The Wi-Fi was occasionally unreliable, and lift waiting times could be slow, especially from the 32nd floor, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The only downside to this property is the amount of people putting towels on loungers to reserve them, at the pool area, then leaving the pool for hours at a time.
The pool staff try their best to stop this but the practice persists. Extremely selfish behaviour that could do with being rectified, asap.

Overall nice hotel. I stayed at a premium room, i was promised water view but unfortunately I didn’t get it! Room is okay, bathroom is great but bed room is tiny. Bed setting is very disturbing with 10 huge cushions all over with nowhere to place!
Dinning options are excellent but if you want to get really great food order room service. Buddha Bar dinner was nice but cocktails were awful!

Amazing service, would highly recommend this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located in the marina with access to the beach via their sister hotel. Enjoyed the level 44 bar and breakfast was excellent.

My sister and I went for a 4 night stay for my 50th birthday treat. We loved everything about this hotel - the location, the rooms, the pool, the luxury and best of all - the staff and service! It was outstanding. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we felt treated like royalty. I even got a bottle of wine and beautiful cake left in the room with a lovely personal card for my birthday. Lovely touches at the pool such as complimentary ice lollies, and constant topping up of water and ice. The staff escort you to your chosen sun lounger to lay your towel down. I wish I’d taken the name of the young man who worked at the front door who was so friendly and helpful in getting us taxis, opening the car doors and didn’t allow us to touch our own luggage, insisting on dealing with it.
We used the shuttle bus to LRM once but we actually preferred our own hotel. LRM is nice if you prefer the beach. We could walk to the marina easily too. There is construction going on around the hotel but it wasn’t noisy and I barely noticed it.
Unfortunately we didn’t go half board so we didn’t experience the restaurants but I haven’t heard one bad word about them from others.
