Great value for money. We had a suite which had two separate rooms so ideal for a couple and teenage child. Great location and plenty of options to eat around. We were welcomed by Hasna at the reception the first day with Moroccan tea and she was very nice throughout the week we stayed there. The breakfast was excellent and they even offered me to use my breakfast as iftar to break my fast. The hotel does need updating but if you are looking for a good space, excellent customer services by the staff and not too expensive then this is the right place. For check out again Hasna and Yaseen let us check out slightly late because our flight was in the late afternoon. If you want to walk to medina it’s possible but best is to catch 40-50 dhs (€4-5) taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and when we are back to Marrakech again we will stay again.

Very average hotel. Good location, friendlyhelpful reception staff, but hotel itself is a bit old/dated and could do with some repair in places.
Wifi in room was very patchy and slow, often dropped completely. But standing in the hallway outside the room it was fine!
Breakfast is OK - good variety, but lacking in some areas (bread was often stale, very little fresh fruit).
Comfortable bed.
Nice restautants nearby.

Not the easiest to get to from the airport, but they kindly checked me in even though I was very late due to flight delays. The surrounding area is great for food and music.
The room itself was beautiful and very spacious but you could hear the next room which affected my sleep.
Overall, I would check in again for a night or two, but nothing longer as I would like somewhere with adequate sound proofing.

The stay was easy and uneventful. It was disappointing for a 4* rating (not UK standard). The staff were friendly and the area was safe. We were within walking distance of many shops and restaurants/cafes. We booked excursions for our trip (ourselves) this hotel was a pick up point for all 3 trips which made things a lot easier for us. The breakfast was adequate (lower than UK standards). We did not use the pool. The wifi signal was not great in our room and intermittent. In the lobby / pool area the signal was much stronger. Overall a pleasant stay for this part of our trip.

Great comfort for a low price!

Blue Sea Le Printemps is definitely the place to stay in Marrakech! The service is very warm and friendly, and the rooms are incredibly modern and very clean. The food for breakfast and dinner is also great, although if you want a more authentic and less expensive Moroccan dining experience, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. I have nothing bad to say about this place- I went there one night in Marrakech due to its proximity to the airport and the bus station. Also, it offers shuttle transfers for 200 dh (about 100 dh less than the tourist taxi price). When I returned to Marrakesh, I made sure to book this place again!

Hated our stay there. Hotel is not just old, but also dirty. Charges extra to use safe. Recommended us to use a laundry because there is not a single iron for use in the hotel. I was extremely glad I had my own towels because hotel towels were old and nasty!! Only good thing about this place is the location...

The neighborhood is fairly secure, but that was sincerely the only thing I felt good about as it relates to my stay here.
After traveling throughout Morocco, I splurged on my last few nights hoping for a more upscale atmosphere. That is not the case.
If you require wifi, like I did, you are out of luck. Nowhere in the building was it consistent, and definitely not in my hotel room. The walls are very thin, sound travels intensely. The heat does not work, which was a surprisingly big issue at night in January. There was no light in the shower, making it very challenging to bath safely. And at the end of the day, I would have been much happier saving my money and staying at a more comfortable riad. Highly encourage you to stay elsewhere.

I have placed a refund request as the bedding had burnt smoke marks and urinated sheets, towels had holes, everyday it was the same service by the cleaner and not once did the management team attempt to meet us or do anything different, as a gesture of goodwill they sent a plate of rotten fruit which I have taken photos of

Clean but rubbish service

Rooms were clean. Showers were amazing on lower floors. Staff wee horrible even though i was extrememly polite and patientm ac was not working for 3 days. Only changed my room after 5 complaints and me shouting at them.

Cleaners also stole some change everytime i left some lying under my pillow or in the bed for a test run

It was well situated. A short walk from the train situation. Within walking distance of the shopping district. Was also within walking distance of the Jardin Marjorelle...
The hotel was nice. They had a good selection of meals. I like the fact that they meals for vegetarians...It's a hotel that I would definitely go back to if I were visiting Marrakech again.

Nice to see a new hotel with a contemporary design. The only problem was the lack of info on services offered. They said there was room service, but no menu to show what is available. Most inconvenient, but it is well located in an area with many restaurants and cafes.

Hotel situated 10 min walk to main train station, 25 min walk to El jan square, about 20 dhm taxi, 50 dhm horse carriage. Marjorelle gardens again about 25-30 min walk.
Hotel clean & tidy polite staff. Excursion desk dearer better buy trips out with hotel.
Pool real disappointment not for lounging round. Roof top lounge different but no shower/plunge pool.
Breakfast more than adequate choice & cafe attached will do u pizza & main meals.
Plenty restaurants near by, Loft particularly good food & service. Greek place just next door not worth the visit.
Palaces & souks galore keep u entertained. Walked miles & always felt safe. Sea side visit Essasorria was very nice granted 2.5 hours each way. Whatever enjoy!

Good location with horrible staff and hidden fees.

Overall the hotel looks like a nice place to stay but it is rotten on the inside. While checking in, staff were rude and vulgar, swearing about our request for the type of room we had reserved. They said terrible things about us to other workers and guests in French (wrongly thinking that I didnt understand them). They insisted that we pay the city tax upfront (expedia lists that the tax is included - expedia may want to change how it is worded in their confirmation email).
When we got to our room, it was well laid out and beds were comfortable. However on closer expection, the room was filthy. Our sheets had coffee stains and the floor had not been swept. Bathroom and AC both had a pungent smell coming from them. 3rd bed was a cot rolled in and held together by small wooden beams, it could not hold more than a child. The safe in the room was locked and cost $2.00 a day to use.
Hotel has signs posted everywhere saying no outside food or drink could be brought into the hotel eventhough we were given a fridge in our room. I asked if this meant I could not bring in leftovers from a restaurant or the rest of a bottle of water and they said absolutely not - I could get those things from them.
Finally if you want a car to the airport they direct you to a service in their hotel where they attempt to price gauge you. You have to barter with them to get them from 200 to 100 (which is still a ridiculous price to goto the airport).
Overall it was an exhausting horrible experience.

Fantastic stay

This is an excellent hotel, its peaceful and very quiet, the rooms are well built and I believe that they are soundproof. The hotel staff are all very polite and courteous, and all speak good english.

If you require a taxi please ask at reception, they will get you a taxi and also confirm the price with you, so that you are not paying excessive taxi fares.

I would defintely return to this hotel.The room was clean, moder, comfortable, and everything worked, including the shower, my room did not have a hair dryer, and the hotel were unable to provide one.

The first night stay was horrendous. When questioned the staff about a few things about the room (the air con was so hot fridge didn't keep drinks cool etc) they said that's how it's supposed to be only to find out that they lied! This was only one of many things that occurred with my stay at the hotel!!

the room and pool were perfect.
i really needed a good table to work on with laptop and screens and the table in the room was perfect for my needs.
also, the lock was broken on my suitcase and the staff managed to break the lock quickly.
i needed a 240/120V converter and the doorman pointed me to a shop right across from the hotel and it was super cheap.
very kind and helpful staff although there wasn't enough staff at the reception at times.

The location of the hotel is fab it is right in the centre of guliez not located on a main road which is perfect for a quite night sleep. So many food places to eat from a 10 minute walk from the carreadean shopping mall and the plaza. 25 - 30 minutes walk to jamaa el fna.

Bed and breakfast is ok food and tea served slightly cold but a good variety.

Quiet hotel, lacks entertainment but very clean modern feel perfect place to relax and smells good !

Free wifi !

Safe as there's Security at the door.

Would defintaley visit again.

Ok but could be a lot better

Myself and my wife have just returned from our stay here. It was ok but plenty of room for improvement.

DO NOT BOOK ANY EXCURSIONS FROM THE HOTEL They rip you off. We booked a simple taxi to go to medina and were charged 50 Dirhams when the standard rate is 20. Complained but were never refunded. Also the night before we left we had a taxi booked to take us to the airport and we paid at reception for this. We got dropped off to the airport and the driver was demanding money from us so the receptionists clearly do not communicate with each other, very unprofessional.

We arrived at the hotel we were given our room key at reception. Went to the room only for it to be twin beds and not the double bed room we had booked. Returned to reception immediately and our room was changed without any fuss to one with a double bed but really this is amateurish we should have had this problem within the first 10 minutes of being there. Our first few days there the weather was quite cold so we did need heating in our room when we turned it on we quickly discovered that it didn't work. Maintenance guy (spoke no English) came to our room on three different occasions and said it was repaired and working but it was not. Our room was changed again!! Then we had not hot water and the bath was blocked so when we had a shower we would find ourselves standing in shin high water!! This was unblocked but the problem of the hot water remained throughout our stay there sometimes it worked and others i

Nicely furnished, modern design, new hotel.

Stayed at this hotel from 21st - 30th March. Had checked out last minute reviews on trip advisor so I thankfully packed my hairdryer. The hotel is nicely decorated and furnished however, it's not quite finished. Few niggles;- not enough hangers, (did request them but never materialised) no hairdryer, minibar or bar (not that I go on holiday to drink but nice to have the option), you have to pay extra daily fee if you wish to use the room safe, no facilities to make hot drinks in your room, the biggest gripe for me was the noise from other rooms especially above you, furniture needs felt pads - woken up far too many times by people scraping furniture across the floor - usually around prayer time at 5am !!! Sunbathing around the pool is not encouraged as no loungers to lie on. Management often seen talking to staff, but little interaction with guests. On the plus.side we found the food to be very good, and staff very pleasant, good air conditioning, close to train station, restaurants and shopping mall.

Hôtel situé en centre-ville, le personnel accueillant serviable et réactif. Je recommande cet hôtel pour ces points positifs. En revanche il est vrai que le quartier n'est pas top car les lanternes sont pour la plupart éteintes la nuit et c'est vrai que l'atmosphère y est \"glauque\" au vu le nombre de boîtes de nuit qu'il y a situé dans la rue. Mais en journée il y a rien à dire bon rapport qualité-prix!

Sol salle à mon arrivée, pas de wifi dans les chambres nous sommes en 2018 et ça existe toujours, un 4 étoiles je lui donnerai même pas 2. La chambre est mal faite, pas bien fini en terme de décoration. A mon arrivée on a essayé de m'orienter vers un autre hôtel alors que j'ai réservé avec ma carte bleue il y a 1 mois. J'ai du faire la guère pour obtenir ma chambre. Une caution de 20 euros est demandée à l'arrivée alors que sur le site hôtel.com rien n'est cité. Bref prenez la fuite si vous vous souhaitez passé un bon séjour à Marrakech. Je recommande le radisson blue. J'étais en congrès Labas et je me suis mordue les doigts de ne pas avoir réservé dans cet hôtel

Struttura nuova e moderna, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, colazione molto buona con prodotti tipici, camera molto spaziosa con terrazzina che affaccia sulla strada, bagno molto carino e caratteristico. Posizione ottima anche se non proprio in centro nella medina di Marrakech, a piedi sono una ventina di minuti su un unico vialone che arriva diretto alla piazza della moschea Koutoubia, mentre in taxi saranno circa 5 minuti per non più di 30 dirham, dipende dal grande e caotico traffico che caratterizza più o meno tutte le città del Marocco!!!

L'hôtel est très bien situé non loin de l'aéroport du centre commercial de gueliz et à 5 min du centre en taxi. Les chambres sont spacieuses confortables et très propres.
Seúl bémol le petit déjeuner un peu pauvre et le bruit des chaises dans la salle de déjeuner tôt le matin ( sûrement dû aux groupes présents lors de notre séjour)
