The front desk clerk was really helpful and knowledgeable about the city and had good digestions abs opinions on fun locations with little ones and for adults she was amazing. Breakfast was good just ran out of syrup for waffles but still 10/10

Our room was not vaccummed or cleaned -- there weas toothpaste all over the bathroom floor -- we had to request sheets and pillows for the pull out couch and the front desk told my husband they only could give us one pillow. Then somebody came in our room at 2pm to check in becuase the hotel gave them room keys to our room and then the hotel called our room to ask how we were in that room....... TOTAL safety issue and when we went to the front desk to address it, they blew it off and offered us $45 for inconvenience.

My kitchen in the room did not have a working dishwasher, toaster was smokey when plugged in.
felt overall the property needs better management. Staff seems good and want to do well by customer but somehow miss the mark. It was a bit of a hassle what you are paying for isn't available when you need it.

Staff were very kind however we requested several things during our stay that either took two days to be delivered (an extra pillow) or never came (body wash refill in the shower) three requests - phone call, in person at front desk and via text. We took showers due two days without any soap or body wash.
We also left 2 pairs of kids’ shoes in the hotel room which were “not found”.

We reserved a double king room, & upon arrival at the hotel we were told only a single bed room was book by Expedia & no other rooms were available which caused our child to have to sleep on the floor for our stay. And the front desk clerk was not helpful or empathetic at all. She was even irritated by us asking for extra bedding to make the space for the child to sleep.

Our family loved staying at this hotel. We stayed for a weekend trip to St Louis and it was in the perfect location. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub! We would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

We were greeted by crumbs and debris in the entryway to our room and should've known it was downhill from there. Had we not had 4 tired kids and yourself that had already unpacked and ordered food, I would've asked to be transferred to another room. Though I'm not sure that would've been any better because our friends in the other room I booked said their shower had no water pressure or hot water. Their kitchen sink had leaked and then when they ran the garage disposal it backed up into the bathroom sink. Our room was definitely neglected. There was leftover food and hair on the floor throughout the suite. There were crumbs, hairs, and stains on the pullout couch bed. We had to request a new mattress protector, and all other bedding for it, even though it clearly said 2 adults and 4 kids on the booking. The doors, walls, and curtains had stains all over them. I took so many pictures because this is unacceptable for any hotel, especially a Hilton. When I told the lady at the front desk about the fact there was food and hair all over the floor, all she kept saying was \"ok\". I know she doesn't do the housekeeping herself, but this response wasn't very helpful. Do better Hilton. I've stayed in many hotels and this one was probably the worst on cleanliness and it's pretty unsettling that I felt dirtier leaving than I did arriving after 2 hours in a place filled with children.

The room was cold and maintenance never showed up..the room had several lady bugs we dispoed of them several times throughout the stay. Per sign posted in roʻm it says clean room everyday but after being thete 2 mights we had to call to get room cleaned and then they said they clean every other day. I wouldnt noʻk with them again. We had 2 skillets one skilet the handle was broke. No spoons or forks in the drawr had to request. The complimentary breakfast was good

Most of the issues were the room, very unclean, dirty dishes, and the dishwasher mold on the ceiling, boogers and stuff all over the walls. If it wasn’t super super late already we definitely would not have stayed the couch even smelled like mildew and the AC unit cover when it stay on Just definitely needs to be updated and the lobby looks great but once you get to the room not so much the breakfast was good though, and the staff were friendly

The room was not what I expected from a Hilton Property. We booked a suite because we had a family of 5 traveling. Upon arriving we pulled out the pull out bed, the cover on the bed was filthy so we called the front desk for a new one and were told we would need to come to the desk to pick it up. Once we had the the bed made we noticed the pull out bed was broken and the head of the bed was slanted which made it very difficult to sleep on. We were looking for additional pillows and found an extra in the closet but decided against using it because it had pink spots all over it. Both of the beds in the room were very loud and made a ton of noise when you moved, but the worst was one bed seemed to be broken in the middle and was very difficult for 2 people to sleep on. Lastly the heating and cooling system in the room was horribly loud while running. This is by far the worst stay I have had at a Hilton Property.

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, lots of options and great quality.
The only issues were that, since we were on the 10th floor, it took about 5 minutes for the water to get warm, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily. When we asked for new towels, we were told to come down to the reception to pick them up.

Will never stay here again! The swimming pool and hot tub were disgusting! There were wet towels all around the floor, a cupcake wrapper floating in the pool and the hot tub water looked like swamp water.
The floors in the downstairs lobby had cupcakes and random snacks smeared all over, so dirty. We asked for more pillows since our room literally had no pillows on the bed and we were told the hotel was out of pillows but they would give us dirty pillows that haven’t been washed yet. Ummm ewww!! I reached out to expedia who was super helpful and contacted the hotel front desk to see if we could get some of our money back and the front desk said if we checked out right then (it was almost midnight and we had 10 people in our group with smaller kids) they would otherwise no money would be given back. Horrible customer service! Would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Overall needs a deep clean. Walls and doors in our room were covered in hand prints and other gross stuff. Not to the level of what I would have expected for what we had to pay. It was a busy weekend so inflated prices, but seems ridiculous when the level of cleanliness was so poor. The AC was broken on the main level upon arrival and throughout our stay. We will not stay at this location again, much better and cleaner options all around the same area.

We were told housekeeping would come every other day. They did come the first time, but the next day they were supposed to come, they did not show up. When we got back to our room (around 9:00 pm) I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels; wastebaskets were not emptied, etc. There were also piles of used towels, sheets and blankets outside a few of the rooms on the floor. This was 5th floor.

We didn't receive any housekeeping services during our 4 day stay besides towels brought 1 day. No garbage cleaning or beds made at all. Rooms also looked like they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. It was also very loud being right next to the interstate and guests were smoking all the time right at the front entrance.

A home away from home

We had all the amenities of home above and beyond a regular hotel room. There's a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, two burner stove top, microwave. There is no oven, but they allow you to bring your own toaster oven. I didn't like that the sink and the lighting over the sink interfered with whichever spouse was still in bed sleeping because of the positioning. The commode is a little low for anyone who has knee problems or is elderly. The dishwasher did not have a cap for the detergent dispenser. Other than that you couldn't have asked for anything more in the unit. The staff were responsive to all requests. When you returned in the evening, they welcomed you back. All of the staff regardless of their positions greeted you in passing. The breakfast were okay. The choices of meats could have included more non-pork selections for those with or religious reasons for not eating pork. I think they did have turkey or chicken sausage options on two of the 12 days we were there. I highly recommend this location and would stay there again. There is a IHOP right across from the hotel and other shopping options, to include a mall with department stores, within minutes.

This was a lackluster experience. The greeting when I arrived was friendly. The room was not bad. However, the water was cold. When I called to inquire about this, I was told sometimes it takes ten minutes for the water to warm up on higher floors. The showerhead was at waist height, which made the shower difficult to use. The internet was slow and I had to connect to a hotspot to get work done. I noticed several other hotspots connected, so this must have been an issue for other guests as well. I arrived at breakfast as soon as it opened, and the eggs were cold and potatoes undercooked. The manager was in the breakfast area telling another employee about how a man threw up the night before. Overall, this was a disappointment.

We have stayed several times at this property and always have a nice stay. A very hard working staff in all departments.
Housekeeping is only done every other day. If you are in the room when they arrive and don’t give them a time you are leaving the room, no one returns. However, it was easy to get new towels if we needed them.
Great workout room, nice indoor pool, wonderful breakfasts, and lots of board games to check out if that’s fun for you.
Suites are large, comfy beds, very nice kitchenette.

We stayed here for 5 days. Great location for easy commute to tourist attractions. We were charged for parking, which was frustrating because the listing said free parking. The lot fills up each night, but a parking garage was available. The pool was nice, the hot tub fluctuated between REALLY hot, and luke warm. Breakfast was good, lots of different choices. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. We had to request for our trash to be emptied, but they came right away.

Thank you for giving us opportunity to share our experience.
The first room we checked into had a drain in the middle of the floor of the bathroom. I could smell sewer gas in the bathroom and ask if we could change rooms.
The first night we slept in a room that faced highway 170. The traffic the next day was difficult to cope with as I was in the room much of the day. So we changed rooms again.
The 3rd room was nice size and a great bed. I went to cook, and there was only one plastic pot that had not been cleaned to cook with. And there was one lg. spoon to cook with. I ask at the desk if I could have a fry pan and a spatula. She said it would be brought to my room. However I never saw them.
I used the work out room which was clean and very well equipped.

Expedia had reached out to the property to see if they would give any sort of a refund on my stay because when I initially checked in, I was not told that the hot tub was out of order. And that the pool was really nasty. We had drove about four hours to get to this hotel because it was near a spot that we wanted to go to. Our biggest factor and staying here was a hot tub and a pool. When the boys and I got towels from the front desk to go to the pool area, we were not told that the hot tub was green and out of order and that the pool was really gross and had a nasty film over it. So when I used my card to open the pool door, my kids ran to jump in into the hot tub, which was extremely disgusting, and I didn’t even know to tell them not to jump in it because I didn’t know It was Out of order and that it hadn’t worked for days. No one warned us about this at check-in when I called to confirm my stay, or even at checkout. I had brought this to the Attention to the woman at the front desk and She basically blew it off and was like “ya ya I know Maintenance should be here in the morning” Which didn’t make me feel any better because my kids already jumped in it. My oldest is extremely at risk for infection so we have to make sure everything is clean. Even the hotel room, I had packed my own bedsheets and comforter for sleep.It was just extremely disappointing that I was not informed about the situation. I didn’t get any sort of a refund. And it ruined my kids evening..

Stayed 20 days for business. Here’s what Hilton Gold status got us: Room did not have required furniture (desk). Took almost a week to get moved to a new room where TV didn’t work. There was no water for three days and no hot water for almost a week. Staff was not apologetic or friendly, and offered no solutions. Toilets were scratched and disgusting (in both rooms). People came to breakfast buffet in pajamas and everything was dirty. Overall, it felt apocalyptic. I won’t ever return.

Our stay was very good. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and modern. The size of the room and bed were very comfortable. We used the kitchenette and found everything we needed. We enjoyed while it is small, the indoor pool and spa and even sat outside by the fire pit table. Wendy was accommodating and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the fact that breakfast was varied from day to day and saw staff working very hard to ensure food and utensils, plates were replenished in a fast and timely manner. In the lobby there was coffee and water infused with orange slices that was particularly refreshing. We will return again and recommend this hotel for stay.
