Don’t stay on this place. We have to check out a day early due to noise. You can hear everything from the streets, people above you and beside you. We have to transfer to a different room on our first day because the room smells like vomit. The bed is not comfortable and the sheets were rough. Will not stay there again.

Staff was exceptional. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the room was not clean at all. The stove and countertops had dried up food on them and the outside of the refrigerator did as well. There were sometimes clothes behind the dresser in one room and there was a lid and straw behind the TV in the living area. The floors were filthy. My granddaughter took her shoes off and had brand new socks on, the bottom of her socks were black within a few seconds of walking on the floor.

It would seem people stay here a long time.The hotel hallways were visually dirty (walls and carpet) and there was a SOILED large Qtip on the hand sanitizer dispenser. The room appeared clean. The receptionist was very gracious and helpful. The bed was comfortable enough. The wall outlet beside the bed was smashed in, and the lamp only worked on the high setting. The bathroom door had been “fixed “very badly. There were dust bunnies on the floor of the bathroom, and the whole room smelt just off. Breakfast came with the room, and consisted of either small packets of instant oatmeal or a granola bar. On the whole, I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were neglected very bad. The microwave seemed like it was really old the kitchen was also just not well kept. The water pressure was really bad. The one room you couldn’t fully open the door unless you moved the bed. The continental breakfast was a joke it was breakfast bars and oatmeal by far the worse one ever. My family didn’t even feel safe going outside without me. My wife went to the car and there was a guy hovering watching her being creepy. I would never suggest anyone to stay there.

Bed was ok definitely not the worst bed I’ve slept in. The bathroom floor was somewhat dirty. Only main issue I have is that they have issues with hot water. Wasn’t mentioned at check in nor when I had to go to the front desk to get large towels. Would have liked to have been told this, instead had to take cold shower.

I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk service was extremely lacking, the room was dirty, uncomfortable bed, the shower had a cracked floor that can pinch someone, the surrounding area did not feel safe, and zero instruction on checking kitchen supplies out.

The front desk lady, Amanda, was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us tonight. The rooms were not sutable for habitation. The heat did not work and it was around 45° in the rooms. They had not been cleaned and most of the lights did not work. Amanda helped us to find rooms with working heat, but it took around 45 minutes because most of the rooms were in the same bad shape. We have a large family, with 7 kids. Normally we try and sleep near each other and at least on the same floor. We ended up moving rooms, one on the first floor and the other on the third floor. I would not stay here again if it was the only option.

believe the bad reviews on this place, i can’t stress it enough. my family and i drove all the way from new jersey to stay here. we booked from a friday-monday morning. we let the staff know we would be checking in after midnight, and when we arrived on saturday morning we could not be more disappointed. given that they even had an extra evening to get the room ready, we were taken aback when we arrived that there was no sheets or blankets on the beds. the front entrance smelled so strongly of weed and the carpets of the hallways smelled like mold and piss. when we asked the staff about the beds, they communicated that someone would come to clean the room - indicating that it was never cleaned to begin with. we were scared to put our stuff down because the room was absolutely disgusting and felt like someone had been living in there right up until we arrived. the hallways had low lighting and the moldings/wall fixtures were all falling apart. we didn’t even stay in there for a half hour and immediately asked for a refund and left to stay somewhere else. could not have been more disappointed with this place. do not waste your time and money!!

Front desk clerk was very friendly but io was still a huge inconvenience. Had to backtrack to find a hotel at 11 at night then had to go through Expedia for refund. I booked the room for 4 nights for $316 on Afterpay and made my deposit for $88 and I called the day I was supposed to be there and made sure my room would be held after 6 pm than I didn't get there until the next morning I arrived and they inform me I am on the do not rent list. And they wouldn't give me a full refund. When they should have told me when I called that I wouldn't be allowed to get my room. And they still wouldn't refund me the full amount. Now I'm fighting to get my money back.

I don't even know where to start with this place. Everything about this place was backwards. The TV was situated in such a way you couldn't see it from the bed, the trim in the bathroom was rotted as well as the subfloor under the shower pan. You could feel your feet sinking as you shower there was no coffee maker in the room, so I asked the front desk for one and they gave me one that still had a filter and old coffee growing mold inside it. Also, the coffee pot was missing the lid and since this was a \"sneak a cup\" coffee maker, it rendered the coffee maker completely useless. Breakfast was a joke and they even charge a dollar per outgoing call, even local calls, on the room phone. I'll spend a little more next time to stay somewhere else.

Got upgraded to a better room which seemed like it was in disrepair no trash can no phone no amenities at all in the room it seemed like it was not ready to be rented. This property was filthy, in the suite the microwave and dishwasher were rusted through and I wouldn’t let my children use them! There were no blankets on the beds, just a thin white sheet and a weird thick ruffled sheet on top! We had to request blankets??? If we had been staying more than one night I would have put up a HUGE stink and gone to another hotel, it was LATE and I had to get the littles to sleep! I would definitely pass! This hotel would be better off at a 1 star rating!

It was not clean at all hall ways stunk paid for two nights and used a credit when we got in room the bathroom sink wasnt even hooked up the toilet needed a plunger and the hotel staff said they didnt even know where it was. This hotel is in desperate need of some cleaning!! I have never satyed anywhere with a bathroom so disgusting. There were, what looked like, burn holes in the curtains. The sink wouldnt drain. The hall way smelled of rotten fish. It was not a good experience.

The room was dirty. The blanket on the bed was as thin as the sheet and uncomfortable. The walls are thin and the neighboring rooms are terribly noisy between 12 am and 4 am. (not great if you have children) Shower was slick with no support, I almost fell several times. The shower curtain, shower and bathroom walls had mold. We were on the first floor and people (residents) sat on chairs outside our window all evening into the night talking loudly and smoking.

The property appears to be being updated. The bathroom still needed updates but the main room was clean and comfortable. The girl who checked us in was very pleasant. The common areas needed some upkeep and cleaning because I’ve had trouble with extended stay before at a different property and charges, I opted to turn in our keys personally instead of just leaving them. It took 30 minutes and my husband having to go find someone to help the 4 of us that were waiting for something in the lobby. Then he wanted to get mouthy and not pleasant telling me to just leave them and haven’t we stayed in a hotel before? Why yes we have, at a different property and it didn’t turn out so well.

Clothing rack had come off before my stay and was just set to the side rather than resecuring it. I’ve stayed and multiple extended stays and never had any issues. This facility is terrible.

This “smoke free” building reaks of smoke. I don’t smoke and have allergies. So I have been stuffed up sneezing all night. The smoke smell has to be stuck in the linens or drapes. No chair at the table to eat at. No dishes, silverware, pans, cooking supplies and no trash can, but I have the trash bags. Just a bare room. Tv needs to go on the other side of the room so you can see it from the kitchen. I asked for the things I needed I did get a toaster and a plate. Plastic fork doesn’t help.

I used the app to book and prepay online. Upon arrival, they were not sure which rooms were clean so they guessed a handicap room was clean and available. However because I paid online they couldn’t “adjust” the room type. They called the manager who couldn’t help, walked the property to check if rooms were clean or not and then ultimately put me in one room while listing me as being in a separate room in the computer. As we walked into the room, someone was finishing cleaning/fixing the toilet. A few minutes later, the front desk called to say they were moving us to a different room in a different building so we had to repack our belongings and move. Overall it took over a half hour just to check in. The room itself had dust and dirt on all the baseboards, no remote for the tv so we couldn’t watch anything. The staff was super apologetic and very nice. I blame management for how that placed is ran and looked. I’ll never stay there again.

I can't say much good about this hotel. Front desk initially tried to give us a room that was still occupied. The towels were disgusting, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls were so thin you could hear a normal volume conversation in the next room. We kept the AC running just to have some white noise to try to sleep. Just an awful property and we should have spent the extra few dollars to stay somewhere else.

This place doesn’t have ice machines and the grab and go breakfast was a small muffin! People were up until after midnight running the halls and playing loud music! We felt like the people in the room beside us were very inconsiderate yelling and screaming across the hall! Had to inform the front desk of all the screaming!! Walls are paper thin! The bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned at all! The one towel you get was crusty! The bedspread looked like a shower curtain!

I went in to the office to check in & canceled my reservation instead of checking in. The HVAC was out for the entire property. The rooms had their windows open with fans in the windows. Dirty & in disrepair including the office area. Got a bad feeling & did not feel safe based on some of the other tenants on the property. There seemed there could have been illegal business transactions going on. I immediately booked a room at a better hotel & I left this property as quickly as I could.

Lobby smelled like cat pee. Hallways smelled terrible. Room smelled clean, but 2/3 smoke detectors were beeping because of low/no battery. Door to bedroom broke apart into 3 sections. Wouldn’t stay w/o working smoke detectors. Expedia couldn’t confirm our cancellation because the hotel phones were down. Now we have to call in Monday to try to get a refund.

The phones for the hotel dont work so you cant call them at all. Plus the computer system keeps letting them over book rooms. So when you go to check in. Chances are your room wont be available at all. They even still tried to charge me for the rokm even though there was no rooms available. I would not recommend staying here!

Our door had a big chunk of putty like a hole had been poorly repaired and the door lock only work every like 4 tries or so. There was a full kitchen but no dishes to be able to use the kitchen. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa just plastic on the mattress so it was unusable. Phones were down the whole time we were there. Would not recommend this hotel.

I had only spent about 10 minutes in the room before running to a gas station for a bar of household size sope and away for about 15 minutes and in that time my room was broken into and everything i had in there was gone including two bottles of beer I put in the refrigerator.
