The garage is charged separately and is extremely narrow, so be careful. Seriously!
The hotel is 20 min walk to the historical town.
We had an issue with the shower and we were immediately moved to another room. Great staff.
The heating in the room was not great though.
The breakfast had very few options and it was not worth it.

Good area, walkable into the old town. Staff were pretty welcoming, a little French helped. Room was quiet, very effective aircon. Slightly dated but good value for the cost. Breakfast disappointing, with really bad coffee from the machine. On the whole, though, would stay there again.

As a business base for a couple of days, the Kyriad Tours is ideal. The rooms are clean and functional, the beds are comfortable (if you like hard beds - I do). The staff are always willing and able to assist.

Basic but clean hotel walkable to City centre

Basic but clean and functional rooms. Friendly staff. Very convenient for Tours city centre. If you’re lucky like we were, there is easy parking outside that you only need to pay for during the day. There is also an underground car park with a height restriction of 1.9m which we didn’t use, but looked incredibly narrow with a steep ramp.

Very nice staff, but not my favorite hotel

The hotel is decent, but I found the bed uncomfortable. The memory foam pillow is nice, but compresses down too much and didn't provide the support of my memory foam pillow at home. The neighborhood is ok, but staying closer to the historic part of town would have been a better choice for my purposes. The staff are very friendly though and gave good recommendations on where to go and what to do! I was also fine with the WiFi on my phone, but I kept getting kicked off when trying to use my computer for basic tasks.

A delight

The hotel is only 10 minutes from the center of town. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice and air conditioned (a big plus in France where it is rare). The bathroom is spacious with a bath tub. It is very quiet. Room is clean. the wifi works great as well as the flat screen TV. There is a bar and a restaurant. Nothing negative to say.

Comfortable hotel.

Good hotel for the price. On a busy road but does have good double glazing. Breakfast was extra but a good continental style meal. First time I have been able to squeeze oranges to make fresh juice. Staff are excellent - very helpful and friendly.

Easy driving distance to the old part of Tours (Place Plumereau) and the city tram runs right down the same street (Rue Grammont). The parking garage ramp is narrow and best for small cars.

We had a very spacious double room with a balcony that the hotel provided on our request so we could see the bicycle race happening on the street in front of the hotel. Tea and coffee service are provided in the room with a little cookie and a bottle of water in the room or you could have the optional buffet with eggs, ham, cereal and coffee. Its France, so you're not going to find that kind of breakfast easily. Staff was quite pleasant and proficient enough in English. You're a short distance from the center of town which is walkable or a convenient bus or tram ride away.

We went to join our daughter who was studying abroad. The hotel was very close to her host's home and yet walking distance to the city center. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. I would stay again weighing cost and simple need for a clean, quiet place to stay.

Convenient Hotel to City Center

Hotel has an excellent location just outside city center. City bus stops right outside. Breakfast good value for money. Very friendly, helpful staff. Selected this hotel because of underground garage. No free street parking. Room and twin beds a bit small by American standards. Very clean, well managed hotel. A bit of a walk to good restaurants, but manageable. Took the bus a lot before renting car.Would stay there again.

We only spent one night at the hotel as we were traveling from the north to the south of France. The room was fine for one night but I probably wouldn't want to stay longer. The bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable and the staff was kind and helpful.

Great location, basic good hotel

My sons are I were biking the Loire Valley trail and this hotel was perfect. It was right on the main road into the center of town, near a supermarket and had a garage attached in which to lock our bikes. The room for 3 was good - a corner room with more than enough space for us and our saddlebags. The room was clean, bathroom was big and the shower terrific. The staff were very helpful about areas for restaurants and gave us a gel pack for my son's knee. I would stay here again if I visit Tours in the future.

A relatively spacious room just off a central mainly pedestrian mall and reasonable prices make the Kyriad an easy choice. An excellent with boil-your-own eggs puts it over the top.

Easily accessed from the autoroute and vice versa,importantly secure parking, walking distance to the central restaurant district. Quiet location helps towards a good nights sleep. Towels could be better material. Breakfast room well appointed and continental breakfast very good.

Good value for our 3-day stay. The room was small with no drawer space and no refrigerator. Had we been staying there longer, not having these things would've been more of an issue. The bathroom was the best feature of the room: plenty of counter space, decent shower. The hotel didn't have any washclothes but that was not a big deal. Good bedding and we slept well. There was a grocery store right across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions.

Enjoyed our stay in this pleasant city hotel

The hotel is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the city centre. The room was well equipped and soundproof. The staff were more than helpful. We stayed an extra night at the hotel as we enjoyed our time in Tours so much. We kept to the same hotel as we liked our stay there. We tried to get the same good rate for this extra night but Hotels.com were disappointingly not able to help and it was quite expensive.

Great place to stay

Our stay at the Kyriad - Tours Centre was wonderful! The room was quite spacious and clean, the bathroom seemed newly renovated. The desk clerk was quite helpful, helping us find our way to various places. The hotel is about a 10minute walk to the centre of town and while it's located on a main street, noise was never an issue. We are already planning our next trip to Tours and this is definitely where we will be staying!

More like a hostel than a hotel

Not as close to the centre as you might expect - a 12 min brisk walk but not easy with luggage. The rooms are clean but basic, expect no frills. When leaving the premises to go out, you are required to hand in your keys at reception. If you need an iron, you will have to ask at reception and do your ironing in a room at the back. Would not recommend this hotel for stays longer than a couple of days.

Nice and clean with an exceptional breakfast provided and the two receptionist, especially Colleena, spoke good English, was very friendly and extremely helpful to us with directions and information on bike hiring and places to see. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone

Good value in Tours, France!

The hotel was within a 10-minute walk to the center of the town, and another 10-minute walk to the \"old city\" of Tours. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable, with good beds, a workable shower, and air conditioning (unfortunately, no refrigerator). It was good to have a room in the back of the hotel -- much quieter! There was a good market across the street from the hotel. Overall, a good experience, and good value for the money! One warning: don't bring a big car to park -- the underground (paid) parking garage has a VERY narrow entry!

日本からです。古城巡りに行く為に拠点にしました。ホテルは駅より歩いて１５分位かかりますが目の前がバス停で駅まで、５分に１本あるのでとても便利てす。スタッフはとても
感じ良く、ワインの栓が開かなかったのを必死に開けてくれました。駅に行くバスも調べてくれたり預ける荷物に間違え無い様に私の名前を書いてくれたりして感謝です。

Très bon séjour, nous sommes arrivé tard et avons pu accéder à notre chambre facilement. Les infos étaient claire, la chambre spacieuse et les lits confortables. Nous avions tout le nécessaire.

Petit bémol pour le parking que nous ne pouvions pas réserver à l'avance, nous n'avons donc pas pu avoir de place à notre arrivée car complet. Heureusement nous avons trouvé des places dans les rues alentours. Une résa au vue de notre arrivée tardive aurait été un plus pour un meilleur confort.

Sinon très bon séjour.

Commercial itinérant je loge toujours en hotel 2**. Je décide de monter en gamme pour un 3*** et commence par le Kyriad centre tours. Hormis son emplacement plein centre ville (que je trouve aussi en catégorie 2**) je tombe sur un hôtel dont la chambre et la literie son propre et confortable. Seulement comment travailler lorsque le wifi ne fonctionne pas. La personne de l’accueil a fait ce qu’il pouvait mais sans résultat. Donc impossible de travailler.
Le soir je me rends compte que les chaînes de télé ne sont que de la TNT aucun abonnement satellitaires certaines sautent et idem pour canal + (seulement 1 ) donc pas utilisable je me suis rabattu sur les chaînes infos.
La taille de ma chambre était similaire à une 2** Pas de panier avec gel douche shampoing et autre, juste 2 petits savon et une bouteille murale de gel douche presque vide.
Niveau technologie pour bosser l’hôtel est à l’image du téléphone de la chambre un bon vieux clavier à touche jauni par le temps dont on a changer le combiné et le cordon.
Moralités le titre de 3*** est LARGEMENT USURPÉ pourtant le tarif correspond. Pour ma part je retourne vers mes 2** d’une autre enseigne (dont je tais le nom histoire de ne pas être de parti pris) moins onéreux d’environ 25€ petit dej compris et mieux équipé. Oui j’oubliais parking souterrain payant en supplément prévoir environ 11€. Sinon l’oreiller a mémoire de forme qui semble être l’argument choc est effectivement un oreiller à mémoire de forme très agréable
