From start to finish everything was spot on. We arrived early and we were allowed to leave our car on site. The room was really nice very spacious and spotlessly clean lovely fluffy white towels and fresh clean bedding with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast we had on our 2nd day and it was realy enjoyable full english or various other choices if required. There was cereals fresh fruit, yoghurts toast and all sorts of spreads jams marmite peanut butter etc plenty of choices for everyone, fruit juices and fresh coffee and tea. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Kul the manager was a very nice friendly man and could not do enough for you I most certainly would return and would highly recommend. Thank you Kul for your very warm hospitality.

My partner and I stayed 4 night's at this hotel and even before our arrival I was corresponding with the owner Kul.
What a lovely and welcoming person Kul is, as on the day of our arrival we were greeted warmly and given a welcome drink as well as instructions on our stay.
Nothing was to much and if you wanted to change food items for your breakfast (as we both did), it was highly recommended.
We would both definitely stay again, if visiting Torquay.
Kul and his family are homely, genuine, hard-working and honest people and in this day and age, these are qualities which are so hard to find.
You should be very proud of what you have achieved Kul and it was a pleasure staying at your establishment and getting to know you.

Awful room was freezing cold!! Very rude staff! Held against our will verbally abused and threatened intimidated and shouted at aggressively was entrapped in a room and wasn’t allowed to leave the property!! Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Whilst the staff were friendly, the property clean it was dated and tired looking. I think the young man could have better presented himself in terms of cleanliness, his t-shirt was not clean. He did not say where breakfast was. Apart from that he was very pleasant. His father more so and well presented. The bathroom was quite small and shower hand held. Overall for the price good and breakfast was great.

Was not aware of my booking on arrival. Was kept waiting then told I can't eat in my room. After some insistence on my part I was shown to my room. Room quite dated with a micro sized TV. Breakfast saved the stay, having been asked the night before what I wanted it arrived promptly and was tasty.

Crimdon Dene is a quiet, exceptionally clean and comfortable, traditional guesthouse. The breakfast was excellent, with fantastic personal service. Margaret and John will do their utmost to make your stay a pleasurable one. We kept odd hours, but they worked around our lie-ins after some very late nights / early morning returns from the Casino! The hotel is easy to find, and very accessible, with good parking facilities. Many thanks for a great stay - highly recommended!

I was not expecting the delights of Crimdon Dene as it was so economical. Must be the best value in Torquay. Excellent room and superb breakfast. Our conference was at The Riviera Complex and the hotel was perfectly located for the venue. I would highly recommend the establishment.
