Room hadn't been remodeled since the 1970's which wouldn't be a problem if it was well maintained. The location was good...close to Costco. The bed was ok, but I itched like crazy for the night and a few days afterward. Don't know if there was bed bugs, lice, or what?

I only stayed one night and arrived late, so this reflects a limited experience.
1. Airport shuttle: Great service and availability. Timing can vary, so don’t cut it too close—plan for possible delays with unexpected traffic issues out of their control.
2. Staff: Despite a busy 9pm check-in, the front desk moved quickly and remained friendly. When my key stopped working, it was reset promptly and courteously. Also, they had a smile on their face the entire time, which I know is sometimes hard to do in stressful situations and rushes of check-ins.
3. Room: I had the superior 2 queen. The room had plenty of space and was clean to the eye. The bedding was nice and clean; however, the pillows were not pillows, but just pillow cases with bedding inside of them, so kind of weird to sleep on. The room had a musty smell, and all four of us experienced sinus issues overnight that cleared after leaving the room.
4. On-site restaurant: The property is shared with a 24x7 IHOP, which was really nice considering our late night arrival.
Overall, it was a nice stay. It is an old hotel, but they maintain it well and the staff was great. It has a great location just a few minutes from the airport. I personally would not have an extended stay here, but quick one or two nighters are great.

Airport shuttle was the only good part of this stay. I told the front desk about rodents scurrying around and although she raised an eyebrow at me, she didn’t say anything else. It’s not very clean as the carpet had sticky spots so I had to put my shoes back on and the toilet had brown water. The hot water smelled. The room smelled musty with no ability to open the window. The walls in the room had peeling paint as did the bathroom, and damaged wood. Tub and faucets were breaking down and very old. Pool was cold with only 3 chairs and one lounger. When I asked front desk for pool towels, she said there weren’t any so I asked what to use and she said from our room. I told her I need those for showering and she handed me one more towel and one floor towel. Sheets smelled of bleach wirh no evidence of bugs or we would have left. We only stayed because we needed it and reserved already. Not worth $120/night!

Housekeeping should by every other day just to see if you need amenities. I have to always go to the lobby for bathroom tissue and fresh towels, or just put extra bathroom tissue in the rooms. Other than that I have no issues at all. Quiet

This is the worse hotel that we have ever stayed in. We could not close the pocket door to the bathroom. (4 of us shared the hotel room because we were only there for a short time.) The door was swollen from the excess water in the bathroom. Only hot water came out of the faust. We really slept in our clothes because it was past scary. We got there close to mid-night so we spent the night because we had paid in advance. The drapes were ripped and torn. I dropped a pill on the carpet, I put that pill in garbage can. The entry door needed to be washed or maybe painted it looked very dirty. There was plenty of parking not much lighting though. Please don't stay there. We tried calling to confirm our reservation after 45 mins l stopped calling the unanswered phone. Please stay away. It's not worth the $80 bucks not even for free. We believed that this hotel chain had standards this should be CLOSED DOWN. We had two handicapped people with us and the front desk would not have the hotel shuttle come pick us up at our building # 7. We had to ask about the American Disability Act and still they would not help us. One plus, there was plenty of parking, not much lighting. DO NOT USE THE HOTEL. R Brough

You get what you pay for, but even with low expectations this stay was disappointing. I only needed a room for about 10 hours between travel and simply wanted somewhere clean and safe to rest.

To be fair, the shuttle driver was very nice and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the room itself was in rough condition. There were bugs near the shower, the shower head didn’t work properly, and the sheets had a questionable stain. The furniture and carpeting also looked extremely worn.

I’m not particularly picky about hotels, but the overall condition made it difficult to relax or sleep. For me, this was a one-and-done stay. If your budget allows, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Shuttle was great. This hotel is really beat up. You could see daylight under the front door. The shower curtain didn't come down to the floor so when you showered water went all over the bathroom and out into the dressing area. Shampoo dispenser was empty. Bed was clean.

The room smelled so bad. It smelled like someone’s body odor. It was the worst smelling hotel room I think I’ve ever stayed in. And I wasn’t sure whether there was mold there because it might have been the smell of damp carpet. I arrived at 12:50am or I would have asked to switch rooms.

Overall a poor accommodation, would not stay there again.
They don’t answer the phone!!!!
I tried multiple times. 3 different phone numbers. We requested early check-in months earlier because our over-night flight arrived 8:10 am. Tried phoning to confirm early check-in before we left airport but they don’t answer the phone !!! We arrived at travelodge and the front desk person was immediately rude and dismissive. And no check-in until 3pm, and there’s NO lobby (2 chairs) and no place to go while we waited the 5 hours. Two of us ended up sitting on the floor, since we were exhausted. We would have waited at the airport had we known we wouldn’t get into our room.
The entire place is old and run down. Smells musty. Pictures on website do not match how it actually looks.
Family of 4 and they gave us only 2 towels in our room!!! At least the bedding seemed clean.
Free airport shuttle was the only good thing about this place.

It is a place to stay if you need a place near the airport. It was the cheapest when I was looking. The only restaurant somewhat walkable is the IHOP on site, but a bus stops right in front that goes to locations with other eateries. They have a shuttle that gets you to the airport in less than 10 mins, but hours are limited and it only comes every 45 mins. It has a pool that looked clean, but I didn't see anyone use it and it did not look fun. It looked like some of the rooms were occupied by people there long-term, but everyone was quiet and respectful of others.

Front desk staff was not personable and will not go out of their way for you. The room is basic and served its purpose of spending a night before an early morning flight. The room was right next to the highway, so I had whizzing highway traffic noise combined with airplanes taking off. I absolutely recommend earplugs.

I had a 14 day stay . Bathroom door was broken and would not close. Mold in the bathroom tiles . Ice machines nearby only worked 50 percent of time . On day 3, one of two keycards stopped working . Halfway through my stay, both key cards stopped working . Also a few days into the stay, shower stopped working for a few hours because of maintenance nearby , no notice was given anywhere, tried to call at least 5 times from hotel phone about it around 1230-1pm, but receptionist never answered . Asked the receptionist about a few days latet, he just shrugs . Manager only comes in the morning . Also called the operator for check in adjustments , lady doesn’t understand basic check in questions,

Rooms need maintenance, throw pillows instead of full size pillows, animal fences on ground in front of room,caulking and paint need repair in bathrooms, carpet had large rolls/wrinkles from poor install stretching or previous flooding, homeless person going through trash in front of rooms, you get what you pay for and Travelodge is a never pay again

I got to the property.. they let a gentleman traveling with his company to check in at 1130am. Told me right after it was strictly 3pm. Room had part of its bathroom floor literally missing. Room 660 was bad. Id recommend checking out another place.
