It's got a pool and gym, which I didn't know until we arrived. I didn't pay much for room. It is a business area of the area, so it may have been cheaper at the weekend. What was worrying a family next to us found bugs in the room. They moved to another room. There is a small supermarket next door. You have to pay for parking on the street. I risked it and didn't get a ticket.

The locatiin is very good, walking distance to city center, near a supermarket. But the hotel obviously needs maintenance. For ecample, he carpet was FULL of spots, looks dirty.

First I would absolutely stay again. The location is perfect, the staff is so nice, great pool, safe, huge apartment. I worry about the cleanliness during COVID because it was kind of dirty and there were old sponges there that many people had used which is totally gross during a pandemic. And they would not clean my room. I asked for maid service and soap for 6 days and they never came once which is weird. I had to go out and buy shampoo and garbage bags and take out my garbage and clean it myself which is totally fine because it was so cheap but don't think that there is any maid service. but for the price who cares?

I had a great 5 night stay in a studio at this property and can recommend it highly, although I should point out that there is no daily housekeeping for multi-night stays like mine. The property appears to be relatively new, there is a central garden area providing an attractive outlook for rooms on the courtyard side, and the location is excellent.

Front desk has limited hours so be cautious when arriving. One of the receptions was not very friendly but the others were. Rooms clean but kitchen had no wine glasses. No housekeeping during stay. Residence requests you remove all garbage from unit when leaving. We had to request toilet paper. Would still stay again due to location and cleanliness.

As it is an aparthotel, we had no cleaning of whatever kind during our 4-day stay. The hotel is perfectly well situated at Tours train and bus station for visiting Loire castles. Have in mind that on weekends the breakfast starts at 8:30, so if you use public transport for your tourism, just forget about it.

Oppholdet i Tours var meget vellykket, dels takket være hotellet. Det viktigste var beliggenheten, rett ved siden av jernbanestasjonen, men uten at det var noe bråk. Hotellet er et leilighetshotell, rent og pent og med det man trengte. Det var ikke daglig rengjøring, men det gikk fint for 3 dager. Hyggelig betjening. Resepsjonen var stengt mellom 13 - 15. Tours er et utmerket utgangspunkt for reiser til mange steder i Loire dalen. Leie av bil gjør dette lettere.

Séjour 3 jours, couple avec deux enfants, point positif c'est la piscine, petit déjeuner correct, mais en 3 jours pas de ménage ni changement de serviettes, tout est très limité. Le lit et le canapé étaient très inconfortables. Nous avons payé des séjours avec petit déjeuner et à l'arrivée je devais prouver que j'avais déjà payé et au check up la même chose, prouver que j'avais déjà réservé avec petit déjeuner inclus, de toute façon le confort laisse à désirer, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, et je n'ai pas non plus l'intention de réserver, mais dans cet hôtel.

Nos cobraram café da manhã no check in, informamos que não queríamos, a recepcionista disse que ia estornar no cartão, aguardamos até o dia seguinte no checkout e o estorno não foi feito!! Reclamamos e o rapaz François disse que nao sabia de nada, que nao podia fazer nada e que era com a administração e sabemos que estorno de cartão é algo bem simples de ser feito o que realmente é necessário é ter boa vontade e respeito com o cliente!!!

L'hôtel m'a facturé les 2 nuits en refusant de tenir compte de l acompte de 92€ réglé lors de la réservation, même quand je leur en ai montré la preuve (mail de Hotels.com indiquant que cette somme avant été réglée) A défaut d un remboursement rapide et intégral, j'intenterai une procédure.

Reception war von 14-16 Uhr nicht besetzt. Unglaublich. Man steht vor verschlossenem Hoteleingang. Dann wird man unfreundlich begrüßt, erfährt, dass die Zimmer noch nicht fertig sind und dass die Check-out Zeit am Letzten Aufenthaltstag bereits um 10 Uhr ist.

nous sommes arrivés en fin de soirée, en arrivant dans la salle de bain la chaleur et l’humidité de la douche ont abîmés le plafond de la pièce il s’effrite. Le matin à 8h30 nous avons été réveillé par une très forte odeur de tabac ce qui n’est pas du tout agréable, l’odeur était présente jusqu’à notre départ mais à part séjour très agréable, chambre très propre.

Séjour de 3 nuits dans un studio spacieux, bien équipé et calme. J'ai pu apprécié la situation de la résidence (plein centre, proche de la gare et des commerces), ainsi que la salle de fitness et la piscine bien chauffée.
Seules ombres au tableau: accueil assez impersonnel et une seule couette pas très chaude pour la nuit, il manque un distributeur ou mieux, un bar pour qui veut prendre un café en journée sans avoir à utiliser la cafetière du logement (et donc devoir acheter filtres et café en poudre).
