This was a lovely hotel. We were just in the area 1 night to see some Chateaux’s, so it was convenient to start our next day on our way to Chononceau.
Draw back it it’s a business park area and really no where to eat especially on a Sunday.

Beautiful hotel, nice large room and bathroom, good breakfast, evening meal not so good, would not eat there again, asked for our steak medium and it was rare and a little tough, waiting staff very good and attentive, had to pay 150 euros on arrival as a deposit otherwise they would not have given us the room, 2 days after leaving I am still waiting for it back!!

This was our first stay at a Westotel. Having stayed at many premier chain hotels, I can say this was one of the best. Our room was large, fully equipped and spotless. Because we had travelled all day we decided to eat in the hotel. I am rarely if ever impressed by the quality or variety of hotel food. This was a truly excellent meal with good wines

Little English by desk staff. Fastidious about requiring paper registration by each person. Got notices before arriving about possible cancellation of reservations (2 rms) because credit card had been changed. I had to call from Mongolia where I was traveling before France. Room not ready until exactly 4 pm. Very expensive breakfast and dinner starting at 7 pm. Dangerous shower with very smooth floor and no mat, bar or other support. Worst thing was that thermostat could not be set below 23 degrees C so it was too warm. I would not stay there again mostly because of the thermostat control issue but lots of minor inconveniences, particularly for tourists and more so for non-French speakers. It was very clean and room good size.

Is a very good hotel, with a convenient location if you are planning to visit the area, Valley of Loire, with free parking. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the only issue was the wifi connection (which is free) that was very poor and slow, and they dont offer a high speed wifi alternative.

Great hotel with plenty of on site parking. Most of the staff were very friendly and keen to help. Good food in the restaurant and good value. It is on the outskirts of town but with a LeClerc hypermarket across the road and an excellent boulangerue/patisserie nearby.

When my daughter left her favourite bracelet in the room they phoned us later in the day and then arranged postage of it back to our home in the UK. Ace. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Used as a stop over for a drive from Perpignan to Calais so we could explore Tours for a day. Good parking and 10minute drive into the city, lots of facilities nearby as in a commercial area. Friendly welcome, room was spacious and very clean, perfect for me and my two boys.

Hotel is in an unlikely position amongst offices, supermarkets, stores. But it is a lovely hotel that we would stay at again. Restaurant for dinner was good and breakfast was superb!
Only gripe was that it was impossible to get any kind of decaffeinated coffee or tea and that the staff were formal rather than friendly.

Stayed while travelling to Spain and it was just what we needed. We booked a comfort room which was very good, bed very comfortable and rooms were lovely and quiet. The hotel was very clean and had lots of amenities but lacked atmosphere, very corporate. Hotel in an industrial area.

The breakfast was average, but not bad either. We did not use the outdoor pool but it looked nice. For the fitness room, we were disappointed to see it was mainly/only cardio equipment, no strength training. Also we liked that the toilet is separated from the bathroom. We would highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner were good. We appreciated having the baby chair and the baby bed set up for us prior to our arrival in the room and in the restaurant. It lacks luggage assistance, unlike some other hotels I've stayed at, but there are trolleys you can use. But the biggest issue was the private function - a sort of nightclub party - that went on until 1 AM and disrupted our sleep, much needed when you jave a 5 months old baby. Unfortunately, the staff on duty wasn't apologetic or helpful, simply stating that we should have been warned and that the party was scheduled to last until 1 AM. While the hotel and Expedia willingly provided compensation for the disturbance, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families due to the noise and lack of consideration for guests with young children.

We love this hotel for our overnight stay whilst driving down to the South of France. It’s exceptionally clean, the staff are brilliant and the covered pool is an added bonus to entertain the children.

We stayed 3 days, property itself was nice and staff was very friendly, but our issues were the bed was very soft causing back issues. The air conditioning could not be set lower than 23, bumping to 24 during the night, for us that's to warm to sleep comfortably. Dinner is very expensive and our attendant was forgetful and our cocktails were not good. Breakfast buffet boiled egg station 2 days in a row not set up properly complicating the cooking process. So, for these reasons, we would not stay again.

Overall the hotel was great. Big and suspicious rooms, friendly staff, plenty of parking within the gated hotel, and the food is pretty good. The swimming pool is closed and heated even during the colder months. The only strange Policy they had was a 40 euro fine for each item of food brought into the hotel...i find that very odd, we were traveling with our toddler and we couldn't bring him food into the hotel, why would any hotel put such a strange and arbitrary rule like that is beyond me.

J ai sejourné une nuit et je devais me lever à six heures du matin. Jusqu à une 1h15 du matin j entendais la musique d une soirée organisée dans l'hôtel par l'hotel. Impossible de dormir. J ai appelé la réception, dans la nuit, qui n'a fait que me dire: nous sommes désolés. Je n'ai pas eté relogé dans une chambre moins bruyante. La fête organisée par l'hotel était programmée. Ils auraient pu m en informer pour que je maintienne ou que je refuse de serjouner. Quel mépris pour les clients et autant plus pour un hôtel qui affiche fièrement quatre étoiles! A éviter sauf à réserver sans savoir si vous pourrez dormir

Très bel hôtel avec une chambre Privilège très confortable et très bien équipée. Les canapés sont confortables et une grande télévision murale complète agréablement l’équipement. La salle de bains dispose d’une douche spacieuse et d’un sèche-cheveux.
En revanche, le petit déjeuner, obligatoirement servi en chambre, n’est pas une réussite. Une simple table de salon est prévue pour le déposer, mais il n’y a qu’une seule chaise pour un couple, ce qui est assez regrettable. Après demande, nous avons finalement pu prendre notre petit déjeuner au bar, debout, alors qu’une salle de restaurant est pourtant présente.
De plus, le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé pour un hôtel de ce standing.
Le dîner pris au restaurant le soir n’était pas non plus à la hauteur du tarif payé et manquait clairement de conviction.
