The door to the room creaked and did not close easily. It was unclear whether it actually locked.The mirror was cracked. The shower fittings were broken. The toilet seat was broken and only the short flush worked. The shower soap dispenser lid was missing. One of the lights just glowed. Having said all that, the bed was good, the beakfast good and the staff very pleasant.

Friendly, clean stopover with our dog

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Well located for take aways or restaurants on a couple of minutes drive away.
Room was clean, warm and tidy if a touch compact.
Breakfast was good value.

Dont bother if reception is closed

Could not use the automated booking machine so had to find another hotel. Not our issue as had used the same chain the night before with no problems.
Then got charged after the trip. Very poor.

Road trip

The area was good with plenty of places to eat, it was like an industrial park but with lots of choice. The hotel reception couldn’t find my booking for quite a while, and he got a little annoyed. The room was very small but had the basics , just what you need for a nights stay. The bed was more of a large single than a double, and was quite hard, the bathroom was also very small, not a lot of room to move around in, but it was clean and functional.

Good value for the money

It was the first time we had used this chain of hotels pleasantly surprised very nice layout in the room, very clean and plenty of room in the washing facilities. We will use this hotel again and try others in the group.

Get a different hotel!

We arrived and got an earful about how much they hate Expedia. It got worse from there. Would have rather slept in the rental car. Shower floods into room floor and didn't feel safe. Rooms were adequate but employees ruined the experience.

Cheap but not cheerful

Good points: bed comfortable and very quiet (stayed on a Sunday night)
Passable: info. on restaurants nearby was accurate, but reluctantly given
Very poor: Shower brackets broken; toilet cistern falling apart; bathroom pod leaked under wall into room; toilet door would not shut - handle had been incorrectly fitted.

Generally, the place had a folorn air, and it wasn't so cheap that the shabby, broken items could in anyway be excused.

very basic hotel, our room for three people very small - shower/toilet area - very cramped - but we got what we paid for, so OK. Hotel on industrial estate so not much going on - very quiet which we wanted but trying to find somewhere to eat was difficult - we did manage to find a restaurant about a 10 minute walk which was OK.

Nous venions de séjourner dans un hôtel 3* à Pornic pour 88€ la nuit, là le rapport qualité prix serait peut être à revoir (60€ la nuit) …

Auf der Durchreise, unmittelbar ein Buffet Chinarestaurant mitveinem riesigen Buffet , gleich da hinter ein Italienisches Restaurant.

Peu mieux faire

Bonjour, ma demande de chambre au RDC n'est pas respecté, hors j'ai appelé plusieurs jours avant mon séjour pour m'en assurer.
Le draps de dessous ne reste pas sur le matelas, je l'ai remis 2 ou 3 fois par nuit afin de ne pas toucher directement le matelas.
La wifi ne fonctionne pas, la télécommande TV est absente.
Chambre pas insonorisée, j'entendais celui de l'étage du dessus se déplacer.
Les peintures intérieures des chambres sont à refaire.
Est-ce normal de trouver des enfants jouant, entre autre, au ballon, sur le parking, donc autour des voitures

Je commence par le positif : Il y a une chambre, un lit et une douche chaude. Le personnel à la réception est souriant et aimable.
Maintenant le négatif... La chambre sentait la cigarette à plein nez, il y avait des traces douteuses partout sur les murs et pas que des graffitis... Le sol n'était pas nettoyé et était noir de crasse. Quand vous utilisez la douche, même sans la faire couler à fond, l'eau déborde sur le sol donc impossible de marcher devant le lavabo sans se mouiller les pieds et on en met partout dans la chambre car il n'y a pas de tapis de bain.
Très mauvaise insonorisation, ce qui ne poserait pas de problème si certains clients respectaient les autres (gamins qui crient et qui claquent les portes, adultes qui parlent jusqu'à 2h du matin comme en plein jour.) Bref j'ai réussi à dormir moins de 2h sur un matelas très dur donc un mal de dos terrible en plus du mal de tête.
Et puis la cerise sur le gâteau : À 21h on fait traîner des meubles au-dessus de votre tête pendant une heure. J'ai appelé la réception et ils étaient en train de déménager je ne sais quoi !
En partant le matin j'ai signalé les problèmes. Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit d'incompétence ou s'ils se fichent complètement de leurs clients. On m'a dit que j'aurais dû signaler que la chambre ne me plaisait pas.
Il se trouve que mon compagnon et moi n'aimons pas déranger ni critiquer mais là, je dois le signaler. On ne loue pas des chambres dans cet état si on est honnête.

Notre séjour a été conforme à notre attente. le logement n'est pas très grand mais assez pour y mettre tous nos sacs, et pouvoir tourner autour du lit. Tout était ok, jusqu'au moment de relever la cuvette des toilettes. C'est vraiment domage, et je crois sincèrement que c'est un oubli, car le reste etait OK.

Très déçu de la poussière sous le lit datant je pense depuis un petit moment , n’ont pas de quelques jours dans la salle de bain, le savon à main qui coule partout et même une partie sur la paroi de l’adhésif sur la télé je savais même pas ce qu’il faisait là, même si la chambre d’hotel n’était pas cher un minimum de propreté aurait été la bienvenue

hotel assez calme , le point fort est l'accueil , super sympa et a l'ecoute , je les remercie beaucoup , le point faible est la salle de bain de la chambre 11 qui a vraiment besoin d'un bon rafraichissement , pour le prix je conseille vraiment cette hotel .

Insonorisation inexistante !! Je n'en veut pas à l'hôtel, mais au gens irrespectueux... Du bruit dans les chambres voisines (au dessus et à côté) jusqu'à plus de minuit et à partir de 6h00 du matin... Très énervant :(

Notre nuit à l'hôtel s'est très bien passée. La personne à l'accueil a été très professionnelle, serviable, prévenant et dynamique. Il nous a donné également de très bons conseils sur les routes à prendre pour que notre trajet retour se déroule le plus agréablement possible tout ceci après un petit déjeuner dont la variété et l'abondance nous a complètement satisfait.

nous ne sommes resté qu'une seule nuit, la chambre était propre, manque un peu de place de chaque coté du lit, très bon petit déjeuner, le moins, la porte de la douche n'est pas étanche, la partie verticale de la porte est juste bord à bord, et il y a un jour de d' au moins 2 cm sous la porte, d'ou inondation vers le lavabo .très bien dans l'ensemble

Surtout ne pas aller le soir dans cet hôtel en sortant de l’hopital Car ils bloquent l’acces , impossible de prendre une chambre.

Très bien pour le prix!

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, même pour le petit déjeuné.
Téléviseur plus grand que dans bon nombre d’hôtels plus chers.
Par contre le chambre est quand même petite (difficile de circuler autour du lit), la salle d'eau est vraiment ric-rac aussi.
Je regrette surtout le niveau d'insonorisation qui n'est pas génial, mais le bilan est largement positif.
