A clean room and a bathroom near train station at a great price. I didn’t have issues with noise inside the hotel. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, spoke good English. The only issue for me was the inability to open windows for fresh air, as they supposedly have some rules now. And the windows are very from outside.

It advertised air conditioning (climatisation) there was NONE. Also, the wifi has a block on it that makes it virtually impossible to access most sites without a VPN. The staff were polite, but barged into our room SEVERAL times without knocking, even when there was a sign on the door. They only stopped doing so once they walked in on me in the shower.

Great stay as always

Great stay - have stayed here a couple of times now as it works for us driving to Spain as an overnight stop. The hotel is basic but clean and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Good to have onsite secure parking that is cheaper than the nearby car parks (but vehicle has to be less than 1.8m high. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Very basic room, no extras, as expected, but functional and comfortable. Quite close to train station, which was why we chose it. We had the breakfast the first morning, and didn't find it worth the price. Second stay there the internet was not working the whole 2 days we were there. Staff was nice.

The family room was good. The bathroom was large, with shower and a bath, but the shower curtain wasn't adequate and we discovered the bathroom floor to be very wet. The car park is secure, but is a real hassle to drive into, and on the top of the exit ramp scratched the under side of my car which was not good. It made an awful noise and I thought the car was ruined, but it's a deep scratch - really this needs a warning sign. We stayed one night and the room was good. It is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the busy centre of the city.

Perfect place as a base.

Amazing hotel. Budget in nature but exceptionally friendly staff always willing to help. The breakfast is ok but a little over-priced. I also used the brasserie in the Ibis hotel opposite for one evening for an excellent cheap meal, and also recommend Le Vietnam opposite the station for excellent food!

It was a complete disappointment !!

We had issues since the check-in when the receptionist got confused with their booking system and cancelled part of my prepaid booking.
Unfortunately, the cleaning was the worst! I noticed the room wasn’t being cleaned properly (or at all) as I could see the dirt from the previous day untouched! They clearly didn’t clean the floor since we could feel the dirt when walking barefoot. The reception, again, couldn’t do anything until the next morning and I couldn’t leave it the way it was as it would start to be unsafe for my children. I had to pick up a broom and dust bin at the reception and clean it myself that night.
It is outrageous that I’d find myself cleaning a room I paid for in the middle of my family vacation. Reception mentioned they left a note for the cleaning crew to give extra attention to my room and the very next day the towels weren’t changed, and the floor wasn’t cleaned. Other than the beds, the rest was the same as the day before. I made a complaint about the cleaning (again) and the excuse was that they were short on staff and had to hire a new company that wasn’t doing a good job. I had no reply to my complaints from no one, not even an apology from the manager by the time I checked out. The room was on the train mainline side, and we could clearly hear all the trains that passed by. It even startled my children a few times.
Up to this moment, I´m waiting for reply from IBIS HOTEL about the complaints that I made directly at the recepcion

This hotel is located next to Tours railway station. The neighbourhood is very modern and clean. I felt very safe outside. All the interesting places of Tours are in walking distance ( tourist office, cathedral, Vieux Tours, the Loire river, ...).
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was very modern and clean, equipped with A/C and a large flat-screen TV.

I had difficulty getting on the property as the gate was locked and I wasn’t provided a password in my reservation. I tried using the booking confirmation but that didn’t work. I had to wait for another customer to get through the gate and only then was I able to check in. This was a 10 minute wait. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Room far too hot as could not open the window more than 20 cm. The air conditioning did not work. The shower was loose and the tray filled up far too quickly for the water to empty.

Although the reception staff was friendly could not find anyone to ask for help when needed. They were obviously rushed off their feet looking after guests.

The hotel states that it is smoke free but it allows guests to smoke on every floor if they open the door to the outside stairs and when the wind blows in all the smoke comes in. Then the rooms are saturated with smoke residue, the pillows, the dooners, and even the bedheads and curtains. The towels are grey and not white because they have not been bleached. The bathroom the shower water is running like it comes from a tap in one big lot, they mouldy and there is not drainage on the floor only in the shower area. The water flows into the corners from the shower once stepped out. We had to use the towels to drain the water off the floor. One staff member was dishonest about the fact that the rooms are saturated with smoke. More than one pet is allowed in rooms. I experienced the crying and barking of more than two dogs whilst trying to get some sleep. We had to buy our own room deodorant and bleach to clean the room and the bathroom because we were forced to stay since they were not refunding our money. Expedia should not pay the hotels unless they are certain that they are doing the right thing and after the customers have been to the hotel and they happy they can pay them at the end of the stay and not in advance.

Our stay was fine. We did not realize that it was a blue ibis va a red Ibis. Our preverence would be a red. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was well located. The fellow at check in was not overly friendly however the morning staff were the complete opposite. We would stay at Ibis again but make sure it was a red one as it is slightly more upmarket.

This is budget hotel, and if all you want is a bed then fantastic. The staff were brilliant, even when facing issues with the booking. It has no bar but the ibis opposite made us very welcome. Yes I would book again. It was a booking for 18 people and although not the best hotel no one complained.

Room was clean and comfortable enough to meet my needs. Very close to the train station. Arrived after checkout but signage said to just go to attached hotel next door where checkin was quick and simple. Other reviews said that wifi was poor but I had great and consistent wifi. The next morning, staff let us leave our bags in the lobby area. Not exactly secure, but as we only had a couple bags with no valuables we felt comfortable leaving them. Upon retrieval, we found that others did the same as well and we had no problems. Overall, worth the bargain price we got for a two night stay and very conveniently located.

Réserver une chambre pour trois personnes et devoir faire soi-même le lit à l’arrivée (20h) est déjà surprenant pour un établissement hôtelier. Si le terme “budget” signifie désormais que les clients doivent préparer leur propre couchage, il serait peut-être utile de l’indiquer clairement lors de la réservation. Cela éviterait de découvrir ce genre de “non-service” une fois sur place.
Au-delà de cela, les bases de l’hôtellerie reposent sur l’accueil, le ménage et l’hygiène. Or, découvrir des traces d’urine sur la cuvette des toilettes, un coton-tige sous un lit (visible justement parce que le lit n’était pas fait) ainsi que des toiles de poussière au plafond donne une impression générale de chambre insuffisamment entretenue.
Lorsque nous avons signalé ces problèmes à la réception, l’accueil a malheureusement été à la hauteur du reste : peu d’écoute et une attitude à la limite du manque de respect de la part de la personne présente le soir du 7 mars. Après plusieurs minutes d’échanges stériles, une proposition de relogement nous a finalement été faite.
Cependant, à 21h, pour un séjour d’une seule nuit et après avoir déjà dû faire le lit, cette proposition n’était pas une solution réaliste.
À cela s’ajoutent d’autres points qui renforcent l’impression générale de manque d’organisation : aucune information Wi-Fi, aucun rangement et des problèmes d'ascenseurs.
L’ensemble de ces éléments, l’expérience ne correspond clairement pas aux standards minimums attendus dans un hôtel....

トゥール駅から近くて便利な立地。線路横で周辺はあまり店はないが、少し歩けばカルフールがある。近くにメルキュールやノボテルもあって旅行者が多いため、治安には問題なさそうだった。旅行時は大変な酷暑であったが、部屋はエアコンがあって、それだけでポイントが高い。朝食付きでも価格も大変良心的。ただ洗面所の排水が悪くて少し困った。

Prima kamer voor de lage prijs. Verwacht geen perfecte nieuwe badkamer, het is schoon, maar een beetje vlekken en roest horen ook een beetje bij een budget hotel.
Hoofdkussen zijn niet goed, veel te zacht/plat, jammer. Rest is prima, functioneel en werkend.
