It is just what it says.... ok . I was only staying one night and it was convenient to go to my business destination. There were a lot of bus tourists when I was there so breakfast was chaotic. The room old but ok , the shower needed a little TLC.

We had a great stay! The hotel was well placed for touring both Tours and the Chateaux in this part of the Loire valley. The brilliant Son et Lumiere show which is every evening in the square in front of the Cathedral at Tours is not to be missed! Really enjoyed the local food, wine and sights. It was great value for money.

Convenient stop-over but unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed on the evening I stayed. There are very limited alternatives in the town and I had a choice of take-away pizza, take-away pizza, take-away pizza or a picnic in my room with help from a local boulangerie. Breakfast was fine though. Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. I will certainly think about using this hotel chain again but will choose a location that offers a better range of alternatives if the hotel restaurant is closed. Good value for money, clean and comfortable room.

Very small room and small bathroom. It doesn't even have a kettle for hot water. Hotel is located outside of Tours and is not good for everyone without a car. Parking is free through - a plus!

Bonjour, j'ai été déçue d'apprendre en arrivant à l'hotel que le parking gratuit et surveillé était en travaux donc inutilisable. Oblige de garer notre voiture dans la rue dans un quartier. De plus, la personne qui m'a accueilli au demeurant sympathique et en période d'essaie m'a indiqué que je devais payer 7€ de plus pour mon bébé de 2 ans car il allait utiliser les draps alors qu'il dormait dans notre lit. Sous le pretexte qu'on était 4 personnes. J'ai pas trouvé ca commerçant etant donne que j'ai paye plein tarif un hotel comprenant le parking surveillé. Impossible de se rendre dans cet hôtel qui nous ne permet pas d’avoir un parking où la voiture est sécurisée. Malheureusement l’hôtel est situé dans un quartier qui visiblement est très dangereux et qui fait fuir les clients.

Hemos estado dos familias en habitaciones cuádruples y la verdad es que ha sido una gran experiencia. Desde nuestra llegada la mujer que se encargaba de la recepción nos intentó ayudar al máximo. Incluso nos ofreció un precio cerrado para el desayuno de cada familia, todo un detalle.
En cuanto a la habitación, serán habitaciones amplias con dos ambientes y una gran baño adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida, sencillamente estupendo ya que una de la personas de la familia no se puede mover bien.
También dispone de garage público cerrado en la parte de atrás que no tiene conste para las personas alojadas en el hotel.
Es cierto que está algo alejado del centro pero en coche son poco más de 10min.
El desayuno es tipo buffet y si necesitas pan sin gluten puedes hablar con ellos para que te lo proporcionen, aunque nosotros ya teníamos.

Récemment je suis allée en hôtel sur le littoral. Chambre plus grande, possibilité de me faire un café ou autre, plus luxueuse dans l'ensemble. Cet hôtel est dans un cadre de verdure donc beaucoup plus agréable que celui de Joué les Tours. Quant au prix, Brit Hôtel est très tres cher !!

Siamo stati accolti da due simpatiche ragazze, gentili e disponibili (forse le prime che in molti giorni in Francia si sono sforzate di farsi capire in una lingua che non era la loro). Struttura fuori città ma a pochi minuti in macchina o con i mezzi pubblici dal centro, in una zona tranquilla e ricca di negozi. Vicino ad un grande supermercato con due ristoranti. Nous avons bien apprecie l hotel mais lorsque nous sommes arrives dans la salle de restaurant pour le petit dejeuner, il y avait des miettes etc sur toutes les tables : aucune n etait propre.
