Property was good, breakfast was good but unfortunately who ever was in the floor up from us had music blast all night and we had kids it was hard to sleep you can hear everything coming from upstairs

The \"room\" was HUGE! More like an apartment! There were two separate bedrooms, each with its own FULL bath, separated by a living space and kitchenette. The only complaint we had about the room was the door kept unlocking by itself! Twice we came home to the door ajar by about 1/2 inch!! We wondered if we didn't close it tightly. But after the 2nd time it happened, we were hanging out in the living area, and the door just spontaneously unlocked and opened!!!! Fortunately for us, nobody noticed and nothing was stolen. But this was incredibly strange!! The breakfasts were AMAZING and the front desk was helpful. The pool had just been filled and was still cold when we wanted to swim, unfortunately.

False advertising, electronic devices such as tv’s weren’t working properly maintenance took along time and still wasn’t able to fix problem HOTEL HAS GINORMOUS COCKROACHES COMING OUT OF WALLS AND CEILING!!Other than the free coffee nothing was worth the stay not even the 3ft pool that had paint chips floating in it

The kitchen was basically empty. We did need to go get coffee pods, creamer, cups and sugar from front desk. No dishes in kitchen at all. Room was basic but did its job to spend the night. Staff was wonderful. Water was not working in hotel on Sunday. No fault of hotel, water main problem in the city.

Staff was great and very attentive. Housekeeping came right away after I asked for extra blankets and towels. The room was spacious but needed a little more attention with cleanliness. The heat ducts were very dusty, the windows were dirty and the pull out sofa mattress was kind of gross. I put an extra sheet over it for my kids. There was a big read stain on the carpet right as you walked in. Also, all the dishes were in the dishwasher and not put away when we arrived. My husband and son saw a huge cockroach in the men’s bathroom in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. They should really offer some fruit.

We had issues with our room with ants since it was raining outside. They did take care of our problem. Also had noise issues with a party next door. Again they did take care of it for us. Rooms were spacious.

I had high hopes for this stay . Everything about the hotel seemeed really good. Unfortunately we ended up next to some intoxicated people who then fought in the hallway. My two babies woke up to the comotion. The chaos didnt end until maybe 2am. I was really disappointed in how it was handled by the front desk. They could have called the police. But it just seemed to linger on forever. At one point the group of people had a beyond intoxicated female down the hall with just a bra and pants on trying to get her up. There was ice all over the floor. It was just overall a horrible night. I was up all night with the chaos and trying to get my little babies to sleep.

Unfortunately I did not make it to breakfast, however the staff was welcoming and accommodating!!! The entrance to the pool door was jammed but the supervisor was on scene in a timely manner to unjam the door. The room was almost perfect, very clean, and I did appreciate that the window in the living room space opened just a bit. There was a tiny nail poking up from under the carpet that poked my husbands foot. Overall 4.5 I would definitely stay again.

Plumbing problems!

The floors were dirty, the dishwasher leaked water, and the sinks and toilet backed up! Not a good experience. I asked for a different room and said I would get a call from management, but no one ever called. The breakfast was not edible. I have stayed here in the past, and the hotel was nice, but it has since declined significantly.

We enjoy staying here as it’s an easy Uber ride to many of our favorite places in the city! However, the hotel seems in a bit of disrepair with chipping paint, missing tiles, and just overall wear and tear of the rooms and common areas.

They closed the pool in the middle of our stay and didn’t tell us!!! That’s half the reason we decided to stay at this hotel as we have two kids with LOTS of energy.

We appreciate their included breakfast with hot and continental items.

Not sure we will stay here again unless they refresh some items and open the pool!!!

I like the convenience of having a kitchen. However, you can only open the dishwasher halfway since the refrigerator is in the way. All the dishes and utensils are in the dishwasher and you have to reach inside to get what you need. One glass is cracked and the kitchen utensils are damaged/melted. When we got there, our door wouldn't lock but someone came and fixed it right away. The room was clean except for some dust bunnies on the bathroom floor but its not a big deal. Breakfast was great. The guy in charge of breakfast was great. Staff are friendly. Great experience.

Bad Experience Homewood Suites Brisbane

I had to change rooms 2 times before i was content. It was the 4th of July and I wanted a quiet weekend away from the fireworks, and noise. I told the receptionist this, and his solution was to put me in a room by Caltran and the freeway. The 3rd try was okay. The guest above my room were loud. I think people were living there. Unfortunately i will not be returning. I especially hated the$250 deposit that wasn't mentioned on Hotels.com. Also you have to pay $15 for parking. It was the 1st bad hotel experienced in the area I've had. I stay in South San Francisco every 4th of July.

Love the location, property is in good condition and very clean. The sofa is not senior friendly. Very difficult to get out of. Be sure to request for a room close to the elevator if traveling with a senior because it can be a hike. Liked having a dinning table.

The hot water malfunctioned our first morning there, so we had two days of very cold showers. They did repair the issue, but no compensation was offered to the guests. It was also quite loud in our room where we could hear every word of our neighbors' conversations. The sleeper sofa in our room had a very uncomfortable mattress, my son ended up just sleeping on the couch. The staff was very friendly, especially the kind folks working the breakfast.

Hotel had no hot water both days I was there. I’d go to take a shower and the water would not get hot. Also kitchen had no extra garbage bags and dirty dishes were inside dishwasher. Good thing I couldn’t shower because the body wash inside was bone dry empty. Wont stay here again

Remote did not work in the bedroom. Sofa bed was dirty and stained. Dishes left in the dishwasher. And the worst part was the pool. Its onlt 3.5 ft deep and when we went to go swimming in the morning at 9am the door wouldnt open. The sign on the wall says 9am until 10pm. Front desk says we havent been opening until 10am. Wow. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

It was okay. Check in was smooth and parking is only $15/night.
The room itself and the common areas need a revamp. The shower tile was stained, walls scuffed, only 3 dull pillows were provided, and the a/c was only able to get to 67°F.
Free breakfast was a plus.
The walking areas near the water and easy access to SF are why I stayed here.

Vomit with hairs on the wall, pubic or facial hairs in the shower, dried food on stove, dirty fridge, it was just horrible, and I love staying at all Hilton hotels but this one was so unpleasant and uncomfortable, I showed front front the pictures and they switched me rooms but al though the new room seems a bit more clean I felt like I couldn’t trust anything and made the rest of the stay so unpleasant for me and my family

This is a newer hotel with close proximity to SF airport and UCSF Medical Center. The staff was very friendly, especially Fred in the breakfast area. Always greeted us with a warm welcome and smile. The beds were a little hard for me and the pillow to soft, but everyone has different preferences. The swimming pool is tiny and only 3 1/2\" deep which is great for kids not adults. No hot tub. There is an outside patio area with tables and a bbq. Kitchen supplies are very limited. The only down side is the suite rooms are right in front of a commuter train that runs every 15 minutes. It's quick but you can hear it! I asked and they said that was the only side of the building that suites were located on sadly. Otherwise everything else was good.

Bring your own soap, bring garbage bags. Check in was very easy and pleasant. After a long trip we wanted to shower and clean up. No body soap, dispenser was empty. Maid service was in the hall, asked for body soap, they did not speak or understand English. Went to a second group of maid service (they travel in pairs, 1 cleaner and 1 security guard I think), asked for body wash, they handed me a pack of coffee. Went to front desk, asked for body soap, they said it would be delivered to room. Three days later, still no body soap.

Asked to have room cleaned (you need to ask) they said OK, room never got cleaned the whole stay.

Maybe this is a Back Packer's hotel?

Normally Homewood is good but this location needs some help. The beds are bad really stiff the bedding is not very nice as well. The pool was gross and looks like it's not cleaned regularly. The shower was really nice but everything else was sub par for what I've seen at other locations

In general, everything is very good, except for some details such as when we arrived no one told us that the pool was out of service and it was the number one condition that the hotel would have to have, an indoor pool, which made us quite uncomfortable and the children were very disappointed, after that everything was very good
