Everything about the hotel was dirty and unkempt. The elevators were old and badly needed serviced. At one time I was stuck on one for far too long without it moving (5 mins) or the doors opening to let me off. I almost had to hit the emergency button. Most of the staff was kind, but that is the only plus. At first I was almost charged the full amount of the stay, even after confirming my reservation had been paid, then was told to pay for incidentals, and instead had the full total come up. Thankfully my card was not close enough to the "tap" area or it would've been charged. The microwave, fridge and hair dryer were all broken. Outlets were broken. The carpets were black and nasty. The towels were like sandpaper, no fresh soap. The windows and sills had inches of dust, dirt and dead bugs. The shower barely worked and the handles were coming off the wall. This was obviously a decent hotel at one time, and the pictures are a complete lie from that time, because whoever has taken over the property now can not manage to keep anything clean or working. It is one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. The biggest issue is that I booked a "mobility accessible" room and was not given one. The fact that this is a Radisson hotel is crazy to me because I've always thought the brand was good, and is a big reason why I booked this hotel. I feel sorry for most of the staff because I am certain they hear complaints all the time and it is not (most) of their fault. What a joke. Stay away!

3 Stars is Average, which I can't say this hotel is average. It was definitely lacking a average stay. House keeping never came, we stayed for 3 nights. cleanliness was low, low staff. They don't have free breakfast like a AVERAGE hotel. The room size wasn't bad and the bed wasn't terrible. It was on the cheaper side of others in the area.

Hotel is neglected and going through some sort of transition. Hotel had like 3 names and I'm still not sure if that was a Radisson, Holiday Inn or "the Arch".

Only 1 working elevator for the whole week. Only 1 person at front desk for 11am checkout.

Breakfast was $15 and used dehydrated eggs, and coffee creamer was a single bottle of Nescafe vanilla-flavored stuff. No milk! Onsite restaurant was closed.

Room was fine, and clean so that's what really matters. Bed was comfortable.

Neighborhood is on the back entrance on dirty side of the conference center. Poorly lit, no secure parking

Do not stay here, it's awful. They have no internet at all, and due to having no internet the phones don't work so that seems rather unsafe. The room and common areas were filthy; the carpets look as though no one has vacuumed them in months. The entire place felt unsafe! My room was dirty; the furniture was stained and had holes in it. There was black mold on the ceiling of the room and water damage. My room felt really dark, and dingy. At some point someone had thrown a party in the room and there was still tons of tape and thumb tacks in the walls and ceiling. Besides for checking in I didn't see a single employee the entire time I was there. Thankfully I was only there for 1 night.

The staff were very helpful. We needed batteries for the tv remote and they sent someone up right away. The room was clean! The bed comfortable. The check in staff very helpful. Unfortunately, they are in the middle of a remodel so there was only one working elevator, no restaurant or breakfast. Would still stay here again. Convenient to downtown and the Dome of America.

In their defense they were in the middle of renovations but due to that they only had 1 working elevator and the restaurant was closed so no breakfast. The door to my room was off center so couldd only open it 3/4 of the way. On the good side the ac worked well and the shower water was hot.

First let me say the staff were all amazing. They were very helpful and sweet. However the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. It definitely had the potential to be a really cool place but you can tell they are not putting anything into it for upkeep. Of the 3 elevators only one worked. Our room was not overly clean and the sheets were either stained or dirty. The entire hotel smelled of weed. I would not personally book here for another stay.

Person at the front desk was shouting at people and us for our room numbers. Saying it was for "security reasons" even though giving out room numbers is not supposed to be a thing. We left a day early because of it.

The room was okay. Could have been nicer. The ac didn't want to cool the first day and by day 2 it was an ice box. No in between.

The area around us was dirty, everything seemed under construction with no end in sight, and parking was very sketchy/just out in the open.

Would not recommend and will not be staying again.

Too much walking to rooms, one elevator in service. Convenience to venue for meetings. A/C slowly died down, as we got closer to completing our meetings. Friday A/C was done. Yet maintenance did supply 2 fans for our last day. The hallway was cooler. Highly tempting to keep our door open. To many belongings to move in another room. No Coffee creamer for coffee. Front desk we were constantly waiting for. 2particular ladies were helpful, didn’t get any names, sorry. Seen Name change on Thursday, I sure hope the Radisson can do something about this establishment, the convenience would be worth the fix. Construction, limited parking, we got spots, thank the Lord

Great place to stay and near downtown

Partner and I stayed there for the baseball games at Busch stadium. When we checked in Friday we found our room's AC was not working. Sharonda at the front desk was a rockstar! Not only is she fun to talk to and joke with, she gave us a free upgrade on the room so we had working AC! She was awesome and I hope she's told that often.
The upgrade room was great. Clean, nice and cool and comfy.
The only thing I wish all hotels would do in any room are: more hooks and bars in bathrooms to hang towels, wet clothes, swimsuits etc.
Also, one medium size bath towel per person is not enough. Should be at least 2 per person on a multi night stay.
Otherwise, despite the room issue and parking constraints we enjoyed the hotel (oh and the young crowd that stayed there...between the noise level and smell of certain substance in hallways and coming from rooms) we would stay there again.

Absolutely terrible. Towels were paper thin. Hotel maid told us they were out of toilet paper & couldn’t access an unoccupied room to borrow a roll. Only 1 elevator working & we got stuck in it. The phone in the elevator was not in working condition. We sounded the alarm button with no response. Fortunately my cell phone worked and I called the fire department. Hotel reeked of marijuana. Appears that renovation is being done but no sign of work being done. We expect a refund!

The property was not as the picture portrayed it to be, it’s a computer generated picture. The area around the hotel is dirty and in the bad part of town, but a half a block away is nice. The air conditioner would only cool the room to 71 degrees when it was almost 100 degrees outside. The whole situation was very uncomfortable!!

The guy who checked me in barely helped me with parking questions and had to go back 30 mins later to ask someone else. There was lots of dust in the room and stains on the extremely thin blankets if you can even call them that. Got in on a Friday and check in was fairly fast. Got our room key and went to dinner. Got back and our key didn’t work anymore, went downstairs and got that fixed. Went to the room and the bathroom had hair in the tub and sink and there was a used towel on the shower curtain. Went downstairs and asked them to come clean it they ended up moving us rooms as they “didn’t have time to deal with it”. Got into our new room and the bathroom was clean but the beds looked like they started to strip them and then stopped. At this point I didn’t have the energy to deal with it so we changed and went to the pool. The water was warm which was nice but there were 3 giant hairballs in the pool. Went back to our room to call about the beds and the phone didn’t work. Decided I was completely over it and decided to strip the bed and use the blanket we brought for the night. The Saturday morning went down and asked them to clean the room since we were going to be gone all day and bring clean towels up as well. The guy said no problem and we left for the day. Get back around 9:30pm go to our room, we didn’t have any towels not even the ones we had used that morning. Went downstairs to ask for towels and the guys said he would bring some up, but never did. I had to go down at 7 this morning to get some so we could shower.

I stayed at this hotel during a busy concert weekend, and I honestly wish I hadn't. We checked in on a Thursday, and from the start, it was a nightmare. The first room had mold by the windows, and when my friend tried to shower, the water literally filled up to her mid-calf because it wouldn't drain. To make matters worse, our key cards kept failing, and we had to get them reactivated multiple times just to get into the room. After the whole shower disaster, we asked for a new room.
The second room had a half-broken bathroom light, which was useless when we needed to do our makeup. Then the third room's fridge didn't work, and we had to swap it out ourselves from the previous room honestly, it felt like we were doing the hotel's job. On top of that, the place smelled musty and moldy, they only had one working elevator during a fully booked weekend, and the
"continental breakfast" advertised online simply didn't exist. To top it all off, there was what looked like a mold stain on my pillow, and we had to beg for extra towels for four people. The shower in all THREE rooms were peeling up.
In short, this place felt like a $50-a-night motel at best. It was far from what we expected, and I wouldn't recommend it unless they do some major renovations and improvements.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the Dome it is literally around the corner 5 minutes walking. The Saint Louis Arch was only 15 minutes walking which was a great experience as well. The STL airport was a 20 minute drive. The room my friend and I stayed at had 2 beds that were super comfortable, a tv, refrigerator, microwave, sofa seat. Very clean. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Ok for the few hours we were there.

Was there for a concert, there was also a baseball game, church conf and a race same day. The hotel staff was exceptional considering the line to check in was out the door. They were still friendly and patient. However, this hotel needs remodeled. BADLY. The carpets are filthy throughout, the glass to the staircase looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Spilled things, smears, just yuck. Our towels were either dingy or dirty. Hair on them when I unfolded to use. Asked front desk for new ones, they had them to my room in five mins. Linens were the same way. The bathroom door looked like it had been thru a flood. Our room door was very hard to open. The handle was very loose. We had to call for help to open it twice. We also were not informed that the lot across the street for parking wasn’t going be available when I first booked.

When checking in, it took an hour of standing in line due to the amount of people. Staff was working hard, but felt there should of been a better system knowing a big event was coming to town.
Our room had some stained pillows and the bathroom sink was cracked. We found water on on the floor from it leaking. Only had the light in the bathroom worked as well.

We were told the hotel overbooked and our room was cancelled even though I had multiple confirmation emails. We also had spoken to a team member the day before who didn’t have any issues finding our reservation. Then we were told it was due to the hotel changing names and that Expedia moved us. Then we were told it was a payment issue (which was absolutely false). I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We were hours away from our home and basically told too bad it wasn’t their fault and there was nothing they could do.

I actually didn't stay at the hotel. After checking in, I had stained sheets, dirty carpet and it looked like someone took a scraper to the bottom of the shower tub. The clerk was super sweet and gave us another room but it was humid, smelled bad and the sheets were stilled stained. The bath fixtures were also damaged in the room. We cancelled the booking and found another hotel further away. Also, a big problem is that this place is not a Holiday Inn anymore but there was never notification given by the hotel or Expedia.

I selected this hotel for the amenities, location, and pricing. There was no breakfast because the restaurant was closed, and the pool was filthy. The water smelled, there was visible dirt on the sides of the pool, and the water was cloudy. However, the room itself was wonderful, clean, and presentable. Just utterly disappointed that we did not get amenities we were expecting, with no disclaimer or anything.

First off. No parking, lobby was hot like no a/c was working, restaurant was shut down, got our room it was decent, bathroom light didn’t work. They fixed it immediately though. Only enough towels for 2 people to shower. We had 2 adults and 2 children. Went to the pool. It was hot once again like no a/c working. But the water in the pool was so cold you couldn’t get in it. And it was so chlorinated that you couldn’t see past the surface. Went back to the room and got showers. A/c in room didn’t work very well but was good enough. No breakfast options in the morning. But could by snacks and drinks in the lobby. Very over priced for some bulk buying from Sam’s. Paid way too much for the quality of the hotel. Won’t go back next time.

The hotel is kind of a dump, and it does not appear that there's any initiative to maintain a nice appearance. There's no parking lot on site, so you park in a public lot that is far from secure. The area within a block from the hotel is very questionable and seems to be on a part of the city that is neglected. I do not recommend this hotel.

Final thoughts:
The hotel was just put under new ownership and has a lot of potential, the design is great the restaurant when it reopens will be a great set up as well. Don’t want to bash it because they are trying and to clean things up do take time. I look forward to seeing it in another year or so to see how it has improved.

This was an awful experience. The onsite restaurant was closed for renovations and no mention of that was made when booking. There was a large red stain on the carpet in the room. The bathtub surface was chipping and falling apart. The toilet seat was broken. A drawer between the beds wouldn’t stay closed unless I put a pillow in front of it. The pool had an oily surface and had not been cleaned. There was no breakfast available even though the property listed it. The place was dirty in general and not maintained. It was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had.

There wasn't any food available on site. Beds are comfortable, linens are clean. The housekeeping staff doesn't offer service you must request it, but their service hours weren't compatible with our schedule. The hotel is dated and in need of repairs and possibly renovation. The shower handle was not attached to the shower wall and was difficult to turn on and sometimes wouldn't turn off. ALL ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors were inoperative or missing. I had to go to the front desk to get ice. Parking is not clearly designated and there are only (2) disabled spaces available for the entire hotel. The only positives at this hotel, is the staff. Most were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

This must be the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The glass in the entry doors to reception were filthy and the public areas were covered in a heavy build up of dust which looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. In the 3 days I was there I didn’t see anyone cleaning any of the public areas

We got charge as we were suppose to get a continental breakfast included in our price and that was not the case. We didn’t know until we got to the property and checked in that was not available anymore. Soon as we walked into the lobby we started sweating, the air conditioning in our room was not any better we slept without blankets because it was so miserable. Our room smelled like horrible mildew. There were no ice machines and or not working. Any problem brought to the desk was treated like it was not a big problem. I had a future reservation and I went ahead and canceled it because the way this stay turned out.

It’s super dated, the bathroom curtain had stains, sheets had stains and they turn the air off after a certain time. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating.

Parking is listed, but it’s not disclosed that parking at the hotel is not available. Public parking is a block away and was $157 for two days. Several people got stuck in the elevators and it tried going up without closing the doors with our family in it. A/C was a window unit, and could not keep up and it smelled. The beds were clean and we had a safe place to sleep, that’s the only good I can share. We won’t stay again.

The property had limited staff available. When we needed extra towels, I had to run down to the front desk as when I made a call it was not answered. The air conditioning was not working which made it an uncomfortable stay during a hot weekend. The cost of our stay was high given these concerns. In addition, the pool was cloudy and the area seemed to be unkept as the following morning, we noticed that it was never cleaned up from the night before. Wish we could have given a better review as the pictures upon making the reservation seemed promising however, we felt deceived.

Hotel is undergoing renovations (they claim) which is not mentioned on website. No parking, no food options (other than microwave) No ice! Seriously, no ice machine works on ANY floor! I had to go down to desk each time to ask for ice from behind the counter…. The pool is beyond gross and so full of chlorine due to this you can barely breath in the indoor pool area. Close to many attractions, sad the stay was disappointing.

It was very cold in our room. And we can’ couldn’t adjust our A/C. The phones did not work so you couldn’t even reach the front desk. The hotel restaurant was closed. Besides that, it was an okay stay besides my room being extremely cold

Paid twice as much as comps and got less.

Reserved a room with a large bed and couch. They sent us to a room with two small beds that smelled moldy. I called down from the room phone to change rooms, btw the staff button doesn’t work so. They said come back down we will fix room. But When I got down they made a big deal about changing room?! My phone died on the way in, I had to charge it to find more info so they’d believe my reservation was wrong. They got me to a new room but no couch and appears to be half the size advertised. At this point I wasn't going to try to change rooms again. The room we had was near elevator and seemed paper thin. Baby’s crying down the hall sounded like they were in our bathroom. Couples arguing upstairs sounded like they were outside our door. Later realized there’s no parking like mentioned. So you park blocks away in an area that doesn’t seem to be thriving, extreme potholes surrounding, police cars and homeless area. Get back to the room later and the ac control does not work, they took off the dial and set it on top. Room was extremely hot at night and no control. There’s drywall repair and water damage all over the room and bathroom. Construction right under us in the AM.The second night I saw a roach scurrying in the bathroom.There’s a light above the bed that does NOT switch off. Maybe to keep away the roaches from the bed. The outlets next to the bed are not fastened to the wall. When I tried to unglug my charger the whole outlet came out of the wall. I could go on and on.

The kitchen was shut down due to remodel. We had a smoke detector that chirped all night with low battery. They lost one of our 3 room reservations. We had to use a blow up mattress and double up people in 1 room. The thermostat was loose on the wall, the water flow was bad and there were no cups for the coffee maker, the ice machine did not work in the hallway. One of our 2 rooms, the toilet did not have water and had to load it every time with water from the sink. The lobby carpet/rug was dirty. The free parking lot was toar up for repair so we had to spend extra for public parking lot.
