Water was off, no rooms were available at check in ended up having to spend more money finding somewhere else to stay.
Front desk was extremely nice so I appreciate her felt bad for what she had to encounter out of her control personally, but would have been nice to receive an update of some sort that no room was available and water was shut off. I had an even to host that I ended up being late to due to the inconvenience of what happened.

Showed up about a half hour before check in and room wasn’t ready until 2 hours later. We weren’t told how long the delay was going to be, otherwise we could’ve left to go eat and come back. Instead, we waited in the lobby, where there were no amenities. While waiting, other guests were checked in ahead of us without any explanation. After 8 hours on the road, we just wanted to get to our room and relax and it turned into a night of complete frustration. Room was nice, but the walls were extremely thin and the other guests were (in several rooms) were extremely loud. The pool was empty so that option was not available either. For the money spent, I could have got two separate rooms for less in a better hotel, which will be the course I take next time.

There were parties going on with other guests that were extremely loud and disruptive until at least 5am. When we phoned the front desk at 3am they said it was the weekend and people were partying and to just accept it. I have never experienced such poor hotel management nor such a terrible front desk. I would stay away from this hotel as it just seems to be a cheap rental for loud, obnoxious guests looking to host parties.

My room had quit a bit of dust I the vents, on top of shelving & on towel holders. The table was really flimpsy. There were stains on the pillow & a towel. And my room was in the bask of the last building 2nd floor. I felt unsafe as a woman. Staff were below to average friendliness… when checking in she was chatting with a friend then looked annoyed that she had to work. I was polite & started checking in. I had to ask her to speak up 3-4 times because she would talk so soft & fast at times! It was an ok stay, but I probably won’t stay here again, I’ll spend a little more elsewhere!

Most features we expected were there, and the room fulfilled our needs. We might even go there again. Howver there were a few issues...

Maintenance: the linoleum in the bathroom had split and curled up near the sink. It should be replaced.
Cleanliness: the room had been cleaned very well. However the cloth bathmat has a stain. If the laundry can't clean it, it should be replaced.
Safety: there is no non-slip mat in the bathtub/shower. The bathroom had grab bars - a good feature, but a nonslip surface is the most important safety feature in a shower.
Safety and general impression: a big parking lot light fell down before we arrived, and nobody even bothered to turn off the power. The light isn't that important, but if you just leave it lying there, that sends a message that nobody cares.
Convenience: there were two glass glasses in the kitchen, and no glasses in the bathroom. I generally expect to see bathroom glasses even if the kitchen has something; disposable plastic ones would have been fine. We went to a store and bought plastic glasses, as well as a sponge so we could wash dishes (there weren't enough dishes to justify running the dishwasher).

The bed is clean and comfortable. What I liked the most was the bathroom — it was very clean and had no mold at all. The kitchen was also clean except for the dishwasher, but it wasn’t a big deal since I don’t use it anyway. The carpet really needs to be shampooed and vacuumed because it was very dirty. Other than that, the rest was okay.

The room was nice small things here and there that could use improvement for instance the lock on the door was faulty i was there alone and that caused me to pause. Did not utilize the fireplace in the room but i loved that addition. The staff was amazing and very kind. I can not remember the two ladies that helped me but they were delightful.

I only liked the style of the room looking like an apartment. The carpet needs to be updated, I had to ask for clean towels and sheets, the room was damaged with holes in the wall like it was a recent fight in the room and people were sitting on the steps near there rooms smoking and drinking. I seemed as if this was a hotel to service the community. I felt like I was in an apartment complex instead of a hotel. I will never rent here again. They held a 300.00 deposit which is taken immediately and it takes 7-10 to be returned back to your card. That definitely didn’t sit well with me.

The room was clean and spacious, but that's about the only positive. The clerk at check in seemed like I was bothering her by being there; the parking lot was sketchy. When I went to my room, the room next door had 2 folding chairs outside and an ashtray that must have had 30+ cigarette butts in it on the ground. The TV in my room didn't work, but that really didnt matter because there was no remote. The entire place was overrun with weeds and grass that desperately needed mowing. With a little care, this could be a very nice property, but no one is putting in any effort.

First off we were supposed to have a king size bed and somehow got a full/queen. The room was dirty, and the floors were sticky. There was literally a hole punched in the bathroom door. Not cool. I would not recommend this place to anyone, among of my worst experiences. Do not stay here

I hate writing bad reviews but it really wasn’t a decent stay. 2 out of the 3 TVs didn’t work and when I called front desk there was nothing they could do (hey I have an idea, how about check first before renting)
Carpets badly stained, coffee pot rusted, lid broken and smelled like it was only rinsed. Closet door came off the hinge when I opened it.
Told staff that I wanted a credit (not a refund), front desk said they would if Travelocity called. They called, front desk said no to Travelocity.

Yes the air conditioner effectively cooled pretty quickly.
I would have liked to have more food options on site. I like the use the stove as a timer. The microwave worked as intended. There was something I thought the kitchen needed but I don't remember what exactly what it was. But there is sign in the room to go to the front desk to see if they have something from you home experience. The desk by the tv was just the right height for me and I used it much more than I thought I would. It was also nice to have several outlets to charge things including right on the desk. I had good good interactions with staff. Overall I had a most excellent experience at this particular location.

This is definitely a no frills hotel. The grounds are not well maintained--grass needs cutting, concrete steps are crumbling. When we got to our room, we learned that the TV was not working. We had to move to another room because we were told that there is no maintenance. It was early evening, so not sure if no maintenance in the evening or no maintenance at all. Although there were clean towels in the room, no wash cloths and no hand soap (although there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash). The oven in the kitchenette was absolutely disgusting! I realized that there was no hair dryer in the room. I went to the front desk and asked and they said someone would bring me one. 8 hours later, still no hair dryer, so I went back and asked again. The front desk clerk promised that she would try to find one for me or let me know if there wasn't any available. Never heard back from her and never got a hair dryer. The website states coffee and tea in the lobby, however we were told that the coffee maker was broken. The exercise room had a treadmill, a stationary bike and an elliptical. The stationary bike was out of order. The treadmill worked fine The one bright spot was that they did allow us to check out late.
I would not recommend this hotel.

The room deposit was almost $100 more than the cost of the room. $300 deposit. We stayed one night. It will take 5-10 business days before we get the deposit back.

It was advertised as having a king size bed and the larger bed was NOT a king
No extra blankets anywhere
No hand soap in any bathroom

I booked a two bedroom suite for me and my son who is in a wheelchair. Nowhere on the listing did it say the unit was up two flights of stairs. The hotel had a room that may have accommodated but I had to work with hotel.com. I chatted with an agent that stated they could not make any changes. Awful. Lost money and had to find another hotel. Completely unacceptable.

We pre-paid for two nights at this hotel- even though we only needed one night's stay - because we were arriving in town in the morning via a red-eye flight, knew that we would need a place to get freshened up, and we didn't want to chance it that if we only reserved one night this (or any other) hotel would say \"no early check-ins available.\"
But when we arrived at the property, we were told that our reservation had been cancelled and there were no rooms available (even though we had never cancelled).
The receptionist was firm that there were no rooms available and totally unsympathetic and unhelpful. She even told us she couldn't refund our payment--that we would have to contact Expedia to request the refund.
So this was a total waste to have made a reservation at this hotel, and we had a very bad experience with them.
What's more, the property - the parts we could see (outside grounds, front desk, lobby, and restrooms) --were very poorly maintained. Looks like this property may have been built by a larger, reputable chain, then closed and sold to a small operation that is not putting any money into upkeep and isn't training their staff in customer relations.
Bottom line: you get what you pay for. The pictures looked nice and the price seemed great, so we were willing to pay for two nights to get one assured night (plus the half-day we needed with the morning check-in), but that was wishful thinking. We will never do business with this property again.

While the staff were kind, this property was disgustingly dirty. Literal clumps of dirt and dust hanging from the ceiling fan, bathroom doors didn’t lock, burns in the carpet, gouges in the walls, carpet peeling up from the edges, no hand soap (literally anywhere on the property - the office said they had been out for 3 days), broken toilet seats, toilets continually running, and the place smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking.

When I walked into the property, the young lady was lent over-the-counter. Can I help you with an attitude then she said I don’t know how you were able to even book we overbooked. We tried to call you, but we didn’t have a number on file. I had a real nasty attitude and told me to go to another hotel.

Checked in and bathroom floor had huge chunks of linoleum missing and raised. Went to desk. Girl at desk was very nice and changed rooms. The next room had same problem with floor, but not as bad. Bathroom door had a hole from what looked like it had been punched. We had reserved 2 nights, but checked out after 1 night. I hate to give bad reviews but this was nothing like the pictures and in poor shape for the money.

The hotel was really cool. It was a perfect setup for my family with a loft bedroom that had an attached bathroom. The living room had a pull out bed for my twin boys. The master bedroom had french doors that closed as well as our own private bathroom. There was a little kitchen that was perfect for us with plates, bowls, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, oven, and fridge. I didn’t want to rate our stay less than excellent but I will say it wasn’t as clean as it could be. It didn’t make our stay any less excellent but there was some garbage under the beds and a few other minor things that I noticed that I do wish could have been a little cleaner but other than that it was a really great stay! Thanks!

I can’t say anything about the state of the rooms as we didn’t have the opportunity to stay. When we arrived behind our family members that were checking in, we were informed they were sold out as they didn’t have enough rooms cleaned to fulfill reservations made and paid for. While I don’t hold it against the desk clerk, she certainly didn’t go out of her way to help us secure a room elsewhere. Very poor customer service given the circumstances.

The room came with a lot of things we needed for our stay. It was nice to have plates and silverware available to reheat leftovers. There was a single wash worth of dish washer detergent. There was also dish soap by the sink but no sponge to clean dishes with so we had to run one load of dishes at the end with only 4 dishes in it.
We were also there for 4 days and never saw any evidence of a maid visiting while we were out. We had to use the same towels for all 4 days or call the front desk for more. The floors were also had some spots when we first checked in, like it needed mopped.
There were also issues with the water pipes banging in the walls at 5 am when our neighbor was showering, which woke us up. There was also air in the water line so when we used the sink or flushed the water would sputter a little bit. I was disappointed in my stay here.

This hotel was not customer service friendly at all whatsoever. Check in was late even though i had a reservation. I checked in the room and reserved the room for my daughter. They kicked my daughter out for noise complaints at 2AM with not one warning. It was her and her two friends listening to music and dancing late. That's fine. They shouldve been quieter. My issue is speaking with the front desk agent and manager who told me that I would not get my deposit back because of the complaints. The room was not damaged or anything. The front desk agents were not trying to help with this issue at all. The front office manager called me from her cell phone(unprofessional) to argue me down about how my daughter was not 21. Her being 20 years old does not justify keeping my deposit. She says that noise complaints is part of the incidentals and i agreed to it when i signed the contract. I didn't receive a contract paper at check in just the keys. I left one of the keys at the front desk for my daughter, she picked it up with no problems. They didn't ask for ID and I told them that \"my daughter\" would be picking up a key. No one told me about an age policy and i clearly stated my daughter. The only rules that I was informed about were on the expedia website. All of a sudden since they just want to keep my deposit, they have all of these rules. Nothing is wriiten down. Corporate has no idea what is going on. The staff just wants to argue and be right not provide decent

We had 5 people in our group with 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch, as I pulled out the couch the mattress was thin and had very dark stains on it,the ceiling fan was so dusty the the dust was hanging over the blades overall the place was just filthy., would not recommend

This was by far the nastiest place I have ever stayed in and we are frequent travelers. There was mold growing on the ceiling of the utility closet, the floor was filthy (glad I had flip flops), sticky stuff on the kitchen and bathroom counters, stains on the carpet. We turned the ceiling fan off and it was completely covered in dust and had dust hanging from it. It’s no wonder I was coughing and sneezing our entire stay. The room smelled like cigs and weed. One guest was sitting in a chair passed out outside of her room at 8am with a burning cig in her hand. Did feel safe with the constant presence of the police but clearly a reason why they are there. No plan to ever return. Highly recommend the owner/CEO make a pop-in visit. Not good!

There was a lot of broken items in the room - a drawer totally broken, a shelf falling off the way - needs maintenance! They forgot to put towels in the room - only had one coffee cup in the room (for 2 people). Just seemed shabby for the area, and the price.
