EVERY INCH OF THE PROPERTY IS COMPLETELY DILAPIDATED. Terrible room, not worth the money at all. The light in the bathroom doesn't turn off there was A roach in the bathroom. I tried to get towels after the second day and they told me I had to wait until the cleaning staff came. Which they didn't ask I had to wait until my third day to get fresh towels. They never came and changed the linen either even though someone clearly came in my room while I was gone and opened the curtains. I wouldn't have left them open because my camera and gimble where out on the table.

Don't book here. Don't stay here. I didn't stay longer than 10 min in my room after check in. One of the worst rooms I've ever been in. Several places that looked like blood stains on floor, bed, furnishings. Online pics and reviews very misleading. Seemed like a very unsafe area

The hotel was located near ihop and a few fast food places which worked well for my grandkids
Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear fwy traffics and cars racing with cleaning staff and their carts outside

My room had a slight musty odor I think from air conditioner

But aside from this, We slept fairly well once the noise subsided

So yes I would give it about 3 stars

No hair dryer, facility condition very bad, above all, unsafe! Door locks not working properly, bulletproof glass surrounding the reception. The only good thing is receptionist had good attitude.

Pictures are SUPER outdated! Like, the lobby and the rooms in the picture are a night and day difference. This seems to be one of those places were unhoused people live in until they can find more long term housing. It wasn't sketchy or dangerous, but really run down and not well maintained. If you're looking for a place to rest for the night for dirt cheap, this will satisfy that. Wifi is also terrible, don't expect to do anything beyond checking emails. They also seem to have random additional costs like getting an extra room key, I had to pay an additional $10 to get a second room key; and no, they didn't tell me when I asked for the second key.

Staff was really nice tho, this place is more of 2.5/5.

I do not recommend staying at this property. There were bugs in our room and toilet was leaking. Water all on the bathroom floor. Beds were uncomfortable. We checked out early and informed staff however was unable to get any sort of refund or accommodation. Highly don’t recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice. The room was not clean. There were stains on the walls, and spots of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. There was 1 tiny trash can in the room, that was never serviced while we stayed there for 3 nights. The first night, the sink backed up. I told the lady at the desk and she let the maintenance man know, when we returned the second night, it was still plugged and stayed that way until the last night after she had to tell him again and he actually fixed it after saying he did. The pool was ok but the hot tub was NOT hot, freezing cold, actually. There are a lot of people staying there for long term basis and some that seemed to be up to questionable activities. Parking is not ideal since it's not a great neighborhood. Overall, it was a place to sleep after our long days of venturing out, but I will not be staying here again.

The staff was nice, but they did not know what was going on with certain things, like the wi-fi, it never worked and they kept saying it was being worked on but did not know when it would be on. (Never came on) there were roaches in the room, I got bitten by an unknown insect during the night and now after over 12 hours later it is still itching and burning. the curtains did not close properly, the upstairs floor transfered the noise from the upstairs customers down to the room below, made it very loud. The air conditioning worked fine. The mattress was so old that it sagged on both sides. The floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. When I walked up to check in, I was told that I had to make a $60 deposit after I had pre-paid for my stay. (She waived it after I objected). I will not be staying there again.

Room was very dated and kept up well. Curtains were broken, the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, top drawer was missing and no safe in room. Fridge was missing and they brought one from another room. Lots of people smoking next to rooms as well.

The TV did not work and the wifi only reached certain areas near the office. Vending machines are broken and apparently have been for months. Our bathroom light had a short within and would not stay on. We showered and used the toilet with the door open. The bed was comfortable and the location good. Three restaurants share the parking lot

Perfect place to stay if you’re up to no good. Tons of sketchy people around and the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. The pool was ice cold including the “hot tub.” A used rag was left behind in my shower — gross! TV wasn’t working properly. Overall bad experience, I had to check out sooner than I expected. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The bathtub was dirty and the stopper was broken.
The hot water didn’t work in the sink, the faucet moved around and there was no stopper in the sink.
The curtains didn’t fully close so we had to use a safety pin to get it to close.
The staff was very friendly though and check in went smoothly, but I was charged an unexpected $60 deposit for the room even though it was prepaid

They had bed bugs, the toilet in one room would shut off, ran the entire time, the shower in the other room driped all over the floor, when i asked for ectra towel the room service lady glared at me, then when i asked for new towels, i was told really how many, the hot tub was ice cold.

It was the pits. Poor WiFi. No drain stop in the sink. No cups in the bathroom. No breakfast (not even toast or cornflakes). And they doubled the price advertised on Expedia (about $80 per night) to $180 per night. At the front desk, they of course blamed Expedia. Needless to say I’m never going there again, and if Expedia can’t refund the extra charge, I’m not using Expedia again.

My recent stay at this hotel was a disappointment. The conditions of our room were completely unacceptable.

The rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes, the floors were dirty, and there were roaches present. The bathtub was unclean, and the toilet was not flushing properly. These issues made the room unsanitary and uncomfortable for my family.

Due to these conditions, we were unable to continue our stay and had to check out early on Saturday. This was a very upsetting experience for my family and me, especially as we expected a clean and safe

I booked a room with two beds and when I got to the room at 11:15 there was one bed. They did change the room for two beds. The room smelled like paint there’s holes in the sheets. The lampshades looked like they’ve been there for 100 years. The room was clean but bare bones. It’s just old and funky. The traffic noise from the freeway was really loud. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place.

Staff was wonderful, 10 out of 10. The room on the other hand could definitely use some upgrades. Bed was comfortable, sheets had wax(?) stuck on it, probably should have thrown that one out. The tub shower needs to be replaced. Ceramic is cracked/falling off and stained. Tile floor appeared clean but our socks were black after walking in it. Surprisingly quiet for being right off the I 10and 51st ave. Also, huge plus that IHop is in the same parking lot. I have stayed in more questionable places but I probably won't stay here again.
