My kids appreciated the pool (crowded as it was!). The happy hour and fountain soda in the breakfast area was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are a bit worn, hallway looked like it had some water issues as well with missing tiles/exposed pipes. Bed was too soft for me. We had to switch rooms due to wet carpet by the AC; staff was very accommodating, but it was an inconvenience after we had unpacked.

This is the best hotel! The breakfast was hot and delicious. The evening Happy Hour was a real plus. The staff was wonderful and always smiling. The location was perfect being right off the expressway and close to many attractions. We will definitly be staying here again.

Th hot tub was absolutely gross. It had a lot of white foam on top of it (like the kind you see on top of a dirty river that is sitting still). The breakfast was not great. The “free drink” station had pop tha was wate, flat, or gross.

My room was sold when o got there after a long drive I had to move to a sister property by the convention center. However it was nicer than the Union Station property. The pool area smelled like dirty diapers as did the bathroom in our room. The door in our room needed replaced. It looked like it had severe water damage. Carpets were stained. And no outlets for plugging in iPhone cords. You must bring a block to power your iPhone.

Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there.

Front desk staff member was rude to us when we told them our room key wasn’t working. She acted bothered by having to help us and demanded an ID. We couldn’t show ID because we just came back from the pool. She was rude and not someone who should be working at the front desk.

We had no TV reception and really wanted to watch the NCAA Tournament. So very disappointing. We wanted ice for our cooler and the ice maker on our floor was out of order. We had to go from floor to floor trying to find an ice maker that worked. Breakfast was not good at all and the breakfast area was a huge mess. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The check-in was efficient and the staff was friendly. I was given a coupon for 3 glasses of wine during happy hour (each glass was about 3 ounces). Elevators definitely needed to be mopped. The floor was sticky and stained. I stayed in room 907. The room was spacious but definitely in need of updating. It looked like a room from the 1980s. It's been a couple of years staying in a room without a smart TV. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooom smelled of urine. Because I was only there one night, I used their towels to clean and disinfect the toilet, sink, shower, and floor. Smell gone. I ate at the restaurant on site. Excellent food and service. I was in town for the New Edition concert. This hotel was within 4 blocks of Amtrak and The Enterprise Center where the concert was. It was also close to Union Station and The Arch. Excellent excellent location.

I booked my stay a month in advance. When I arrived my room was obviously dirty. They couldn’t clean it for me nor give me another room because they were completely booked. The staff had no idea how to fix the situation. I didn’t even to get to stay there. On top of all that they double charged me. They said I was a no show on my second night even though the didn’t have a room for me? It was completely ridiculous

Free parking and the proximity to the nearby attractions (1min from the St Louis City SC Stadium, 5 min walk to the union station/ferris wheel, 30min walk to the Arch!) makes this hotel a gem! Pool area looked a bit in need of update breakfast is ok (coffee not ok) but again the amenities I mentioned has lots of value in my book. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the 6th floor (ferris wheel and the Arch!) were nice!

It was nice to be connected to a restaurant. The central location of the hotel was also helpful. And it was really nice to have free drinks and snacks offered daily.

This was a perfect location! We took our 2 year old to a Blues game and to do lots of activities at union station. We were able to walk there, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, our room was very hot - the thermostat said 78°. The first night we just dealt with it, but since we were paying a decent amount and staying another night I decided to ask for it to be looked at or possibly change to a different room. They said they didn’t have another room, but got someone from maintenance right away (it wasn’t even 5 minutes) up to our room! They fixed the AC right away and compensated us for the inconvenience. They were also very nice and quick to help us! We never complain so I felt really bad to cause them any trouble, but the Gil at the desk and our maintenance guy were so friendly and willing to help! The popcorn, pop, and other refreshments are a wonderful bonus! I would definitely stay here again!

They had a hard time finding out reservation, but they eventually found it and then we had no problems at all. They have a happy hour with snacks and 3 alcoholic beverages (beer or wine) a night while there. They have a good breakfast and 24 hour soda. This is our second time staying there and will be always staying here when we come to St. Louis.

They also have free hot breakfast with a great variery of options, a resturant, cafe area, and a hot tub and pool. The male night shift attendant was wonderully friendly. The two females working nights not so much, they were quite rude. However, overall the hotel experience was winderful. Highly recommend. If the two females working the front desk at night had been more polite this would have been a 5/5 star stay. 4/5 for everything else!

Walked in our room and immediately had to call the front desk because it smelled like somebody had chain smoked for the last 48 hours in the room. Staff ran an ozone machine while we were out at a concert, when we came back the room smelled even worse. The rest of the rooms were booked so we couldn’t be moved somewhere else. We ended up just driving home 2.5 hours away after being at a concert all night.
