This was booked before we left, so didn’t have the chance to arrange anything else. We also have a room booked for on the way home, which I can cancel, and will do, and will look for somewhere else. It was 39• on night we stayed, there was no air conditioning, which fair enough, but the window only opened an inch. My husband ended up showering 3 times during the night to try and cool down.

Basic accommodation with broken toilet seat and cigarette burns on sink. Easy to find and park with relatively nearby supermarket. Noisy in the evening from the other people staying at the hotel and regular singing from the barracks next door when the trainees march around until late. No air conditioning, so opening the window allowed the noise in. Unable to get breakfast at first attempt, due to coach party filling the cafeteria.

It was a struggle to find the hotel, non of my nav-aids would locate it precisely. It was pure luck that I eventually found it. The hotel was unmanned, so not even able to ring for assistance. The self-service booking in went well and the room was of a reasonable standard, though cramped. The breakfast was good, so no real complaints.

After many years staying at this hotel with it all being good, this year was a disaster, parking restricted by 3 articulated lorries. At breakfast no seating due large group of young people, queuing out of the door. Will look else where for next visit.

It was OK, but I arrived late and was tired, after driving all day in heavy rain and I had requested a room on the ground floor, but was put up on the second floor, as the hotel was very quiet that night I could see no reason why my request was not granted ... unless Hotels.com had not passed my request on, which has happened before.

Perfect place if you just need a a bed to sleep while on the road. The room is very small and the bathroom/shower is like a cabin on a boat, so not conducive to anyone with a bit of claustrophobia. The sewer smell in the bathroom was a little unpleasant. But for the price, it's expected. Was glad to have saved money.

The hotel were not expecting us and therefore no room available, we were treated very badly by the staff on duty. Eventually provided with a room where the door could not be secured and a Very strong odour of stale urine. Unable find alternative hotel as it was a Bank holiday, Bastille day!

We made a reservation for 3 rooms and were told when we arrived that only one room was available. (The (very nice) receptionist found 2 other rooms in a nearby -- equally awful -- motel.) Our one room at Premiere Classe Tours Nord reeked of cigarette smoke. The prefabricated bathroom was so tiny as to be unreasonable. The shower will give you claustrophobia. If you're a college student looking to backpack through Europe, I guess this place is fine. But for anyone else, my strongest advice is: look elsewhere!

Conveniently located, and better than camping, this budget accommodation could be a little more polished in its facilities. Nothing, though, that couldn't be overcome with a measure of forbearance. Breakfast was available and the coffee was premier class. As local life finishes late and starts early ear plugs are recommended.

Hôtel sur photo plutôt pas mal, mais le reste c’était fou!!! Pas de télécommande pour la télé vite réglé par le réceptionniste dévoué que je remercie. Je comprends le prix pas cher mais il y a des limites entre le lavabo avec le cendrier(depuis quand la loi anti tabac) et rouillé, les toiles d’araignées dans la chambre, des miettes de repas sur le bureau (d’un voyage précédent je pense), l’ouverture de la porte digne d’un ingénieur et bon c’est pour quand la rénovation ou voir la démolition vu l’état.
Mettais une réelle photo de l’établissement au lieu de l’embellir, on est pas sur snapchat. Pour rappel je passe ma semaine dans les hôtels mais celui là il a la palme du taudis. J’en ai vu mais là on a tout dépassé niveau crasse et odeur

Hôtel totalement délabré à tel point que dès l’arrivée il a fallu me changer de chambre parce que la porte n’ouvrait pas: le système des cartes à été remplacé par des clés mais pas adaptées donc toutes les portes sont dures à ouvrir et nécessitent des consignes des hôtes pour pouvoir réussir à les ouvrir…façade immonde, forte odeur dans la chambre, mobilier cassé, une seule serviette , insectes dans la chambre. Je devais passer 2 nuits , j’ai annulé la 2ème. Vu la clientèle en famille installée dans les partie commune habituée, je pense que c’est un hôtel social.Le seul point très positif est l’accueil des hôtesses très sympathiques le soir et le matin.

Arrivée tardive ds la nuit. Lit fait mais menage non et salle de bain salle, remplie de poils, poubelles débordante avec des compresses remplies de sang, pas de serviettes propres. Seule une serviette sale. Chambre envahie d'insectes en tout genre. L'eau de la douche s'évacue sous le lit. Un cauchemar....la pire expérience de notre vie. Mais arrivé dans la chambre qui était assez froide, (pourtant on a essayé de monter le chauffage en vain) notre couverture était sale, pleine de terre. (donc on va réclamer à l'accueil). En arrivant la secretaire voulait me refaire payer alors que j'avais deja payé en ligne. J'avais payé le petit dej mais les horaires n'étant pas affichés j'ai payé pour rien car je repartais avant l'ouverture, même pas un café et les machines etaient tous HS. Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité vu les locaux et les autres clients (hommes entrain de boire des cannettes a côté de moi, parking pas éclairé...). La chambre etait dans un sale état. Salle de bain en particulier dans un état lamentable et la chambre c'était un four sans clim. Je ne pouvais meme pas ouvrir la fenêtre par peur des hommes dehors. Le matin j'ai voulu rendre les clés a l'accueil a 5h30. Il n'y avait personne.

J'ai donc rendu la clé à la gérante, agréable, souriante et compréhensive au demeurant.
Je sais qu'à 40€ la nuit, on ne peut s'attendre à un 5* mais j'ai déjà séjourné dans ce type d'hôtel, ce n'avait rien à voir.
De gros travaux vont être à prévoir dans cet hôtel qui me semble limite pour accueillir des clients.
Un conseil : allez voir ailleurs tant que des travaux n'ont pas été fait !!!

Une fois coucher, on entendait absolument tous les bruits extérieurs à la chambre, d'autres personnes ont essayé de rentrer dans notre chambre en pleine nuit ( le personnel leurs avait donné notre clé magnétique qui n'avait pas fonctionné avec nous ) obliger donc de leur ouvrir et de leur expliquer !
Expérience déplorable dans un première classe pas identique à la présentation écrite et photographique lors de notre réservation.
Nous nous demandons comment est-ce possible de laisser un tel établissement encore ouvert !

Une fois coucher, on entendait absolument tous les bruits extérieurs à la chambre, d'autres personnes ont essayé de rentrer dans notre chambre en pleine nuit ( le personnel leurs avait donné notre clé magnétique qui n'avait pas fonctionné avec nous ) obliger donc de leur ouvrir et de leur expliquer !
Expérience déplorable dans un première classe pas identique à la présentation écrite et photographique lors de notre réservation.
Nous nous demandons comment est-ce possible de laisser un tel établissement encore ouvert !

Une catastrophe on a faillit dormir dehors avec mon amie car ils avaient perdu les clé de nôtres chambre, le code à était changé sans qu'on le sache et en plus la machine pour taper le code bug, elle tape sur les numéro toute la nuit, c'est une angoisse . Rien ne va a vraiment même en derrière recours je le recommande pas

Je suis une personne à mobilité réduite. Donc au moment de la réservation par internet je le précise en demandant une chambre au rdc. En arrivant à l'hôtel 1ere Classe de Tours Nord surprise, il n'y avait pas de lit dans la chambre PMR donc obligée de changer d'hôtel, Ibis style qui sont à peine plus cher. J'ai envoyé un mail à hotel.com pour le signaler. Mais j'ai quand même été prélevée. Inutile de vous dire qu'on ne m'y reprendra plus et que je ne vais pas vous faire de la publicité hotel.com .
