Nice hotel, rooms were always clean, staff and food was good. When I booked it said one bottle of wine per stay which we did not get but rest was very nice. Especially the jacuzzi and sauna facilities which other hotels might charge these were free. Overall very nice experience, definitely recommend.

It’s a good price for good accommodation and amenities. The beach is amazing, food is good, around the hotel needs updating. Around the pool some areas of the floor were lifting in places and dangerous for kids. The mini golf is a waste of time, flooded, covered in leaves and torn, don’t bother. We had a good time. I don’t think I’d go back there though.

Great place.. my 7 year old grand daughter , first tome in Portugal , very excited , first time on a jet aorcraft... the place was absuletely petfect... unfortinally a couple from Holland traumatized her, by yelling at her amd swearing at her for being excited.. it ended that trip of great memories that she will remember that... not the Resort fault, but it was well handled by security petsonell that helped and staff ... Karma will get them!! Ruined a little happy go lucky vacation on her last day. Inocent little girl that loved the amenities and sang and danced... she is now quiet and stop dancing and singing from the interactioin of these two awful people ...

A great resort to escape!

We had a great time! The staff were helpful on email and arranged our airport transfer prior to arriving. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and even let us check in earlier. Throughout our week, anything we needed, the staff were at hand. Day trips into Albufeira and Vilamoura cost only €2 per person and were super easy to organise with the team.

The only downside was that most of the games in the games room were out of order ,but the external contractor was coming later in the week (once we left) to resolve.

All in all, we were happy with the room, beds, service, atmosphere and the food.

A great all inclusive hotel and the beach is just a 10 min walk away! Comfortable rooms in a peaceful location. They offer a handy shuttle service each day to Albufeira and Vilamoura (destination swaps each day). And good entertainment for the kids and adults each night. Thanks!

We just came back from a 3 night stay at Adriana hotel. We had an amazing time and loved everything about it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, check in was fast and easy and as we arrived early we were allowed to use all the facilities and restaurants/ bars while we waited on our room to be ready. Even towels are provided so it meant we could start enjoying our holiday straight away. The best part for me was the selection of freshly cooked food, it really was first class. So many healthy options also, the salad selection was best I've seen and lots of freshly cooked meats and fishes, always 2 soups and plenty of pasta, pizza, fresh fruits, cheeses and of course desserts. I also liked that you could get fresh coffee any time of day just help yourself as well as soft drinks machine, fresh fruits. We also enjoyed the wines and beers and lovely cocktails. We did t use the gym but the facilities were good. The spa was just ok - steam room out of service but the sauna and jacuzzi were ok- I prefer to be out in the sun relaxing! If you like the beach it is a short walk, the sea is so clear, not much seaweed or stones underfoot. We joined in some of the entertainment including the aqua aerobics which was great fun! Archery and other games, plenty to choose from if you want a break and to be a bit active. We did t make use of the shuttle service as we wanted to stay and hotel during the day however did use Uber one evening to go to the old town it was approx 16 euros.

We spent 5 nights at the Adrian Breach resort. From the moment we arrived the professionalism of the staff was amazing. Our room had a distant sea view, although we could hear the sea from our room. Room was clean, quiet and over looking gorgeous grounds. Good and drinks were lovely. The entertainment was fun, the only comment I would make it that it would be good to have more live musicians. We would definitely recommend.

Very quite and relaxing place. Spans over a large area with kind of one main area (big pool and activities) and a more quieter one (smaller pool). Both equipped with breakfast/lunch/dining facilities so you have options where you want to spend your day. Not to forget the fantastic beach with dedicated sunbeds in walking distance.

Overall an excellent place that kids and parents can enjoy!

Lovely well maintained grounds, large recently refurbished rooms with comfy beds, good range of AI branded drinks, buffet meals are freshly made with a very wide range of options and the free (pre-booked) Grill restaurant is well worth a visit. The main pool area gets busy and is quite noisy with music but the second pool area nesr the Grill restaurant is much more sedate and less crowded and you can also use sunbeds under the nearby trees.
All in all a really nice 4 night AI break and we would definitely stsy again if visiting the area.

A different venue for us.

This was not the highlight of our month long European trip. We felt like we were on a cruise! Big buffets with acceptable food, evening and afternoon entertainment, mostly enjoyed by kids! Not on the beach. And 100 stairs down to the beach when you got there. The bed was a bit hard. 2 thin towels in the bathroom with no real amenities. The thing that bothered us the most is that you didn’t feel like you were any place special, and we were in Portugal! On a positive note, we had a lovely 3 1/2 mile long walk down the beach to the next town! So walking back was about 7 miles! We don’t have any regrets about staying there 2 nights but we wouldn’t go back. Many guests seemed to love it!

Great hotel , pool area was lovely , staff really friendly. Our room was quite away from the main area, bit of a walk to the pool ect and across a road but didn’t spoil the holiday as room was lovely and you could ask for a golf buggy ride from reception.
Food was your average buffet style and not all restaurants were open when we went , neither was the indoor pool.
The entertainment staff , cleaners and bar staff all work really had .
We had a great break here .

We had a great time here,staff brilliant,nice rooms,good food,the only thing i would say is this place is quite isolated,its beautiful has everything you will need but i thought the town albufeira was closer,its 1 about 10 miles away,thete is a free shuttle bus there but last one is 8pm so you got to take a taxi back anout 18euros,but we had a fab holiday

Our room was one of the renovated ones but they had a plumbing issue that required us to have many windows open often. Number 2 smell.
The other minor issue. If you are going to have a large roof top terrace off the bedroom provide a couple cushioned loungers. I know, first world problems but I’m on vacation. Small cost for great comfort and happiness for the guest
Overall if they work on finishing the rooms and fixing the smell the place will be great

Staff were lovely, except ‘some’ of the reception staff. Special mention to the Entertainment and kids club team. My daughter loved the mini club.

Pool area is great - plenty of parasols. Lots of activities going on too.

Restaurant/bar- lovely food on offer. A few more child friendly options on theme nights would make life easier for keeping the little ones happy.
Need to get bigger beer glasses - 200ml??

Rooms - Please stop using the term ‘superior’. Superior suggests that you’re getting a nicely decorated room. The hotel uses superior to describe the location of the room which is closer to the main pool.
Some rooms are renovated and are nice and fresh. Many rooms are not renovated. These ones are outdated, tired and in some cases grotty.
Renovated should be used in the room description, not superior.
Evening entertainment- repetitive mini disco (but the kids seem to love it). The entertainment after the show is pretty decent and on par with most family hotel. The staff really make the effort with everyone!

Other gripes - not enough tables and chairs for the evening entertainment. If you are later going to the restaurant then you will not get a seat outside for the evening shows. The only option of for people to sit on the stairs. This is uncomfortable and also dangerous as people are walking past you and could knock over glasses.

Overall - decent holiday. Better when we got changed to a renovated room. Lots of small gripes which add up.

Staff were great. From catering to entertainment, they had lots of energy and were very pleasant. Kids entertainment was very good and they have lots of things kids love.

Rooms were slightly smaller than expected but again really clean and the entire complex was spotless.

Food generally very good perhaps a little repetitive but always very fresh.

The bar did close really quite early though which I found strange, but then I don't drink alcohol until later in the day, but a smaller late bar would be a positive addition.

Overall great and the kids loved it.

A review is someones personal opinion. I do not understand the negative reviews of this hotel.
My review is based on 2 adults (in our 50's), and a 2 week stay.
Staff: All of the staff were great. Every member of staff that we spoke to, were polite, friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.
Hotel and Amenities: The hotel was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. The hotel and the grounds were always well kept, clean and tidy.
The Kiosk had a very good selection of items, from toiletries to clothes.
If you wanted to take part, the Jet Staff were amazing and they offered a variety of activities and games during the day and the evening.
Our Room: We were very happy with our room. It was cleaned daily and the fridge was a welcome addition, it kept our water (and wine) cold.
Food: There was always a variety of food in the main restaurant, for breakfast, lunch and dinner to suit all tastes. The fish dishes were particularly delicious and there was a good selection of snack food available.
Alcoholic drink: The inclusive drinks on offer at the bars and the 'help yourself' wine and beer were of good quality.
My husband had 3 massages at The Spa which cured the niggling pain in his shoulder.
The only downside is that we did not enjoy the meat at The Grill Restaurant which was a shame as we would have liked to have dined there more often.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. I will be booking another holiday here next year. This time for my sister and I.

Liked the layout of the area with different pools to choose from and the option to go to the beach. The seating areas were also good with adequate umbrellas and places to sit for a drink. The only downside is the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in the two main restaurants were predictable and always the same things. I was hoping for more authentic Portuguese meals. The coffee was horrible (as it was instant coffee and powered milk mixed with water) and the all inclusive drinks were made with the cheapest liquor. If you want a better tasting drink you have to pay for the higher quality liquor (including better coffee and cappuccinos). The rooms could definitely use some updating, softer beds, better pillows and upgraded bathrooms. My bathroom had mold in the caulking, in the tiles and the shower curtain was dirty at the bottom and needed changing. However, if the pools and beach is the main thing you want out of this location, then this place has it.

A great place for families in low-mid season. Lots of to do for everyone with the excellent staff generating an uplifting and fun atmosphere. Kids club was good too. Food was very nice and a good selection. The only negative comment - the French holidays kicked off during the final day of our stay and everything changed! I would not recommend staying during French holidays.

This property even in the off season was fantastic. Any minor issues were sorted. Foods had allergen information. Food was fantastic and the pizza..... always had snacks available in between breakfast lunch and dinner and it isn’t just something small it was comprised of salads, burgers, hot dogs, cold meats etc. Small charge for safe but to be honest it was a fantastic resort so more than happy.

The rooms were great although since only half the resort was occupied we were situated closer to the reception so didn’t really get a sea view but if I’m honest it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. So not a problem.

Fernando the keyboardist was a lovely person and so was the man at reception, he was on 10th March 11am with a beard. Very friendly.

Overall would definitely stay here again it was fantastic.

Amazing food, cold drinks, friendly service, clean spacious accomodation. A fantastic AI experience.

Location away from any walkable shops/ bars but a free shuttle bus available to Albufeira and Vilamoura For walkers there's a picturesque cliff-top or beach walk along the coast between Vilamoura (1.6 miles east) and Olhos De Agua (3 miles west).

Evening entertainment runs between 730-11pm in the lobby each night. A full activity programme during the day by the animation staff.

Boules, pool, volleyball, steam, sauna, indoor/ outdoor pool, tennis, table tennis - something for everyone.

A very relaxed and friendly hotel, and very relaxing holiday.

Lovel big clean hotel. Beatufil grounds that are well maintained. Fantastic pool area with loads of sunbeds. The walk to the beach takes you through the grounds and then down quite a number of steps to the beach. Resturant is spaceous with inside and outside tables. Food was pleantyful with a great choice of various styles of cuisine.

It was a good express to saty in Adriana beach club. They provide a lot of actitives for children and adult.
But It was a sham that the hair salon did not take a credit card pamyent as it is an indenpents business. And the hotel did not offer excahnge currencies.

Most of staffs were very friendly but few of them in receiption did not give a clear answer and direction when you asked questions.

The location of the resort is perfect for visiting the nearby towns. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The only downside to the resort was that you are unable to get anything to eat after 10pm and the mattresses are thin and uncomfortable.

Beautiful location, hardworking happy helpful staff. Room very clean, buffet food good. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms - but on tap 24 hours in reception, no wifi in rooms only in reception and dining room area, you had to pay (22euros?) for safe, but i trusted the cleaners. The gluten free bread was hard and inedible but all the food was labelled with allergies/intolerants. Lots of energetic activities to burn off energy. Plenty of sunbeds around pool and on beach. 93 wooden steps down cliff to beach with a bench half way down but lovely private beach was worth the effort.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those that will not be driving. You can walk alobg the BEAUTIFUL beach to Vilamoura town - about 40mins ..hotel has free shuttle buses to albufeira town and vilamoura. The beach is Stunning and just an easy 10 minute walk from hotel reception. There is a supermarket about 20 mins walk from hotel...very friendly! The all inclusive meals are GREAT! The bar all inclusive to 11pm! The waiters, chefs, cleaning ladies, all so welcoming and nice. Even though they are busy working, they still give you a welcoming smile! The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well kept! Beautiful flowers all around!
No feedback is without areas of improvement:) the rooms are ok. Do not expect much, but beds were comfortable. Tv channels not super exciting, so bring own entertainment. Then again , you're not here to stay in the room, so it was ok. Do bring own toiletries. Only WiFi in reception and near reception area.
I have mixed reviews about the customer service in the reception and kiosk. Some were very friendly and eager to help, yet some seemed very displeased if you asked a question and very unfriendly. This really surprised me, as the reception is the focus point and reflects on how the hotel can be. But like I mentioned, all other staff members were really superb, professional and lovely! I would definitely come here again and already recommended this place to my family and friends!

My daughter (23) and I stayed for 3 nights at Adriana, and I wish we could have stayed longer! Our room was spartan, very basic, but who spends much time in their room? The grounds are lovely and well maintained; the pools were beautiful and the beach is stunning. We ate at both the large dining area and the smaller Grill for breakfast and lunch; we preferred the ambiance and quiet of the Grill. We did not order any cocktails, but the sparkling wine was okay and the house \"inclusive\" wine was terrible. We bought a bottle offsite for our dinner.

The staff is wonderful! I noticed many families with small children and people seemed to be in groups, so I think it is a place families come back to year after year, and I can see why. Lots to do for kids.

Spectacular beach - tired and wornout resort

The resort is located away from town on one of the most picturesque beaches out there. Somewhat confusing finding the place - you need to take a string of side roads to reach it.

Rooms and amenities are very basic and quite worn down. We stayed in room G214 (letter for block, first number for level). It had three single beds (one masquerading as a sofa) with flat pillows, firm mattresses and worn covers. Very little room, but it had a pleasant balcony and AC/heater unit. The room was an upgrade, so I can only imagine the standard room.

Extra charge for everything, including a safe (€3.50 a day), tennis, mini golf and even changing beach towels (€1.50 each time), and it all has to be paid right away (no \"bill to my room\" option).

The cliff side beach was absolutely gorgeous. It is a bit of a walk and a steep stair climb from the resort.

WiFi was extremely weak and only available in the lobby. We visited in March, so many things were closed / unavailable \"due to low season\".
Dining area had an ambiance of a public cafeteria and all sitdown restaurants were closed (\"due to low season\"). The food was generally good. Staff was very friendly with a great entertainment program despite the low season. The indoor pool was freezing.

Excellent hotel.We had an updated room with a walk in shower. Everything very clean . Plenty of staff around and all of them polite,cheerful and friendly.
Although only one restaurant open as quiet season food choices good and main dishes varied with options of both meat and fish
Pool area fantastic and for days out the free coach to albefuria and vilamoura is a bonus

5 star staff and food with 4 star accommodation.

We had a great time! The whole resort is immaculate although the bedrooms are slightly tired. The only thing I would change is that you MUST take your own hairdryer, the one in the bathroom has no power at all. The food choices at every meal are excellent with great variety. The animation team are superb and really put every effort into all the activities. There is a wide range of activities to suit all. All members of staff are a credit to the hotel. There is direct access to a beautiful beach which allows you to walk to Vilamoura (40 minute walk along the sand). Overall we had a great holiday!

Everything was perfect. Great resort.

We really enjoyed the resort. People complain about rooms being basic. They good enough to sleep in. You obviously dont go on holiday to spend the day in your room.
Nothing to fault the place. Also excellent for families. Go for full board. Never seen so much food in my life. Great choice of dishes.

I booked through Expedia on a very good deal 46% off. Room was very very basic with poor mattress, broken wardrobe, very cheap furnitures. No wifi signal in the room at all. Bathroom - hairdryer didn't work and there was no exhaust and again very cheap fittings. Food - plenty of dishes to choose from but quality was average and some of the plates / cutlery not clean. Music after dinner in the resort lounge wasn't pleasant either and felt like being in a children's party. We were very disappointed and requested better room or cancellation with full refund for the remaining 2 days. What prompted me to write this review was how they dealt with this. Had to wait 20 minutes to speak to the head receptionist Christina and she offered a 'superior room'. It was exactly same quality and again no wifi signal, in fact the bathroom was much smaller. She dismissed any discussion about cancellation saying we have to speak to Expedia about cancellation. I spoke to Expedia and they said they can give refund only if the hotel manager agrees and this lady wouldn't even let us discuss with her manager. Not wanting to spoil our holiday anymore we left it there and spent most of our time outside. We visited few resorts nearby and the quality and standard was definitely far better for the full price of this resort. The only consolation I had was that I didn't pay full price. ( The swimming pool was good.)

Lovely hotel!

We enjoyed our stay st the Adriana beach resort. The staff, grounds and overall cleanliness of the resort were great. The only thing I would say is, there could be a little more variety of food for vegetarians, both at lunch time and defintely at snack time. But apart from that highly recommended!

Great value all inclusive

Great value all inclusive. Nice hotel and grounds, friendly staff, decent food. Beach is nice. We are a couple with a young baby and the hotel had everything we needed, we really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Only thing to note that some might need to consider are that the beds are rock hard and it is a steep set of steps to the beach.

Fantastic location and activities

I had so much fun!

The hotel is in a beautiful location, right on the beach, isolated from the traffic. All of the facilities are top-notch except for the rooms, which are a little dated. I didn't care because I was never in my room! Between the pool, activities, meals, and the live music every night I was constantly on the go. It was exactly what I wanted, an activity-filled but restful week.

I can't say enough about the activities staff. Tiago, Lisa, Ivania, and Geovane provided wonderful experiences, and memories that I'll treasure.

Basic room clean and suitable. Lots of activities for children and adults to get involved. Beach access nearby. Excellent food choice and plenty of smacks available in-between meals. Indoor heated pool and pools outside maintained well. Pricey deposit for beach towels which was refunded.

Short break, but highly enjoyable

We had a short 5 day break. We love the layout and the gardens. We much preferred the smaller pool area of the complex, which was quieter and more relaxing. The main area was more crowded and noisy (all the activities took place here). We also love the location, being close to the cliffs and excellent beach. This is the highlight of the area. We did not find the main food hall (buffet style) to our liking, as it was too noisy and crowded at meal times. The Grill restaurant was much more pleasant. The standard of food was ok, but a little limited at meal times. The bar and snacks, however, was very good. The staff, in most circumstances, were friendly and helpful. We would go back in the future, knowing the limitations, but greatly enjoying the environment.

Decent hotel, probably better suited for families

The exterior of the hotel and hotel grounds are beautiful; however, the room was very disappointing. The room, decor, and bathroom needs some updating. The beds were not comfortable and the linen for the beds were questionable. From a European perspective this four star hotel was good, but from an American perspective the hotel (specifically the room was poor-below average). The pools are very nice and there was a lot of chairs, side tables, and umbrellas for everyone. The day time activities were great and the children mini-disco was fun to watch. The entertainment staff worked hard to keep people and children entertained, so that was a plus. The food was mediocre, but they offered an array of choices. The gym was alright...but it is very small and even with five people working out, it was chaotic trying to get dumbbells or cardio equipment. The beach was within walking distance and there were so trails you could run or go hiking on.

We stayed in a basic room outside the main resort which was perfectly adequate a short 5 minutes walk from main pool and restaurant.Food was varied and really nice especially the grilled fish and salads.There is plenty to choose from. The beach and the grounds are breathtaking. Unfortunately like some other hotels we've stayed, smoking is permitted on the terrace of the main bar and the swimming pool area! But overall we recommend this hotel warmly.

Nice hotel resort ideal for adults and kids

All round good experience with the wife and kids.

Staff were very helpful, food was excellent and different varieties, good activities for kids and adults.

Resort is 30mins to town centre were u can have a lot more fun.

Negatives for me were the lack of WIFI signal in the rooms, tv channels was very limited and only one english speaking channel euronews.
They could alsodo more to inform their guest about different activities in the area.

The Adriana beach is a lovely hotel with fantastic staff, however it is quite a way from anywhere so if you like to venture out not really suitable. However all the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you, the food was good but I wouldn't want to stay more than a few nights as repetitive as most AI hotels can be. The hotel and the grounds were spotless. The entertainment seemed fantastic for the children too and the dancing was a joy to watch

Lovely hotel with large outdoor poor

Check in was very efficient. The food was very good with lots of variety. Staff were very helpful especially Alex (one of the porter). The only negative was the room we were allocated. This was situated in the block accross the road and was suitable for 2 people when we were a family of four. We arrived in the room at 11pm at night to find that we only had bedding for 3 people. The receptionist told us that they were unable to move us for 3 days. We did change rooms then into the main complex and again the room was only set up for 3. Pool area was kept very clean and the covered table tennis area was under cover. The smaller outdoor pool and bar area was great but unfortunately closed after 3 days due to end of season. I would go back to this hotel but would need to be assured that the room was in the main block.
