This hotel has everything you need if you're traveling for work or vacation. I loved that I could watch the Baseball game from the roof top bar. The rooms were clean and lots of options for food around the hotel.

My check in time was at 4pm. I wasn’t able to access my room until 7pm because the staff told me the cleaning maids were still working on my room. I had tickets for the cardinals game at 7:15pm and I ended up missing the first 3 innings because I had to wait for my room. Staff did not compensate anything for the delay. It was ridiculous.

Breakfast was great… But both days we went there, we did not have a server… Until we were getting up to leave… Of course… They still wanted gratuity, but that was not going to happen because they did nothing.
Our room was small and dated, but it did have a view of the stadium. The door lock was broken. And we informed the front desk when we got there… It was still not fixed by the time we left..
The showerhead was loose… We told them about that as well, but that did not get addressed either.

Clean room and clean hotel in general! The StarBucks coffee shop connected to hotel is very convenient! Bars at hotel are very cool as well. Staff was pretty solid. Bar tender was a little different vibe but coulda been just an off night for him. Great stay overall.

Over all a great hotel, We stay here every time we come to STL. The rooftop made a delicious cherry cokes for the kids and the restaurant downstairs had great food. This time we were on the 24th floor. It was a bit loud up there do to the roof top bar and grill, but it wasnt bad enough to stop sleep

FIrst off, call before you book! To:

1) Confirm all three of their elevators are actually working. During the trip, one was out of order the entire time. The second one, intermittenly down. The wait was consistently 15-20min.

2) Ask if they have ongoing events. The Masons event went into the weekend, followed by another that they failed to mention when we asked.

The staff, depending on who you interacted with, was night and day. Either curt with you - the fromt desk - or actually kind and hospitable - very few people.

The positive things, well, they were dwarfed by the disappointment.

The last morning, we called at 7:30am and asked for a later checkout. Response: You can do 12pm. Then she abruptly ended the call. At 11am, a knock at the door saying it was checkout time. 11:30am, same thing. 11:45, another knock.

Not soon after, a phone call from the front desk - the same rude staff member - stating \"checkout was at 11am, you should have left already.\" When we tried to explain we talked to her earlier this morning, she said \"there's no record of that here, so it wasn't approved.\" Then, another abrupt end to the call.

Look elsewhere if you're hoping for a great experience.

Pool was freezing for the kids. It was more like an ice bath which is disappointing. The room was small but it worked for the family of four. There were some other oddities that made it challenging. For example the parking garage height prevented any larger vehicles from self parking.

Close to attractions and anything you need in walking distance.
Staff was extremely helpful and kind.
Rooms, halls and restaurants very clean!!!
Unfortunately, they understaffed for busy check in times. Long lines to valet and check in.
Bar staff can’t make basic mixed drinks (old fashioned) so order a can/ bottle.
I would stay again for sure!!! Great customer service trumps a mixed drink any time!!

The staff was very kind and even helped to address the toilet not working in great time. However our room was not in great condition. Water damage in the bathroom with tile falling off and wallpaper pealing off walls. Bedding and towels were clean though. We were only staying a couple days so not a big deal but the rooms do need some work done. Location is in a convent location in the city.

Our comforter was visibly dirty, and the front desk staff was rude twice. Our key cards didn't work. The line for the elevator was very long and busy, and we had to keep waiting in it because of our key cards. When we asked for a new comforter, we got one but had to make the bed ourselves. All the linens had holes in them, from pillowcases to sheets, and we paid so much for the location. The rooftop bar was wonderful, and I loved the NA wine on the menu. The valet staff and concierge were kind and helpful.

The room was in poor repair. The sink faucet was loose, there were large water stains on the bath ceiling and the wallpaper in the room was peeling. IMO the room needs total renovation. Location and staff were good.

When you have valet parking you should not have to walk with all your luggage clear to west wing to retreive your car. They should bring it around to the east wing where you check in and out. Self park was allowed to load there so people might as well self park

First time staying at the Hilton and very disappointed I was put into the wrong room. And I was told that the room I was in is the best unfortunately it was not our tub was atrocious. The tub was literally peeling. The toilet was not clean. The employees were not helpful and very condescending.

We were supposed to be staying at the illustrious Hilton & we didn’t mind paying for the privilege - or so we thought. A picture is worth a thousand words & I did take pictures. Here goes the litany of complaints. Maid service was the pits, and this is with emphasis! If not, for a staff shortage & unbeknownst to us a Manager delivered our room service & asked did we receive 2 bottles of water in the room & assuming she meant with my room service order, I said No. The manager said in the room. I said no we’ve been buying bottles of water for our room. Then I began talking about the exchange of dirty towels for clean: I left 4 sets on the floor and then someone unceremoniously dumped a few towels & cloths on the bathroom counter & a few coffee packs dumped on the counter near the coffee maker, beds still unmade & dirty sheets, no replacement bathroom or facial tissue I was aghast! I used our a-tips to clean out the lint & dust in the vents OMG!!! The sinks, toilet, floors & bathtub were NEVER cleaned when we departed for the day @ 8 & returned @4:30 pm some days. Rm 528 needs to be refurbished, behind the toilet has not been caulked or cleaned in years , the toilet never stops running & we listened to it run all night! The stopper in the sink & shower handle needs repair & layers of dust lay upon EVERYTHING, not simple dust but layers !!!!! I cleaned the dust from Oct 16 thru Oct 24 leaving! There is a burn spot on ceiling above very old fire alarm!

Staff were very nice and the lobby looked great. But when we got to our room it felt like a dorm room and felt dingy. The parking is $50 for self parking for a garage across the street a block down. It was fine at first but then we were coming back from dinner and then let’s just say we got put in a very unsafe situation. Overall, I do not think I would stay here again unless they renovated all rooms or modernized them.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms are beautiful and staff was great. Our only complaint was the elevators! You could easily wait 10 minutes to just go down to the lobby. We stayed there to attend a baseball game and it was so busy after the game we had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes to get up to our room. Other than that it was a nice hotel and we would stay there again if going to another baseball game because it was right next to the stadium.

Ceiling above the shower was crumbling with a few holes already. Bell-hop cut me off to take the elevator while I'd been waiting for it for almost 5 min without saying excuse me and then was rude when stated that an excuse me would have been appreciated. Valet drivers sat and watched our vehicle unable to move and did not offer help

We first arrived and they checked us into a room only to find out that room was already occupied. Then they moved us to another room and once returning from the cardinals game we find out the new keys did not work. The night time manager Jason made sure everything was corrected and was very apologetic. I understand accidents happen exspecially on busy evenings.

Front desk staff need additional training. Spoke to 3 people at different times. Each one sounded either uninterested or like they were doing me a favor by answering questions or providing information about hotel amenities and parking instructions. Not a welcoming experience.
