A good bed while passing through Tours

This hotel looks questionable and generic from the outside--it even lacks a sign with its proper name. However, the interior was nicer (though room was small, and the hall and room had a strong chemical odor of cleaning solution).

The bed was comfortable, and it had air conditioning. The restaurant food was very good but the service was very slow at dinner.

The nicest part was a patio and lovely large garden on the back side of the lobby. The hotel was also pet friendly (with a dog fee).

Have stayed several times on our trips to Southwest France. We're always very happy with the location of this hotel but we're quite disappointed with the dinner this time

Stay was good overall. Food at the hotel good as well.
Breakfast complete and good price.
We had only two small issues. At conditioning was not working well.
One of the days the cleaning At the room was not complete. Seems that they started and interrupted for some reason and never finished. They cleaned the bathroom but not made the beds.

Although it is called a Garden Hotel, there is no real garden. We enquired at reception about walking locally through the forest at the back of the hotel. There was no information or map so we set off and found footpaths ourselves through the wooded suburb.

great hotel for overnight stay travelling from UK to South West France or Spain. Also great when travelling with a dog as hotel backs onto a lovely wood, lovely long walk after spending the whole day in the car. Restaurant in the hotel serveshown gorgeous food

The hotel was chosen because we had a early flight the following morning but wanted to see more of Barcelona before we left. This property was a good compromise.The accommodation was great with a balcony. One of the larger rooms we have had on the trip which gave us plenty of room to repack our siutcases for the trip home. The hotel appears to have been renovated and the facilities including the pool & gym were modern and in top condition. The only slight downside was that the beds were very firm something we are not used too. The staff at reception were very helpful and arranged a taxi for us for 6:10 am and rang us at 5:50 am to ensure we were up. With a train station a short walk from the hotel it is a good choice of location. We would stay here again

Just what we needed

Just the job for an overnight stay heading to south of France. Rooms a bit small but very clean and well maintained. Effective air conditioning was very welcome during August's heatwave.

Small but nice

The room was small. Everything worked fine. We had no problems. The people were friendly enough. The only thing that I really didn't like was that there was no shower curtian or door. Water was all over the floor after taking showers.

Modern and tasteful.

The staff were first class they could not have been more helpful.
The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and functional. We sat in the garden and had a glass of wine before having a very good evening meal. If required the supermarket is just 3 minutes away.
If you are ever in the area this is the place to stay.

Very convenient in nice location

Warm welcome from staff with plenty of useful information. The hotel easily lived up to its 3 stars with a nice convenient bar and restaurant where we had a good inexpensive dinner and a lovely breakfast. The location was in a very pleasant suburb of Tours and ideal for a stopover for journeys further South. Heartily recommended!

Decent suburban hotel

Visitors should bear in mind that this hotel is in the suburbs of Tours. I would highly advise having a car. It is next to a market which is convenient but otherwise there isn't much going on in the neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quiet, comfortable, with basic needs nearby

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Nice upper middle class neighbourhood, and for my run in the morning I could start out with almost the whole first km in a strip of forest which sure beats running on the road. Only ever one staff member on when we were there but they were very pleasant and helpful. Bit of a distance from the town centre but convenient to motorways

Should be a little less expensive for what you get.

Typical European-sized room (smaller), but no A/C, shower curtain, or bars of soap. Breakfast was ok, but not worth the 8 Euros. It is in a quieter area of town, but there was audible traffic outside for most of the night (we had our window open to cool down the room).

Ce n'est pas la 1ére fois que nous réservons dans cet hôtel. Il est vraiment très bien. Dommage que le restaurant n'est pas été ouvert!
Le petit déjeuner est très complet et très bon.
Une petite remarque toutefois: la machine à presser les oranges devrait être contrôlée pendant le petit déjeuner. Elle n'était pas vidée, donc le jus ne s'écoulait pas et l'emplacement autour était trempé !!! Très désagréable.

J’ai passé un excellent moment dans cet établissement, et je tiens particulièrement à souligner la qualité exceptionnelle du service au restaurant. Les deux serveurs en salle ont été rapides, efficaces, discrets et d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Leur sens de l’organisation et leur attention aux moindres détails ont vraiment fait la différence. C’est rare de voir un service aussi fluide et maîtrisé !

L’accueil à la réception a été tout aussi irréprochable. Que ce soit le soir à mon arrivée ou le matin au moment du départ, chaque personne rencontrée a fait preuve d’un accueil chaleureux, professionnel et attentif. On sent une vraie culture du service et un plaisir à bien recevoir les clients.

Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe – je reviendrai avec plaisir et je recommanderai l’endroit autour de moi !

Bonjour, Pour commençer la dame de l'acceuil prenait son repas avec ses collégues le soir, lors de sa venue à l'accueil elle en avait encore plein la bouche, cela à demandé un petit instant avant d'échanger entre nous. J'avais l'impression d'étre dans un refuge pour chiens, ils y en avait de partout. Le sol des couloirs sont avec de la moquette, alors l'ygienne avec les animaux et c'est l'été.
Je plein ceux qui sont allergique aux animaux. Une fois dans la chambre nous entendions un chien qui pleuré dans la chambre voisine, j'ai rendu compte à l'accueil pour faire le nécessaire.
Le drap de dessous dans le lit est juste posé sur le matelas, dommage nous sommes obligés de faire aussi notre lit.
Nous sommes trés déçu de votre hotel. Nous avons des amis qui habite à 2 km, je pensais revenir souvent les voirs et loger chez vous.
Désolé pour vous, c'est une critique pour votre amélioration. Cdlt

Teniamos una luz de baño que no funcionaba cuando entramos en l habitacion, no se veia muy bien sin ella, y dijeron que nos la arreglarian pero nos hemos ido y no lo han arreglado.

All'arrivo in struttura non era presente nessuno alla reception.Ho dovuto cercare per 10 minuti qualcuno che consegnasse la chiave.
Per la colazione del secondo giorno mi è stato proposto di farla in camera indicando cosa volessi e non al buffet come avevo pagato in quanto c'erano pochi clienti:inqualificabile!
La colazione comunque era scarsa e con prodotti scadenti.La camera piccola e minimal.Personale gentile ma non qualificato.
Manca un direttore che sovraintenda le cose.
Hotel frequentato da gite in pulmann.Valido solo come punto di appoggio.
Non sono stato per niente soddisfatto.

Accueil pas terrible . On nous impose la chambre handicapé . En nous disant froidement de toute façon pas le choix . Si je n avais pas payé en avance je aurai eu le choix et change d Hotel . Non pas que la chambre ne me convenait pas mais il y a façon de le dire et d amabilité.
De plus pub mensongère . Il n y a pas de jus d orange pressée. Ça fait très chère le petit déjeuner vu ce qu il y a . C est pas digne d un 3 étoiles .

Hôtel agréable dans un site calme. prestations correctes et accueil professionnel.
le seul point négatif est le manque d’insonorisation entre les salles de bain. on a l’impression que le voisin prend sa douche dans votre chambre. c’est vraiment dommage car tout le reste est parfait.

Deux nuits super accueil, très bon restaurant avec des prix raisonnables... Des employés super sympa , chambre propre comme sur les photos , le seul bémol une fois la réservation faite ont nous a appelé pour nous stipulé que la chambre ne possédé pas de clim .... ( En panne) ça était deux nuit compliqué avec la chaleur malgres le matelas confortable c'est dommage.

Accueil aimable mais l'interruption une seconde d'un appel en cours par la réceptionniste aurait été appréciée. Chambres calmes, propres, mais étriquées. Salle de bains minimalist, y compris pour le linge fourni. Petit déjeuner convenable, sans plus. Personnel agréable et diligent. Comment cet hôtel peut-il être classé en 3 étoiles ?

La petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre manque cruellement. Ou alors une bouilloire avec the ou cafe pour compenser dans la démarche eco responsable de ne pas utiliser de plastique avec la bouteille d'eau.

14€ la poke bawl pour un peu de riz et quelques crudités c'est carrément du foutage de gueule.
9€ l'assiette de charcuterie qui en vaut 6 c'est du vol egalement
