I was put on the top floor and when it got windy outside I kept hearing a squeaking noise coming from the roof which kept waking me up so didn’t get much sleep other than that it was an ok place.

The first room they put me in was very dirty, and it had been damaged before I got in. I didn't want to get charged for it, and this is the first time I have ever had to put down a deposit for a room. So the second room was alright, but I can honestly say if I have to go back to the area, this will never be my choice of Hotels.

This was the most terrifying stay I’ve ever had. I have had a few roaches in my stays before, but NEVER bedbugs.
THIS hotel has bedbugs…BEDBUGS!! I was horrified by this!! I wish I would’ve been in the right state of mind to snap a picture, instead of hightailing it out of the room!

Word to the wise, if the box spring is covered in black fabric and the price point is lower than $120 …. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT STAY !!!!

This stop was part of a road trip for my family; we stayed in 8 hotels in 9 days. At this hotel we reserved a room with a a picture of 2 queen beds. When we arrived, there was 1 bed and ... nothing on the other side. With 3 of us (me and my 2 kids), that was a problem. I checked the listing, and that entire option for my room type was missing. When I looked a couple months into the future, that option had had all of the pictures removed. I asked the front desk, and was told I booked a room with only 1 bed, and that I'd have to pay extra for a room with 2 beds. Fortunately we had a small air mattress we could use for the person with no bed, as I refused to pay extra after the bait-and-switch.

The hotel itself has a ... smell. I'm not sure what it is. Additionally, the room was dirty; the sheets had stains and burn holes. The floor had something stuck in/on/to it. The curtains were broken.

Breakfast was about what you'd expect for a \"free breakfast\": waffle maker, toast, off-brand cereal. No fresh fruit, however.

The room service staff were very polite. Front desk people were less so (both the night staff, and the morning staff). Overall bad experience, would not come back, and do not recommend.

For starters I was surprised for the type of hotel well motel I should say. collecting $100.00 for incidentals is way too much for the type of hotel. My stay was this past Friday when I checked out and today is Tuesday. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. and today I checked out of a Best Western and they also hold $100.00 for incidentals and was put back into my account same day, and Americans Best Value Inn still holding the $100.00 from last week. I will keep checking hoping they will return the 100.00 so if you stay at this hotel make sure, they return the incidentals that they are holding.
The bathroom was dirty found a used soap in the tub and the sheets have a funny smell and wrinkled.

The room smelled horrible as did the lobby and the halls. The staff was nice but their listing doesn't tell you that there is a $100 deposit when you check in. Reading reviews, most say they don't even get it back. The breakfast was a joke as it states biscuits and gravy, eggs and cereal. They did have two cereals, but no milk.

Room had no chairs, no phone, and one towel for three adult occupants. Window was cracked so the negative 5 degree weather was a little chilly - the heat did work but had a difficult time keeping up.

Do not stay here!! If i coukd give negative stars i would. We were going to a concert in st louis and wanted a place to lay our head so we wouldn't have to drive home. The pictures on this website are not accurate. We stayed in room 204. When we checked in they charged us 100.00 extra in case things were tore up when we left. Our room was absolutely disgusting. The toilets were not clean....black stuff in them. Mold in the bathtub...the bed has blood stains on the sheets, holes in the wall. No fridge. Microwave did not work. The bed was so gross and when u sat on it the bed sunk to the floor. Wet moldy spots all over the ceilings and walls. We stayed for three hours and left. I could go on but i would take up everyones time. Do not stay here. Then they wouldn't refund our money for all the disgusting comments and concerns we had about the room. Just dont do it.

Obvious maintenance problems! I thought i would fall off the toilet the first time! No hairdryer, coffee pot, refrigerator, etc. From the extra space, obviously removed! The WORST was the manager breaking into my room at 1am! Supposedly looking for a clean room! I wouldn't return even if they paid me to stay there!

Noise from people passing by my room #200! But No evidence of bedbugs or roaches. Dingy linens, towels, and washcloths —needed 150% of the bleach they were getting. Lacking a desk or even a coffee table — was forced to place some of my luggage on the bed, where the housekeeper moved it to the TV console when they entered, and the floor. Heavy full-length mirror was simply leaned against the wall, not secured. May stay here again in the future only because this hotel was a convenient bike ride to my volunteer service at Gateway Christian Church.

This was one of the most run down hotels I have ever stayed in and I was not being picky. The walls and everything is in disrepair. I already knew we weren't going to have breakfast because it was so gross but when I saw the breakfast area, it was a mess! No one was in it at the time, the man just sitting at the front desk (which is cluttered with inappropriate items and is not professional at all) and he couldn't bother cleaning up or restocking. There was not a single empty cup. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. He looked everywhere for cups and couldn't find any. The only good thing was the air worked in the room. I would not stay again.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed

The room and halls where disgusting, the whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and often of marijuana smoke I had selected a non smoking room but when people are smoking in the rooms down the hall that allow smoking it defeats the purpose. I have bad lungs and wife is pregnant every time someone smoked it was like they were blowing it in my face I would go into a coughing attack and couldn’t breathe. We woke up the first morning with itchy bites originally thought maybe a mosquito got us but now they burn and sting and itch bad fairly sure it’s bed bugs. The condition of this hotel in comparison to ones at a similar price rage this place should be charging tops $30/night go with the other hotels they are much nicer we come to this area weekly for work and have been to most hotels in the area this one is by far the worst. Also breakfast is sad pancakes and waffles with cinnamon rolls and bread oh and juice , no cereal no protein like sausage or eggs and the first morning they didn’t even have syrup so I had to eat buttered pancakes cause I wasn’t allowed to take them to my room where I had stuff I could put on it that would at least make it somewhat appetizing. This place is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. And I’ve stayed in central LA so that’s saying something.

I am very disappointed, I rented 3 rooms, one of the rooms had no refrigerator, no TV and the bed frame was broken, I contacted the desk manager to let him know about the room and he said there is nothing he can do about it, but if I wanted to get something done I had to pay $150 extra, restrooms were dirty and had a bad odor, on top of that someone was trying to get in my room in the middle of the night That was a very scared moment not knowing who’s trying to get in the room or why?? Again I contacted the front desk and nothing was done. Overall we had a very bad experience I would not recommend this place at all..

This motel is not as advertised online. The carpet in the lobby and on the stairs badly worn, thread are and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. The assigned room had not been cleaned. It looked like someone still occupied it. This hotel was gross. Bathroom was horrible busted door hole in the celing paint spattered on the carpet. Went downstairs asked for another room . I moved rooms a little better but not much. I bought sheets pillow and blanket cause i was not sleeping on thier sheets. Dirty. Mini frige broken. Had to leave my takeout cause i couldnt keep ot cold. And the charge 100 deposit in case you tear up the room. I should of went somewhere else but i was exhausted from traveling

Toilet ran constantly. No blankets. Had to request blankets and make our own beds. Blankets provided were cigarette burned. Floor not vacuumed. Electrical outlet by sink not working. Under bed not vacuumed in what seems to be weeks. Hard, lumpy mattress. No front desk clerk for over 1/2 hour at check our. No receipt yet. The hotel was hard to find, as the address listed is Lindbergh Blvd but it is not even visible from Lindbergh, and you have to take 2 different streets to arrive at the hotel. At check in I was initially ignored by the front desk staff, who were in shift change and were bringing each other up to speed about the problem guests; I had the impression that this hotel was a half-way house for transitioning criminals back into society. I declined to consent to leaving a deposit, as it said that the refund would be issued at the sole discretion of the front desk clerk. When I expressed concern about the damage deposit, the clerk stated that \"people are eating chutney in the bed, and we have to buy new sheets\". There was an unmistakable odor of marijuana and a dog was running through the lobby. The room turned out to be subpar and lacking in essentials - the remote was missing, carpet was stained and dirty (like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks). The bathtub was dirty, missing the shower head and the shower curtain, and the handle for the hot water was a wrench!! The light switch inside the door didn't work, and this was the darkest room I'd ever walked into. When the toilet was flushed, it produced a very loud noise. I was concerned about the quality of the food considering the cleanliness of the room etc, so I did not partake of the breakfast. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The property needs a lot of deep cleaning. The carpet needs cleaning, the tile floor in the bathroom was slick with oil. The bed skirt was hanging off the bed, touching the floor. The front door did not manually lock so I had to rely on the electronic lock & door chain. Check out was 11 but when I came down at 10, breakfast and coffee was all cleaned up.

This place was filthy - overflowing trash cans, dog poop everywhere. The breakfast was a disaster with two pieces of dried out white bread available, some crumbs of dry cereal with no milk. The coffee was so weak as to be unrecognizable and the floor of the lobby was so dirty your feet smacked and stuck when you walked. My room was humid and smelled of mold. My check in was smooth, but my friends were kept waiting for 20 minutes. The staff finally found their reservation and it took even longer because of something. The pool had white algae floating in it and looked murky - there were no chairs by the pool, as if anyone would want to be there. The staff was very friendly but I guess some things are beyond their control. This place was so bad it inspired a short story - we laughed about it the next day.

THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE. I WENT DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET ANOTHER PILLOW AND BLANKET WAS TOLD WHAT IS ON THE BED IS ALL THEY HAD. I got a reservation here and thought that I would stay for one night while my loved one was in the hospital. Based on the pictures, I seen a pool and clean rooms and figured I could chill by the pool briefly and rest in a safe place. The place was nothing like the pictures there was graffiti and trash everywhere… There was even car parts in the grass, there were people outside publicly doing drugs, which is none of my business and also a man just knocking a girl in her head repeatedly, and nobody did anything including myself… I didn’t even go in, the pool was green-there was people standing at the door inside, but smoking with it open… just too much I asked for a credit to my account to find another room and this Location refused to answer. I am still awaiting a refund because I did not stay. I didn’t stay not because of a trip interruption or a normal reason that a trip wouldn’t occur. I stayed because literally this listing is nothing like what it advertised. I have a video of some other things that I have reported, but I did not get permission of the people that may be in it and do not want any trouble or issues with that.
