Great hotel that is walking distance to the Gateway Arch. The staff were so nice and friendly. We were so extremely happy they granted us extra time because our flight was at 410 pm - so they allowed a later checkout time. Very thankful to everyone we came in contact with - everyone was so friendly.

I was blindsided by a $30 per day parking fee at check-in and elevators were hectic and the waits were long which I had trouble with as a wheelchair user but outside of that, my husband and I had a nice stay.

It was an above average stay, the hotel was maintained. The pool was cold, great for summer.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff for breakfast also great!

No loyalty points were allowed as we had booked through an alternate booking site. That was disappointing.
Overall we would stay again.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was very reasonable at $30/night. The location is convenient for a large city downtown area. Many sights, such as the Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, several restaurants, etc. are a short walk away.

Wonderful hotel! Will definitely stay here again. Within walking distance to Busch Stadium, ample parking (oversized vehicle), and great breakfast! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Everything is secured/locked down, and controlled by key cards (ie. No one can walk right in off the street). Great place for kids, with plenty to keep them entertained!

The staff from front desk to the continental breakfast was amazing. Very kind and friendly. Pool was a great size. Very well secured-hotel and parking garage. Area was great for the option to walk to may different places. The only \"negative\" would be that there is a need for more elevators as busy times but its not horrible.

The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful. Situated a very short walk from the arch so an ideal location if you are a tourist.
Breakfast was plentiful and fresh . Parking was easy (worth the $30 charge ) although there are plenty of garages near but I don’t know how much they cost. Would definitely stay again

Although this is an older property, it was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was about the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were definitely not good quality and there was a very small selection. But the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made up for the deficiency. The gals at the front desk were very nice and I appreciate that.

Great property, so conveniently located. Super friendly staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The three elevators were small, which was hard if you were bringing a cart up or down, but even with 17 floors, it was quick to get around. Parking was $30, but that’s the going rate downtown. Parking was easy, super safe, and convenient. Breakfast was excellent! Huge variation, really well done. Rooms was nice, small and older, but well kept and maintained. Would have liked a microwave.

Spent one night here on a cross country road trip with my two dogs, Lola & Rudy. Everything was wonderful and I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk agent who checked me in around 8:30p on 5/1! The secure parking garage was also nice to not have to worry about parking. Loved that we could walk to the arch in the morning with the pups.

It just is a very old building and it wasn’t extremely clean and it was kind of annoying because they were letting somebody play loud music in the lobby when we were checking in on their phone. The breakfast was just OK. It was worth it for the price. The view of the arch was amazing. Just a very old building that needs updated.

The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. We got in a little late about 7:30pm we were all tired and hungry. But the kids wanted to swim so we took them to the pool for an hour. It was packed with kids. Which was ok our girls enjoyed it. The pool provided lots of pool noodles and water toys . Was very hard to catch an elevator. They charged $30 to park which I was unaware of during check in I had to give them a $50 deposit which was no big deal which I figured was for any damage but upon checking out she told I’ll only get $20 of it back the 30 was for parking. Okkk. After swimming we tried so hard to order something to eat but most places were closed or too far to walk. After trying a few pizzerias we finally found one that would deliver. Which wasn’t the greatest. They didn’t bring the ranch we ordered. So we ate went to bed. Breakfast didn’t have too many choices just scrambled eggs and sausage. Your typical.cereal toast bagel and waffles but the line was so long it was hard to make one. For the price of the room I was expecting biscuits and gravy and bacon. Even the more cheaper hotels have that. All in all it was ok for being in the city. We had a good view of the Arch from our room.

The property is pretty tired. Definitely showing it's age. One positive is it's a short walk to the Arch, but that's about it. One of the three lifts is out of order indefinitely. The carpark is filthy and not sure why there's a charge to park there. The breakfast ends at 9 am and to be honest, it's not worth the effort. Oh, ome other positive was the nice large shower.

But that's it. Wouldn't stay again. Although I don't know what the competitors accom aptions are like.

Very nice hotel. The beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower were immaculate, nice pool, gym, and even a small arcade room. Included breakfast was really good too- Fluffy eggs, chicken sausage, waffle station, fruit, cereal, and more. The parking was $30 a night, but did include free level 2 J1772 charging stations. Tesla drivers, bring your adapter.

The location was great for our short visit to be able to walk to The Arch and Baseball Village. Our room was good, but the ability to move throughout the hotel was tricky. There were 2 of 3 working elevators and the wait to get on one and then get to the needed floor took a very long time. We used the stairs as much as possible, but were exited outside and it was not clear prior to exiting where you would end up. The stairs were also narrow and crowded with the amount of other guests resorting to the stairs.

We got there on Sat. Was told whole hotel was booked. Our room was next to and accross from a party ( They did settle down at 10) Our rm # was 1015 FYI Toilet paper holder need fixing and theres a few carpet secsions need replacing (Trip hazard)
