OK but rooms very hot and next to very busy road. Gym was very poor with very old equipment and only a few items. Restaurant was ok but nothing special. Reception and restaurant staff friendly. Not sure why I could have gluten free bread at breakfast but not at dinner one of few hotels you put an ironing board in my room when requested when I booked.

New, modern, well appointed. Very helpful staff. Nice lake to walk round if you want a breath of fresh air. Supermarket close by and within walking distance, but not much in the way if cafes, restaurants etc. Ideal if you just want somewhere to sleep enroute. Off the motorway but not noisy. Good parking. 60 Euros by taxi from Tours airport (which shuts at 8pm and has very few facilities).

Good for a stopover.

This visit was a stopover so we were very tired when we arrived for just one night. Check in was good and luckily I had pre-booked dinner in the restaurant. If I hadn't we would not have got a table ! Bed very comfortable. Room clean. Choose carefully in the restaurant as the food is very hit and miss. Would suggest you keep it simple. Very close to motorway.

Good 3 star Hotel with many pluses

Mercure is not a 4 star hotel, more a 3 star trying their best as they always find ways to tarnish their reputation. I say this as an Accor loyalty member who spent more than 40 nights in Mercure hotels last year. I only stayed at this hotel because I had a non refundable booking as my last Accor booking for Mercure Hatfield was inexplicable cancelled and after initial contact with customer service, they have chosen to ignore my follow up email checking for a response. Therefore, it would have been cancelled if I could have had a refund. In general, room was comfortable and staff were always helpful until upon check-out the receptionist did not acknowledge me and proceeded to take 3 phone calls including an enquiry for the Accor loyalty programme and a possible stay in 3 weeks time. Room was comfortable and cool even though it was exceptionally hot. Room layout was good and familiar from other Mercure hotels but all the towels were too worn for every day during my 3 days. Location was perfect for getting around Tours and getting the périphérique for outside Tours. Didn't use the restaurant, but it looked good and seemed popular. Lifts were available which is not always the case at Mercure. Parking was good and seemed safe which is important for me as it is less so for hotels more central in Tours.

Nice property, check in was a breeze and my room was clean. Breakfast could’ve improved. Gym and pool were great. Ample parking at hotel. The one negative was that the air was turned off so the room was hot and stuffy. There are no screens in the window so if you choose to open for fresh air, bugs come in.

4Star Really??!!

Front desk was lovely, the breakfast staff were efficient but nice. The rooms are tired, not what I would expect for 4star, its more 3star. The food was good, the menu was very expensive, nearly €5 for a bottle of water!!!! In the room itself, 3 of us were in the room, and only one small bottle of evian was left as a compliment. That is not a compliment, it was an insult not to leave one for each person. The message is staff very nice, hotel tired, over priced, and it was freezing in the dining room, yet when asked if the air conditioning could be turned down or indeed off, it was a flat no. So noway a 4 star, more 3 or a 2 star, that way you wont be dissappointed if you understand what star it should be. So not sure I would stay again, but staff were super nice, so silver linings

Nice stopover hotel

When we first pulled up to the hotel, I was very concerned about what the interior might look like, as the facade resembled a bit like a motel. However, we were pleasantly surprised that our twin room on the second was modern, very clean and comfortable, but as it was opposite the elevator, it was a little noisy.

The front desk staff, as were the rest, were very friendly and accommodating.

Great stopover in quiet location

This hotel is perfect for a stopover on a long journey. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food amazing and the accommodation was perfect for our needs. The hotel is also located next to a beautiful lake and recreation area which was perfect for an evening stroll.

OK for one-night stay

We enjoyed brief swim in the indoor pool, and the Jacuzzi, before a good dinner in the restaurant. The bed was comfortable but the room a bit airless, even with the windows open. Breakfast was disorganised: food OK but drinks flavourless. Generally the staff seemed a bit disconnected and uninterested in the guests.

Good hotel with relatively easy access.

We wanted a convenient hotel travelling from Spain and this hotel fitted well. Staff were very pleasant on arrival and the room was excellent in terms of size and facilities. Nice to see a separate WC separate from the bathroom. Only adverse comment was that the Steak I had at the evening meal was on the tough side but otherwise a good meal choice for evening and breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. Room was clean, big, had a refrigerator and air conditioning. The cost of breakfast, at 15.5 euros each, was too much to consider when we could get a croissant and coffee for 2-3 euros each elsewhere. Is hard to find without GPS. But we highly recommend...it was a nice hotel!

Nice clean hotel, located by a tranquil lake/park, however the nearby facilities were a little lacking - and there was a noise problem as a small crowd of loud teenagers were hanging around the back of the hotel all night, laughing, shouting and revving on motorbikes etc.

Easy access to the major routes surrounding Tours.

We needed a place to stop to break our journey from the south of France to the north. And this was a good choice. Not the place to stay if you want to see Tours, but we knew that. It has good facilities, pool. spa etc, all of which seemed popular with the locals. It is also clearly a hotel for business conferences. As with other Mercure and Novotel hotels the food is pretty mediocre, but edible all the same.

Used it as overnight stop on way back to ferry. Easy to find using hotels directions. Just off ring road. Staff helpful and pleasant. Had lovely dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast very good. Would use hotel again travelling to/from ferry ports.

Awesome place

My wife and I couldn't say enough good about this place. The staff was so friendly, the food in their quaint little eatery so good. The beds are amazingly plush, and you don't feel like you're staying in a hotel....more like a little country Inn. I can't imagine a better place to hang your hat..one night...or one week..FIVE STARS!!

Bonjour très propre hôtel le personnel il y avait une jeune femme qui est pas très professionnel et elle etait vraiment désagréable je les mêmes pris pour de la discrimination raciale ces une responsable d’origine française je me rappelle plus de son nom mais Ell prend les clients de haut avec un air hop tu vraiment ces presque du racisme avec un grand sourire par contre ils y a un employé je me rappelle de son nom c’est M. Guillem il est vraiment vraiment trop top ces employés sa devrait être lui le responsable il est très gentil professionnel bienveillant poli souriant vraiment un employé en or l’hôtellerie française a besoin de plus de personnes comme lui. Vraiment ces un homme bienveillant attentionné encore merci à lui pour sont professionnalisme beaucoup de bonheur pour cette humain vraiment

Nous venons tous les 4 mois environ à cet hôtel, les séjours ce sont toujours bien passés, mais notre dernière fois dans cet établissement nous avons été très déçu. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec une porte mitoyenne à une autre chambre, impossible de dormir, beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à plus de 3 h du matin, la porte n’est pas insonorisée est c’est comme si les personnes étaient avec nous. Nous l’avons dit à la réception le matin et aucune compatir.

Cheiro do quarto estava desagradavel e havia unha cortada no chao. Devido a evento no estabelecimento vizinho, o estacionamento do hotel tambem estava muito cheio. Sabendo disso, funcionarios poderiam ter nos alertados a respeito quando fizemos check in ou quando estavamos saindo para jantar. Localizado fora do centro, nenhuma opcao de conveniencia se nao tiver um carro a disposição.

Lieu de cours collectif pour retraités

Un lieu dans un état plus que limite, un accueil bien moins que chaleureux... C'est la deuxième fois que je passe. Je me suis dit pour la deuxième fois cela sera mieux. Ah bah non vraiment pas ! Si vous cherchez un endroit silencieux et relaxant, vous n'avez pas misé sur le bon cheval. Quand vous êtes dans le jacuzzi, il y a des cours collectifs en même temps entre la musique et les exclamations des personnes qui font les cours, cela n'a rien de relaxant. Je vais volontier me passer de cet endroit.

Séjour d'un week-end. Le bâtiment de l'extérieur est à rénover. L'intérieur est propre la chambre est propre le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner convenable et bon il y'a quand même du choix. Après pour un Mercure 4 étoiles ya pas mal de rénovation à faire sinon rien a dire le Séjour était top le réceptionnaire de nuit est très sympa. Le personnel est au petit soin , la dame du restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner au top .
La piscine le bain à remous un plus qui nous a fait kiffer.

Nous avons hérité d'une chambre avec porte communicante et verre sablé sur la moitié de la fenêtre car donnant sur cour de services et livraisons.
Nous avons passé la nuit avec les voisins et les livreurs !!!
C'est inadmissible.de proposer une telle chambre.

De ligging vlakbij autoroute en het personeel zijn zeker pluspunten.
Ze verzachten een beetje de mindere punten zoals wit brood en toaster die nergens te bespeuren waren. Een witte demi-sec wijn was ook niet te verkrijgen.
Verder hadden we een zeer goede nachtrust.

J’ai oublié la Titine de mon fils au restaurant sur la table et le serveur qui a débarrasser au lieu de nous appeler afin qu’on puisse la récupérer ils ont jeté soi-disant il n’y avait rien sur la table je remercie tout de même le monsieur de l’accueil de nuit qui m’a beaucoup aidé à la chercher sans succès

Literies à changer !

Un hotel situé dans une zone commerciale au Sud de Tours. Pratique pour rayonner, une piscine plutôt agréable mais vite bondée avec les cours pour des abonnés.
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans 3 chambres différentes, les 2ères avec des literies plus que fatiguées. La 1ère nuit, un mal de dos exécrable m'a fait sortir du lit vers 4h du matin, et une fois dans le hall, la personne à l'accueil m'a dit de patienter en attendant la responsable de l'hôtel. Arrivée à 7h, celle-ci m'a d'abord ignoré et m'a simplement proposé quand je suis allé la voir, d'annuler les 2 nuits suivantes et de me rembourser. Pas une attention, ni un café offert !!!
C'est finalement une employée, plus tard dans la journée, qui a cherché une autre chambre libre. Malheureusement, le lit était tout aussi fatigué. C'est seulement la dernière nuit, dans une 3ème chambre, qui a été meilleure...

Accueil aimable, les draps de bain pour la piscine sont déjà dans la chambre, pas à la piscine. Sauna et hammam agréables.
Restaurant décevant : sous couvert de cuisine bistronomique, j'en suis ressorti en ayant faim ... les descriptions ne reflètent pas ce que j'ai eu dans mon assiette. Un millefeuille, ce n'est pas 5 feuilles de bricks qui se battent en duel avec 2 pauvres touches de crème.
En ce qui concerne le plat saumon + autre poisson, le 2eme poisson n'a va pas du tout avec le saumon (trop cuit). Le serveur a servi le saumon avec la cuisson que j'ai demandée, ... à mon épouse.

Pas de boîte à emporter malgré l'obligation légale, excuse du covid. J'ai donc payé le plat principal pour mon fils de 2 ans alors qu'il n'y avait pas touché.
Si la serveuse nous avait dit que ce n'était pas possible AVANT d'emporter l'assiette, nous aurions donc profiter des raviolis de menu enfant *payant*, je le rappelle.

La chambre est grande et propre, très bien.
Malheureusement, comme d'autres clients, il a fallu subir 25 degrés ... Intenable. Ouverture des fenêtres ! Pas écolo du tout.
La réception m'a proposé de changer de chambre avec notre fils, mais à 22h30, vous pensez bien que j'avais prévu de dormir ...

Au global, bien, mais peut beaucoup mieux faire.

Cet établissement aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement, tant sur les chambres que la salle de bains et la literie. Trop de chauffage dans la chambre, et impossible de régler quoi que ce soit. Impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit de l'autoroute à côté.
Accueil très agréable au check-in mais plus que limite au check-out, dommage...

Nous nous étions arrêtés à cet hôtel sur le trajet aller de nos vacances, il nous avait beaucoup plu donc sans hésitation nous avons réservé pour le retour . Et oh surprise quand nous avons pris possession de notre chambre les lits n'étaient pas faits. Retour à la réception qui bien sur nous attribut une autre chambre en nous surclassant.
Et cette nouvelle chambre est .....superbe. Un lit super king size, le bar approvisionné, une super douche.
Rien à redire.
Nous avons pris notre diner dans le restaurant de l'hôtel, bon rapport qualité/prix .
Une note 5* au personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant.

J'ai d'abord eu une chambre à côté de l'ascenseur, et le bruit était vraiment gênant. Je suis allé à l'accueil, et on m'a donné une autre chambre. Et là, plus aucun bruit (je ne sais pas si les chambres voisines étaient occupées).
Les chambres ont été rénovées et sont agréables. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Pas eu le temps de tester la piscine.

Une nuit au Mercure, massage excellent

Chambre impeccable avec lit confortable.
La masseuse est super.
Repas assez décevant : une salade tourangelle au dîner fade, 15 euros tout de même... Petit déjeuner correct sans plus. Fromage en plastique sans goût, vaisselle en carton.
Bref, la chambre conforme aux attentes, la table quelconque

Très déçu par notre séjour.

Bonjour,
Nous avons choisi cet établissement pour son espace détente. Je ne reviendrais plus. Des couples avec enfants ont envahi l'espace et le cauchemar commence. Le jacuzzi prit d'assaut par les enfants faisant du surf avec des planches de natation, courant, et sautant dans tous les sens. Le Hamam idem. Piscine municipale au mois d'aout.....

Hotel très calme, bien insonorisé, petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix, bon accueil du personnel, literie confortable. Piscine sauna hammam et jacuzzi très propres.
check in et check out rapides.
Nous sommes bien dans un Mercure 3 étoiles!

Tres bon hôtel

Nous avons été Très bien reçues ma chienne et moi. Service en chambre rapide et sans problème, agréable puisqu on ( ma border collie et moi) se promener dans le petit bois en face de l hôtel. Calme, propre, clim (en période de canicule c est appréciable), le repas tres bon,petit déjeuner sympa puisqu on choisit ce qu on veut... je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Le canapé-lit était pour une personne (apparemment j’avais mal lu) et il n’etait pas prêt à notre arrivée. Repas au restaurant délicieux, je recommande!!! Piscine et espace spa au top. Appearance générale de l’hôtel, peu mieux faire... On dirait un 2 étoiles. Check-in et check-out très rapide.

Hôtel situé en Zone commerciale, à côté d’une route 4 voies. Personnel accueillant par contre piscine pas entretenue SPA fermé. Dans la chambre lumière qui ne fonctionne pas, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas, pas d’articles de toilette comme coton etc... Même pas de chaussons pour se rendre à la piscine ! On attend un peu plus de services lorsqu’on loue dans un 4 étoiles !! Bon petit déjeuner

Al lado de la autopista, habitación bastante grande, buen desayuno, fácil aparcamiento y al desayuno completo. Personal muy amable. Tiene restaurante para cenar in situ, por lo que no es necesario ir a buscar uno, sobre todo si llegas un poco tarde.

Absolument pas le niveau d un mercure.
Abords de la piscine pas propres. Jacuzzi hors service. Une lampe de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas. Des toilettes mal fixées qui bougent. Il faut demander pour que 'e buffet soit reapprovisione (café et jambon le minimum) personnel du petit dej à 2 à l heure. Restaurant compte alors que hôtel loin de tout et surtout une odeur d urine intenable le premier soir à l entree

J'ai choisi cet hôtel car mon véhicule et je devais me rendre à l'Espace Malraux qui est à côté de l'hôtel.
Effectivement vous n'avez qu'à longer le long du bâtiment et vous êtes arrivés à l'Espace Malraux j'ai mis 2 minutes à rentrer de mon spectacle.

Hôtel vieillissant mais très confortable. La piscine et l'espace relaxation est vraiment sympa même si là aussi on sent que les équipements ne sont pas de première jeunesse. Nous avons eu la piscine et le jacuzzi pour nous seul durant 2h ! allez, pour être un peu critique, je vais dire qu'il ne faut pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte, car la route est très bruyante.
