Room was cold-no heat. Bathroom shower stall very small-could not bend over to wash. Wifi not so good for some phones. One worked one didn't. Small steps made hard to carry luggage.

The room was small with only essential furniture but beds were comfortable and the bedding is of good quality. The absence of AC in the middle of June was definitely a big minus. It was far after midnight when with two opened windows room cooled to manageable temperature. Parking is very tight but we were able to find a spot to park our car all three night we spent there. WiFi is terrible, barely works. TV did not have connection at all. Breakfast at the restaurant was basic but delicious, dinner was below expectations.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Hotel Faisin - it was a perfect stopover for 1 night while travelling through France. We appreciated being able to get an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel, particularly as we arrived later than we were hoping to. Friendly staff and basic but clean accommodation. Finding how to get into the hotel was a struggle. We found the sign that said hotel but there was no front office that we could see. We walked around \"lost\" for about 10 minutes before someone came out and handed us a key to our room. They didn't check us in or ask our name. They said they were waiting for us to check in. That process was a bit unusual.
The room was clean and large. We are a family of 5 and they had enough beds to fit us all. The room was very humid. The sheets almost felt damp to the touch.
There is a lovely bakery right down the street. I didn't get their name, but I would visit that bakery again! Amazing pastries!

Nice room,clean.good en suite shower/ toilet. Great breakfast but not buffet,given all there was which was good.Evening meal disappointing, no menu,told what there was,take it or leave it,chicken legs with potatoes,green beans and a green salad. To start cous cous salad,sweet was pie and custard. No prices indicated for meals. Need to ask. Evening meal and beakfast at fixed times. Off road parking but tight if you gave a big car.

Very Welcoming and Pleasant Stay
We had a wonderful short stay - the host/Gardien is very welcoming and hospitable. The place is perfect for visiting Tours and nearby castles of Loire Valley. Their restaurant is on property and very convenient with a chic bar. They arranged for a delicious Pizza for our family upon arrival and it was great.

Really nice new room overlooking courtyard where the free parking was located. Not much in immediate area, but we were just stopping off for the night. Found a nice Chinese restaurant about half a mile away. The weather was very hot and the room was very warm and stuffy at night. However, for the price it was very good value and would have been much nicer had the day time temp not been touching 38 degrees!

Enfin, la salle de bain mériterait une mise à jour, en particulier la douche : le rideau n’est plus du tout adapté et rend l’utilisation peu agréable.

Hôtel pas cher mais ce n'est qu'une fois arrivé que l'on comprend pourquoi. Certains endroits étaient d'une hygiène douteuse mais c'était peut-être simplement l'usure. L'accès aux chambres n'est vraiment pas agréable et les communs non plus. Les photos ne reflètent vraiment pas l'état de l'hôtel en général. C'est beaucoup moins bien en vrai. Sinon, le personnel est très accueillant.

Nous sommes restés qu'une nuit et malheureusement ce sera la seule et unique que nous passerons dans cet hôtel le personnel est adorable très serviable au top par contre la qualité de la chambre de l'humidité partout de la moisissure le long des murs tout le bas de la salle de bain c'est pas possible dans une chambre familiale mais c'est juste pas possible dans un hôtel tout court. Vraiment dommage car le personnel était adorable le restaurant le soir un peu cher dans le sens où notre enfant de 3 ans à payer le même prix aucun menu adulte

Seul problème : le matin à 10h le monsieur chargé du ménage est rentré dans notre chambre sans toquer en pensant que nous étions déjà parties. J'ai déja donné mon avis .Tout est parfait pour l'accueil, la générosité, une propreté remarquable voire exceptionnelle, l'ambiance très agréable, la nourrriture abondante, à volonté et très bonne. Un petit déjeuner bluffant au niveau de la variété et de la quantité. Il ne manque absolument rien et les fruits sont mûrs ce qui est rare.
Un tout petit bémol pour les très vieilles personnes comme nous. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour monter les valises et il ne faut pas être gros pour entrer dans la douche au demeurant excellente .
