Hotel overall was great. The staff seemed confused and did not know how to handle the tornado sirens/severe weather situation with patrons. The instructed us to go to the second floor via the elevator? There were also no instructions posted on where to go in the event of severe weather.

I paid like 400 for a room with 2 bunkbeds. The beds where really cheap and scary if you had to sleep on top with no gard rail and the ladder was so junkie it fell off when i came down and i busted my butt twice before deciding to just sleep on the tiny couch... i also keep getting hit with charges for this room DAYS after ive stayed there..

Location was perfect for my purpose - attending a show at Fox Theatre. Self-Parking lot was easy; price was fair. Restaurant served good food, although service tended to be slow at breakfast. In our king bed room, there were several things that concerned me. The shower needs at least one grab bar, for safety. King bed had built-in reading light on one side only; two are needed. The light fixture on the other side of the bed had a high-mounted switch - difficult for a short person to reach. Desk chair did not fit comfortably under desk. Room cleaner needs tool to unlock soap dispensers in shower and/or training in its use -- the body wash was empty on arrival. Provide more than 1 set of towels per person. Nightstand on one side of bed was hollow metal and makes a gong sound when you a cup down on it. In the armoire, the closet rail for coat hangers is too high - hard to reach even for someone 6 feet tall. There were plenty of electrical outlets but the one by the desk was a bit hard to reach because it was under the window. Bed was very comfortable. The room was reasonably quiet. Summary: most of my complaints relate to room and furniture design. This is why I feel all architects should be compelled to live or work in a space they have designed.

Love how fun the hotel was. There is an art museum downstairs then the rooms are all colorful and so beautiful. The rooftop bar is next level and chill. They have comfy couches and go drinks and food with a wonderful view. Would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Only downside is there’s no included breakfast but there is yummy restaurants near by.

Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job.

Super close to the center. Great Breakfast. Clean room and very friendly staff. However, it would be most likely cheaper to buy breakfast the day off then prepay while booking. I got vouchers because I paid for breakfast in advance but could see what my bill would have been and I paid more when booking the room.

We have stayed here several times over the last 8 years or so. We even had our wedding party stay here on our wedding night. Our first few experiences were fantastic. But, as the years continue the only thing I have seen gone downhill is the cleanliness of the rooms. In our room there was hair left behind on the toilet and floor. There was also lip/lipstick marks on the glasses provided in the room. The q-tips were already opened, which seemed minor at first but then as I continued to notice things it made me feel like the room was just not cleaned well.
I will say the bar staff upstairs was top notch!
It's just a bummer to see a place we really enjoyed staying get more expensive and less clean with each visit.

We enjoyed the unique concept of the art gallery. I do wish room service were an option. We were so exhausted once we arrived, and had hoped to stay in for dinner. The frosted glass door on the bathroom also created complications, as an earlier riser couldn't begin getting ready in the morning without turning on lights for those still sleeping.

Room was clean except under the bathroom sink. The bunk beds were wobbly but the couch was comfortable to sleep on instead. There is only a sheet on the bed so you have to call for a blanket and they are pretty scratchy. No problems with the parking lot. The luggage carts were all in different states of disrepair, one with flat tires, one with the bottom caved in. The rooftop bar has great views and food.

My wife and I love this hotel. We stay here enough to be familiar with it. We booked a room with a bathtub and during the entire weekend we and another room we were staying with had almost no hot water. When I complained to the desk we were told they were aware of the problem and it was due to the extreme cold outside. They removed parking fees and that was the extent of the help.

The hotel was amazing. The room was clean, and the location was perfectly centralized. The young lady in reception who checked md in had a horrible attitude each time i encountered her. I was also due a parking pass at the time of check in which she intentionally left off. I had to get one from someone else and I intentionally waited until she wasn’t at the front desk to get it. Dealing with her alone soured the experience.

It was a nice hotel, however our room had a used dirty towel hanging in the bathroom, a dirty foot print in our shower, \"oregano\" crumbs stuck under the glass of one of our tables, the other glass table had finger nail clippings stuck in it, and then there was a brown chunk of what im hoping was a piece of brownie or cake or something on the floor.....

The best part was the walking distance to fabulous Fox. The room was nice. Both bars closed
at 9:00 so you could not have a drink after the show. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 but was delayed 30 minutes so we didn’t have breakfast. I didn’t have time to wait. The staff was very nice.

The king/ Green Room was visualy appealing. It was clean and comfortable. The garment steamer, glass mugs for coffee, and the art were a few of the things noticed and appreciated. The staff was courteous. The noise level was low throughout the hotel. Utilizing their outdoor parking lot for an extra fee was convenient and most beneficial for our plans. We plan to stay again if ever in that area again.

The hotel is unique in its interior design and beautiful art. The bar o top floor is fun to visit and I love the spaces for hanging out.
also recommend the restaurant downstairs. The bunk beds are very uncomfortable so not recommended for adults and my child had a fear of falling since the rail was the height of the mattress.

The room smelled like sewer gas or car exhaust. I ran water in the shower and that seemed to eliminate the smell. Air return filter was way past the time to change it.

Good, not great stay. Room was clean and comfortable, really enjoyed the view of the city. Floor consistently smelled like weed every time we left the room though, which was surprising after the stern warning that the hotel had a STRICT (all caps per the hotel) warning about their no smoking policy and the fine guests would receive for disobeying. Dinner at Commonwealth was delicious, only downside was a staff misunderstanding about who our waitress was so we waited 20 minutes in a not busy restaurant for our drink and food order to be taken. Would probably stay again when visiting St. Louis if those downsides hadn’t been experienced.

hotel was untrue about breakfast, there was no complimentary breakfast even after being told it was, later found out they tell everyone that.
surprise fee of 25 bucks for parking, no one never mention it until last minute.
I will not book this hotel again, worst experience for a hilton!

Hotel room was clean on arrival, but not cleaned on our second day and various items (tea, coffee, water, etc..) weren't replenished until I asked.
I parked the car overnight in a gated lot, which cost $25 per night. I would have liked to know that information when I booked the room. The website didn't disclose that fee.
