This was a horrible expect experience… I had a total of four room rooms and every room except one was dirty with hair in the bathrooms and one room had blood on the blanket… I had to actually switch one room to another because of the smell of sewer was so strong you couldn't even spray anything to make it better… In the midst of switching rooms I asked for a room close to the elevator they gave me a room at the end of the hall the furthest away from the elevator… Every staff member had an attitude and was very rude! From the bars to the café service was horrible food was cold and stale by the time it got to the table and the servers had an attitude when you'd ask for anything… When checking out they actually lost our baggage and I had to go with them to search for it… Valet was horrible because all the valet attendants had attitude like if they didn't want to be there but had no choice… We definitely tipped but even when you would give them a tip of $10 plus they still had an attitude like if I owed them something more… This was an overall horrible experience especially when expectations of it being one of the newest resorts in town and supposedly supposed to be prodigious… I would not recommend staying at all! I'd rather stay at the Golden Nugget where it may be outdated but at least people don't have an attitude and treat you like your crap lol

The Aquarius is probably one of the better hotels in Laughlin. However, the rooms are really looking worn and needing a good face lift. Do you make sure you look at their website to understand when the pool is open and when it is not. For two days the pool was not open! The site did mention you could use the pool at another casino, but who in the heck wants to walk to another casino just to swim.

Sadly the pool we were so looking forward to using was broken and we had to walk 7 minutes down the road to their sister hotel to swim. The room wasn't very clean, I thought about asking them to sweep up the hair on the bathroom floor had to hunt someone down to get clean towels and toilet paper. I guess they don't come and check your room every day or even every other day ??? Had to take out our trash twice we were there 4 nights and never had housekeeping come? We made the best of it the beds were very comfortable 😊the elevators didn't work properly while were there glad we brought our own shampoo and stuff the shampoo/ soap dispenser was empty. in the bathroom. They really need to do a remodel on there rooms I hate to complain im just being honest 😒

The Aquarius states it’s a “smoke-free property” but, our floor had someone smoking so heavily, or multiple people smoking so heavily, that our room was included in a “smoking charge” for $562 even though WE PHYSICALLY CAN’T SMOKE, dealing with asthma, we requested non-smoking for a reason. The property doesn’t care, since SOMEONE was doing it, every single room that was affected is guilty, instead of doing actual research and making things better for guests who had to deal with the stench.
On top of it, there are massive bugs crawling around the premises, nobody was really keeping areas clean, there were machines constantly out of order or being worked on/set up and unusable. AND, some of the eateries and the pool are closed until Thursday?? Weird, just randomly closed now. The Subway and McDonalds also don’t do online coupons, or participate in them. It seems like this resort has sadly fallen into a penny pinching area, which is sad because we love the resort usually.
After they refused to listen to us in regards to us physically being unable to smoke and refused to help us at the time of checkout, I feel upset and am re-considering ever staying there again, when it used to be our favorite resort. Horrible experience, if the charges aren’t removed and we don’t receive an apology, I’ll be pursuing legal measures. Can you imagine someone else’s smoking so intense it affects other rooms around you??? That’s insane.

The staff was wonderful and helped at every turn. The pool was closed. I guess they are closed on certain days of yhe week. It just happened to be when we were there. The neighboring hotel allowed visitors from the Aquarius to access their pool. All in all it was a very good stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the cafe. They had great deals which allowed more money for gambling.
