The room was spacious, clean. However, the headboard attached to the wall above the bed was unstable. It fell off the wall when I sat down on the bed which moved as the bed was on wheels. I should have reported it at the time to the manager, but didn't think it was that important. We did get charged a few days after checkout for a broken headboard that wasn't our fault. The manager told us she wouldn't reverse the charge for this as I should have reported it to her and didn't have pictures to show it wasn't our fault.
Overall, a reasonably priced apartment in a good location but if something isn't the way it should be, make sure you report it promptly and take before and after pictures.
