Our first room had serious hygiene issues, including insects and visible mold in the shower. My wife had to go to our friend’s room to take a shower in order to make it on time to our reservation. After reporting this to the front desk we were moved to the second room; however, this room has extremely poor water pressure, making the shower unusable.
We returned to our room late at night and tried to take a shower and found out that water pressure was too low. It was too late to move to a different room or go to a friend’s room. I reported this as well to the front desk the next morning.
We had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.
The employee at the front desk who by the way was very professional and helpful, told me that he will leave a note on the account to someone from the management call us after the weekend but no one has contacted us yet. I have left voicemails and sent emails with videos attached and the manager Vincent Gary is refusing to contact me.

beautiful renovated rooms, very cozy and quaint. The grounds are just lovely with big mature oak trees, nice pool area and ponds with koi fish, All the plants were well taken care of, cut green grass and just beautiful space. Close proximity to downtown and park. Everything is just perfect. Great restaurant on sight as well.

Fantastic location right on the square, and even better service. Front desk Ben found me coffees at 5a and the restaurant staff was quick and polite. An elevator was being worked on when we check in, so the 2 technicians insisted on helping us schlep 3 cases of wine and rollerbags up 3 flights of stairs. Remodeled room was great too.

Our stay at Paso Robles Inn was wonderful. We had a suite on the first floor with a patio. The pool was nice to sit at we dying at the restaurant upstairs every evening they have a wine tasting from 4 to 5 I believe or maybe it’s 5 to 6. The staff was wonderful what I really loved was that the day we checked in they enacted a free trolley ride to local businesses in which they will drop you off at a spot and pick you up once you call that service is free first come first serve and it’s available from 9 to 9. I would definitely consider staying at Paso Robles Inn again. It was very convenient across from the main park which is a beautiful site at night and near many of the local businesses you want to visit. Paso Robles Inn will also provide you with passes to a local gym that has an Olympic size pool, yoga classes, free weights, and a smoothie bar. There’s also an on-site childcare center.

This is a beautiful property with a great location right next to the main square at Paso with restaurants, shopping and a movie theater just steps away. The room was modern, upscale and clean. The only negative was our check-in with a very discourteous front desk woman who was on the phone when we arrived and did not even acknowledge our presence for almost ten minutes while she was on the phone making no effort to end the conversation which at times appeared to be a personal phone call. When she finally hung up she made no effort to apologize for what had transpired and spoke to us in a very impersonal and matter of fact manner. Despite this I would definitely return to this beautiful and conveniently located hotel.

Great hotel! Excellent location. Staff was very nice, and the coffee shop was a great brunch (shout out to Charlotte, who was excellent!) although I’ve got to call out a double charge for toast/English muffin. Come on, chef or manager- it’s an English muffin, not a $5 designer scone in Paris.
The room was great. Tea kettle, robes, towels were fantastic. My only complaint about the room is the mattresses; we had two beds and one was better than the other, but they were both miserably sagging on half (the TV half). I had to barricade myself with pillows so I didn’t roll onto the floor! I told two different people at the desk, so hopefully they will at least flip them, if not replace!

The property is nice, well kept, and quiet. The room was nice, bathroom was well lit, the only thing we didnt really care for was the bed. It sunk a little too much for our taste but its not a deal breaker. Overall 5 stars. Its centrally located, let us check in early, staff us super friendly, parking is an added cost, but no biggie. We enjoyed staying here and it was really close to downtown and all the restaurants. It was our first time staying here. The property is pretty and so was the room. There are definitely a few things they could work on. First, they charged us for parking when we parked off site. We called and they took that off. We mentioned that we paid extra for a park view because we wanted to see the lights and we were given a garden view. The desk worker advised that we were in fact given the park building, but it was on the opposite side, therefore we could not see the park. This made no sense to me. I advised if I knew that was the case, I would have just saved the money and paid for a garden since we received a garden view. The employee did not express she believed my concern was valid and would not compensate me for the money we spent for a park view and said I needed to contact Expedia, even though Expedia is not the one who placed us in the wrong room.

The room was very clean and the bed was really comfy. Loved having a patio. The bathroom was great size with double sinks. I would recommend them having microwaves in each room. When I booked online it did say it comes with one. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend The Steakhouse, Taste and the bar that is across from the park on the left hand side down at the end on the corner. Also if you like cigars then go to Boyd’s my husband and I loved the lounge you can bring in all your own food and alcohol watch football. They have a microwave so we were able to heat up our leftovers. The staff there was great! We found cigars that we loved.❤️

Enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean with nice amenities. We loved our balcony with lots of space to lounge and sip our wine overlooking the gardens. The mattress was really nice, I’m now keeping a list of places I won’t stay because of uncomfortable beds, but this one was wonderful. The grounds are well kept and relaxing to walk around. There is a bar/lounge onsite that is hands down the best in downtown! There is also a restaurant which was good and a cafe for breakfast that we ordered from and had in our room, also very good. I love that the pool/spa are accessible late so we were able to enjoy the spa after dinner. It’s in a perfect location downtown and you can walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. We parked our car and didn’t get back in it until it was time for us to leave Paso. I will definitely be coming back to Paso Robles inn.
