Location of this hotel to the Medina was second to none. Staff in the hotel excellent, they went over and above to cater for all your needs. My room was small but very clean. Unfortunately no view from the balcony, would defiantly book a pool view next time.

We had a marvellous time at this hotel. The location is what drew us to it. It's walking distance to the main Marrakech attractions and in a safe area.

The garden is wide and one can find a quiet spot even if the hotel is busy.

The staff are amazing. Friendly and help in any way they can.

The buffet style food is excellent with European and Moroccan options alike.

We had a junior suite with private pool which was wonderfully relaxing. The whole place is spotless!

All pools are heated. The inclusive drinks have wonderful options and are all good.
The evening entertainment is a bit basic but each their own.
We definitely can recommend this hotel and would love to return.

The room was extremely maintained every day, the jacuzzi was cleaned daily.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially as I slipped in shower and concussed myself.
On our return we were asked if any food was required and the following morning the head chef prepared my breakfast.

Lunch option in the à la carte restaurant a really good addition and providing a change from buffet at night. Perfect location for main square/ souks yet when in hotel you don’t feel the hustle and bustle, it’s a little oasis.

Staying at this hotel was truly the best decision we made during our visit to Marrakech. The place is beautifully maintained, and the outside garden space is absolutely stunning, it creates the perfect first impression.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always on hand to assist with any request. A special thank you to Michael, Azz, Jaguar, and especially Abdo! they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and seamless from start to finish.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will most definitely be returning.

Downsides....garden room view was in fact a restaurant rooftop view. Bed very hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. Positives....amazing staff. All staff throughout the hotel were amazing. fantastic animation team - Mia, Dino, Michael etc do a fantastic job. Bar staff always smiling and go above and beyond. Restaurant staff the same. Can't recommend this hotel enough (not for the comfort of the bed) but for everything else! Outstanding stay. Central location with fabulous grounds.

The resort was nice, but not what we expected. The food was good, but limited hours of operation for food. The mini bar had an extra up charge, which is news to us, in regards to other all inclusive resorts. The CS was great, tho! I would give them a 5, but overall is definitely a 3! A resort that we personally will never be back. Plus is mainly for retired folks! Not our preference.

Excellent winter stay! The food was fresh and delicious with a great variety, including a tasty Moroccan option every day. A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. While some parts of the property are a bit worn and dated, the overall experience and service were fantastic. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, it's clean and the staff were fine. The only thing I was a little disappointed by was that I was there for my birthday and it wasn't acknowledged at all by anyone, despite it being mentioned to the hotel and the a la carte restaurant. My friend even emailed the hotel to try to pay for something for me and she got no reply.

I felt like this place is for the tourist that wants to play it safe, with bland food, not much cultural immersion and made for a very Northern European or North American guest. There are rules and they are meant to keep things orderly and disciplined but the one rule that was unacceptable is wearing a ribbon-like bracelet throughout your whole stay and if you cut it off, it’s 15 Euros to replace it each time. The ribbon bracelet made us feel like tagged animals, as it stays wet after washing hands, showers, etc. we found it to be unsanitary and it could make you an easy target when trying to barter in the souks. Anyhow, I stayed here due to being with family but if I was with friends etc would have stayed at a more immersive place. The gym was nice and the garden to walk through was peaceful but the pools are definitely not heated enough in the winter unless you’re a seal with a lot of blubber to keep you warm!

Staff here are wonderful. The room was a great size (we booked the Junior Suite with hot tub) and it had the most perfect view.

Food was plentiful and there were lots of options, we were disappointed with the a la carte restaurant but the buffet was very good. With lots of healthy choices available as well as the treats.

The room could do with a few coat hooks - random point but there was no where to put them.

Overall we were happy with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the security team at the gate, to reception, waiters, chefs and bar staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome.
A special mention to Mia from the entertainment team, who was brilliant at bingo on our last night and kept everyone laughing and engaged. such a great way to end the holiday. We couldn’t fault the service and would happily return.

Really really great resort and it made my trip really memorable.

December in Morocco can be really chilly in the mornings and nights so dress warmly as there is only a short period of time in the middle of the day where the hotter temps come around (17-22).

Location is tucked away even though you are very close to the Jemaa el-Fna Square (10 mins walk). Right next door there is a craft center if you do not want to make the walk to the square (Chambre d'Artisanat Marocain) and a nice park across the street.

Pools: there are pools and while people do take the loungers near them most are not going into the pool.

Entertainment: I love how each day there is an agenda of activities. Always keeps you engaged and not bored. Michael especially made it great as he actively made rounds to everyone to ask how they were doing or to get participation in activities.

Food: Honestly I was worried how I would react to the food but there was sooo many options at each breakfast, lunch, dinner to cover peoples different tastes. I never ate so much food and loved it all.

Guests/Vibe: Maybe December being \"off-season\" played a part but there were a lot of seniors who stayed here. That might be a nagative if you were hoping for a live group of guests but if you want a relaxing stay it is the best group of people. So nice and easy to talk to.

All in all, I would come back again and I am not alone there were many repeat guests there that come each year.

The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort.

Good hotel, nice poolside and gardens with sun loungers. Relaxing Bar for the evening. Food service was very good. Taxis available outside and walkable to centre.
Slightly limited cocktail menu and add ons (£) for premier cocktails which is disappointing.

Room 1008 was modern with good WiFi. Balcony not great and door not sealed so very loud. Why there is a stage playing club music until 23:15 every night in an adult only hotel? You can’t sleep before they finish if you want to relax.

Lovely hotel, small but very busy, great location to walk to Medina. Food - only one main restaurant but had a lot of variety everyday. The 2 disappointing aspects were onlyy being able to book the a la carte restaurant in the evening only once during the stay and that you had to reserve and pay extra for using the daybeds. I understand the need to reserve but don't see why you should pay give it's all inclusive. Perhaps it would be good to offer the daybed onthe same premise as the a la carter restaurant. Other than that it was a lovely hotel, great friendly staff, clean room, good evening entertainment especially jukebox bingo and I would stay here again and look forward to returning.

This property is not 5 stars. It’s 2 stars at most. Everything about this hotel shouted budget. The corridors to the rooms were worn down and screaming cheap, the rooms the same with a stench that hits you when you walk into the room. The towels shed cheap cotton onto your skin after a shower. There was orange grout around the bathroom and shower. The pool area shouted budget family hotel. We booked under the illusion this was going to be a nice luxury stay and it was far from it. Save your money and stay elsewhere. We were here for 2 nights and if we had more time we would’ve switched hotels because what a waste of nearly £500. Please also note the hotel is flooded with British.

We got a room with a hot tub - the hot tub was in fair condition - it wouldn’t say great condition though and needed some TLC!
Room was generally good with everything you needed

Activities were plentiful and very frequent - the activities team were great at getting everyone involved. My personal favourite activity was balance board yoga in the pool

The gym was a great and well equipped for a hotel gym!

The animals around the hotel were lovely to see - tortoise, peacocks etc.

A beautiful 4 day break.
Very clean, beautiful surroundings, close to souks for shopping....and within walking distance!
All staff were friendly and helpful.
Food was good and the restaurant was kept clean and well maintained.
Plenty of choice for a fussy eater, and equally someone who notices the little things.

If you'd like a bed around the pool, get up early! I guess this is still a thing!
However, there were plenty of sunbeds and we much preferred pitching up later in the day and enjoying the beds in one of the pretty and secluded gardens. Much nicer, and a better view....

You can slightly hear the road from around the pool.... but it's not noisy or offensive. Please don't let that put you off, as this does allow you the ability to take a walk and enjoy the sights, sounds and chaos the souks emanate.

We enjoyed a very restful peaceful break.

Staff were really attentive. Really good range of food in the restaurant which was different every day. I travelled with 4 friends and there was something for everyone. Dessert selection was amazing too. Pool staff managed to get us 5 sunbeds together as a lot of the beds were taken from early morning but as we weren’t lounging till later in the day and weren’t bothered about being beside the main pool this wasn’t a problem. The buffet was the highlight – delicious food with a wide variety of options. A few more live cooking stations would have elevated the experience further, but overall the dining was very enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels dated, and the more recent renovations appear to have been done to a poor standard. For example, the shower tray was unstable, making it uncomfortable to use, and the silicone and finishing work in the bathroom were messy and unrefined.

The most disappointing aspect, however, was the service. Upon arrival, no staff offered to assist with our luggage. Our first room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and rather than immediately offering a replacement, the staff made us wait while they sprayed air freshener – we had to insist on moving rooms. In the evenings, it was a struggle to get bottled water, and cocktails felt rushed and carelessly prepared. Throughout our stay, interactions with staff lacked basic courtesy such as greetings or “please” and “thank you,” which left us feeling unwelcome.

This hotel has potential, especially with its food offering, but it needs significant improvements in service standards and guest care. A renewed focus on hospitality training could make a real difference.

We enjoyed our 9 day stay in this property very much! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating! It also looks like a very fun environment to work in because they seem to treat each other like family. It offered everything we needed during our relaxing stay in Marrakech. The facilities were great and in good condition. Everyday we always felt very cared for and looked after. The food everyday was excellent- very delicious! They have local dishes available everyday. They offer similar menu for breakfast which was totally fine because we got to pick out our favourite after 3 days! Different menu for lunch and dinner! Our favourite was the Moroccan night! Such delicious local dishes. Different entertainment every night was fun! The activities organized everyday that you can book through the app will keep you busy during the day that you decide to spend a day in the property.
Their late checkout option (if approved and with additional fee) provide a great convenience for guest when their flight leaves later of the day. If not approved, providing a shower room for guests who are leaving late is also super convenient! This made us feel very fresh before heading to the airport.

The only room for improvement that we saw was that maybe they can improve their system to let the guests know when they are approved for a late checkout at least the night before checking out instead of the day of the checkout.

Overall, we loved and enjoyed our stay in this property!

There is lots of activities to do at the hotel, such as table tennis and boules, and Alice who was in charge of this was a super fun and friendly person. The hotel is absolutely stunning and there are so many nice touches such as fresh flowers and themed evenings along with live musicians in the bar and at even a violinist at dinner one night. The whole place and staff is beyond what we expected. Couldn't recommend staying here enough!

Overall this property was located in a great area if you are interested in walking to the souks and other local places. It was a short cab ride away to many other nightclubs and restaurants. Felt chaotic because you are in the heart of the locals but overall very safe.

The hotel staff were nice, not overly hospitable like other destinations I’ve been to. The food was AMAZING, head chef Said provided a top authentic food experience.

The downside to this property is nothing is open past midnight. For it to be an all inclusive there was nothing available as a late night snack, no room service and the premium alcohol package can only be added when you book (even though it wasn’t an option at checkout).

This is a nice all inclusive inside the Medina. The gardens were very well manicured and the cleanliness of the place shines though. All the staff are fantastic especially the poolside bartenders who are really good at their jobs. If I had to nitpick I would say that there is not a lot of choice when it comes to where to eat as there is really only the one restaurant where we are all 3 meals each day. The food does change by the meal and the theme of the night and there was not single thing I tried I did not like, overall great experience but a little variety would have gone a long way.

The location and all inclusive option is great to have since we stayed towards end of our trip and wanted some western food. The amenities were great. However, we found the massage option wasn't convenient because it was not inside the option but was outside in another spa. There were miscommunication with the spa and how to make payments so we had to sort it out. The experience could have been better. The hotel said we can charge our room but the outside spa requested us to pay at the spa which we didnt expect. We got nervous and wasn't sure what we can do since we need to get back to our hotel in order to make payment. But aside from that we had a good experience.

Location on the edge of the Medina is ideal for exploring on foot.The hotel is clean, the grounds and gardens extensive, the restaurants excellent (spoilt for choice on food), the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was large with a king sized bed, the only downside was it overlooked the street so we had to sleep with the windows closed (very quiet) and the aircon on. Being all inclusive it was great value.

Eden like Oasis!

I booked super last minute, late at night after my pre-booked Riad was, let’s say ‘sadly lacking’ I was charged over the package holiday rates given the above, which is to be expected.
Great place, 95% relaxing.

Jardins Majorelle were fully booked, but the hotel gardens are so like Eden I didn’t feel I lost much! Peacocks, Tortoises, BulBul birds, and a thousand and one Sparrows!

The staff were amazing and the food was really good too! Honestly one of the best affordable all inclusive hotels I’ve been to. There was hotel entertainment on an evening and the gym was full of techno gym equipment (for a hotel gym) was decent ! it’s 5 mins walk away from the main square and markets. Overall great experience.

The hotel was lovely, however there were a few issues with our room that were not so good. The entrance pad on door (wifi button) kept falling off after we placed keycard against it. The toilet roll holder was hanging off; the flushing buttons on the toilet were loose.

Lovely hotel and location.

Lovely hotel, tastefully furnished, upgraded room to swim up which was a nice touch. Food delicious, lots of choice. As a coeliac do not trust the labelling as it wasn't always accurate. Better speaking to the head chef who was lovely. GF bread, pancakes and pasta were available on request.
Staff great, location really good, did lots of steps but taxis readily available.Gym was well equipped and gradens beautiful.
Perfect for a short winter break.
Negative points were no green tea, and coke wasn't on tap so was quite flat.

My First All inclusive.

This was my first time stopping at a all inclusive hotel holiday. my thoughts of our stay.
1. was met at the door with tea, biscuits and a song.
2. we where early so our bags where taken off us and we where let loose in the buffet lunch and bar.
3.The room was fantastic with a bed big enough to get lost in.
4.The whole place was very relaxed and welcoming, We never felt pressured to do anything or excluded.
5.The location to Marrakech and the local attractions was unbelievable, you could pop out to the Medina, souks or one of the parks and easy pop back for lunch.
6.Food and drink where great, plenty of choice and great service ( on my pool day my glass was never empty ).
7.I would go again.

My trip was amazing. I'm Moroccan, but I live in America, so this is from that point or view. The staff were more than welcoming since I knew how to speak to them, which made them more enjoyable. Moroccans are very hospitable, and everyone is friendly and taken care of. The rooms were in excellent condition. Less than 10 min walk to many sights and not far from marrakesh airport & train station. The buffet was excellent, lots of moroccan and spanish/italian delicacy. There is a hookah room you pay for, not included with a nice view. The pools were heated and very quaint and quiet near a beautiful garden filled with flowers and trees. Peacocks and tortoise as well. Very beautiful hotel will be sure to recommend this to everyone I know. I've been to resorts all around the world, and this one is amongst my favorites.
