Super cheap motel I thought would be okay for one night en route to holidays with the car, but I wouldn’t stay there again. Good things - sheets were clean, staff were nice, place was quiet, easy parking.

On arrival at approximately 14.15 I checked in with reception and was given my key by a very nice gentleman who unbelievably remembered me, when exiting reception I noticed my room and others were still being cleaned and heard the cleaner shouting at a customer for some reason, when I eventually entered my room I found that only one very small towel had been left for my use when looking at the said item it looked very dirty so needless to say no shower or wash was had, the breakfast next morning left a lot to be desired as very little to choose from, I don’t think I will be staying again.

Easy access. Close to Burger King and Lidl and a short drive to the town centre. Nice hotel to sleep for a night on our way to Spain. Free parking and lots of spaces available. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but for the price it was ok.

We've stayed in Permier-Classe hotels/motels previously so knew what to expect. For under £30 for the night you get a reasonably comfortable double bed, space for a travel cot, air conditioning, cubicle shower/toilet/sink. For approx. £11 extra a decent breakfast is available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Italian restaurant 200m up the road is very good for dinner.

The hotel has seen better days it's tired and run down , it's battered and bruised through years of a lack of maintenance . The pillows I wouldn't let a dog sleep on and the bed was bowed in the middle ( so you ended up rolling together ) my wife also pointed out that the bed legs were bent and that the extractor in the bathroom didn't work . This is a ground floor room number 45

Hotel room was basic, but clean. Small bathroom. Location about 40 minutes by public bus from Tours city centre. If you have a car or dint mind public transport the hotel is fine, but I wouldn't recommend it if you want to be near Tours city centre.

This is our second stay here. This room was less attractive than earlier stay (and that was not brilliant). Desperately in need of a makeover. The later build hotels are brilliant. Though not outright dirty it was grubby. No power point on desk for computer.

You get what you pay for, don't expect any comfort
We stayed for two nights. The first night, I just couldn't sleep at all. BE WARNED! They use 1000% polyester sheets! Seriously, one minute after your cover up you sweat like a dog! Uncover yourself, you freeze from the aircon. Choose one! By 3am, I chose to go sleep in the car. Was a lot more comfortable. The mattress was tough as a rock too so the reclined car seat was a luxury by comparison. Second night I didn't cover up, just wore long trousers for warmth. I suppose the price was cheap, so you get what you pay for.

Clean and quiet
We were very happy with our stay here. The room was updated and very clean. Our room had a queen bed below and a child-sized bunk above. The underground parking was a nice touch with elevator access to and from the floors. The neighborhood was pretty decent with tons of shopping and restaurants to suit your needs. It was close to Paris without being in Paris. We would consider staying here again on our next trip to France.

Close to local restaurants and the hotel has vouchers on offer to help save some moneywhen eating in them. Typical rooms sleeping upto three people, with a 'module' type ensuite. Basic but comfortable for a night. Breakfast was a typical contiental affair, plenty for all. Plenty of free parking around the hotel.

Cheap and (not so) cheerful
We stayed here on the way home to England and mistakenly thought this was one of the Premiere Classe hotels that had been upgraded, it wasn't and looked (and was) very tired. My kids are a little older now and the bathrooms etc. seem much much smaller than they used to. Also, we may have been unlucky but this hotel was very very noisy with people talking loudly outside after midnight and soon after six in the morning. The good points are that the rooms are air conditioned, it's cheap, and the lady at the desk couldn't have been more helpful. However, my advice would be to pay a little bit more and base your journey around where ACE Hotels are as we stayed in one in Poitiers on the way down through France and it was excellent and comparitively luxurious!

Chambre 12 30/8. À ce prix on ne s’attend pas à du luxe. Même si BB/Ibis pour 20€ de plus offre une presta plus que correcte. La chambre est immonde. Rideau de douche qui touche la cuvette wc. Moisissures ds la douche, autour de la porte. Nous avons rendu la clef sans oser y dormir. L’accueil nous a proposé une autre chambre. Mais non merci ! Expérience détestable. Nous avons repris la route malgré la fatigue. Honteux !

Séjour de passage, propreté limite et surtout salle de bain avec odeur suspecte, rouille et moisissure. L'eau de la douche est complexe à gérer, la facture d'eau doit coûter cher. L'insonorisation laisse à désirer et surtout quand on est non fumeur et qu'on nous poste au pied du cendrier.

Il est indiqué sur le site de l'hôtel que l'entrée se fait à partir de 14h. Mais quand on était arrivé à l'hôtel vers 17h, on nous avait remis la clé d'une chambre qui n'était pas prête. On a du attendre au moins 45 min pour accéder à la chambre. A l'intérieur, la propreté reste à désirer. Il y a une lampe qui clignote quand on l'éteint. Dans la douche, il y a de rouille et des moisissures. Et les aérations au dessus des portes et fenêtres sont hyper salles, pour ne citer que celà. Si le manager voudrait aller vérifier, nous avions occupé la chambre 29. Même si c'est un hôtel low cost, cela nécessite au moins un minimum d'entretien pour ne pas tomber complètement en ruine. J'ai vraiment été clément dans ma notation vu que ce n'est pas la première fois que j'utilise cette chaîne d'hôtels.

Une nuit horrible, Odeurs de moisissures cigarette, Matelas inconfortables qui doivent être la depuis 1998,oreiller non confortables, peinture écailler, moisissures, climatisation insalubre, et surtout ne jamais prendre la chambre numéro 1.je préfère dormir dans mon véhicule que dans la chambre numéro 1..la seul chose positif est l’accueil du gérant très aimable et souriant et très sociable et avenants.

Chambre a refaire et amendé les fumeurs !
Je souhaite signaler plusieurs désagréments constatés dans ma chambre, malgré l’indication qu’elle est non-fumeur :
Odeur de tabac froid, très désagréable.
Chauffage/ventilation bruyante : en diminuant l’intensité pour réduire le bruit, il fait trop froid dans la chambre.
Salle de bain : rideau de douche avec des traces de moisissure apparente, et présence de poils dans le lavabo à mon arrivée.
Sol : abîmé et incrusté de saletés.
Ces problèmes rendent mon séjour inconfortable. Je vous remercie par avance pour votre prise en compte et une éventuelle solution.

C’était horrible. Il devait faire tout au plus 12 degrés dans la chambre, alors que le chauffage était réglé au maximum. J’ai signalé le problème et demandé si j’étais le seul concerné. On m’a répondu que non, que d’autres personnes avaient le même souci.
Cela a aussi été compliqué le matin au niveau de l’accueil, car j’ai dû attendre longtemps à cause de difficultés liées à d’autres clients. J’avais réservé une chambre d’hôtel pour passer une nuit au chaud ; au final, je suis tombé malade et je suis arrivé en retard à mon rendez-vous à cause de cela.
J’aurais souhaité un petit geste commercial après avoir signalé tous ces désagréments, mais je n’ai rien obtenu, pas même des excuses. Je suis extrêmement déçu.
