Good hotel with delicious breakfast. Location is ok. Replace your 10cent Narodnyi toilet papers. You can't have sand paper in 150 dollar room, don't be that cheap!!

The best place to stay for people visiting Almaty.

My stay at Ramada was great. They let me keep the executive room when I extended my stay and the staff was always very cooperative with whatever I needed. The local area and the space where the hotel is very safe and clean, The city center isn't far from here and it has some great restaurants around too.

Wonderful

They were able to accommodate our early arrival since we had an early flight and another flight later that day. The spa services were fantastic. The food was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Allergy concerns at the restaurant

The hotel is a beautiful building, and my room was large, clean, and super comfortable. The hotel restaurant was not as pleasant of an experience though.
I have a nut/almond allergy and, even though it was not listed on the menu, they served a side dish of broccoli with almonds. I tried to pick the almonds out, and eat around it, and I began to have an allergic reaction, so I stopped eating. When I tried to explain to the servers that the menu should say if there are nuts, he kind of nodded his head but did nothing to apologize, and they still made me pay for the side dish I wasn't able to eat. There may have been a language barrier, but I was very frustrated with the experience.

Its a very good hotel near the downtown area, walking distance of an Indian restaurant. The hotel is very clean and the concierge desk was super helpful. We had an early morning flight and they packed us vegetarian breakfast at 5.15 in the morning

Recommendable.

High level, free, safe. Very tasty food. Everything I wanted was done. Very nice and helpfull Staff. A good base for your stay in Almaty. Almost everywhere I walked, that was my intention. For those who do not like to walk a little long distances.

pity the heating wasn't working in the whole hotel, as it become colder in the evenings. So the hotel organised a heater for the room, fast service. Unfortunately very limited choice in beer (only 1), they said every day new delivery tomorrow and that went on for my entire visit puff a week.
overall great hotel good service, good mix of food choices.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are massive, it was very quiet which suited me as I needed to carry out some work and sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel in a lovely walking area of city

The room was very clean and well decorated. Great blackout curtains ac above average amenities nice bathroom and bedding. Hotel staff and restaurant were excellent. English spoken here unlike other hotels where I have stayed in almaty. They helped us go to sunkar falcon sanctuary

Overall fine experience, just wouldn't advise asking the front desk to order you a taxi- it took 30 minutes to arrive and overcharged me by triple. Also ended up having to pay to have my clothes pressed 'express' because the ironing board service (where they bring an iron and ironing board to your room) had already ended for the day.

Good hotel for a business trip

Stayed overnight while being on a business trip. Due to lack of stndard rooms, was given a free upgrade to a suite with mountains view. Comfortable hotel in a quiet location with good SPA facilities to relax after a busy day. Clean and comfortable room, reasonably priced room service, however, minibar is heavily overpriced.

Nice new hotel with just a few hiccups

I spent five night at the brand new Ramada Almaty. The good: the restaurant is fantastic. I had dinner there twice and everything was delicious. The breakfast buffet was amazing too. My room was huge. I had booked a room with a king-sized bed, and got two twins instead. I think it was intended to be an upgrade, because of the enormous size of the room (it was maybe too big). WiFi was 95% dependable and fast. The gym could use an elliptical machine, but the indoor pool is nice and big enough to do some actual laps. The sauna is always fired-up and underused. I had the pool and sauna to myself two of the three times that I used the facilities. Some staff is excellent with great English and very service-oriented. Others are still learning, but nothing too bad. They let me check-in early, no questions asked, and in addition to storing my luggage in advance of a late night flight, also let me use the pool and sauna to relax and freshen up even after I had checked out. That was great. There are a few weird or imperfect things about the property currently. Some lights in my room didn't work (enough did though). The bathtub was slightly elevated and it was a little tricky getting in and out of the shower -- and I don't have mobility issues. The location, while in the city center, is not that close to anything interesting but you can reach some nice areas in 15 minutes on foot. The area is safe. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Номер просторный, хорошо отремонтирован, есть рабочий стол, чайник с чайными принадлежностями, холодильник. Санузел просторный. Завтраки очень хорошие. Месторасположение отеля хорошее.

시설이나 음식에 있어서는 가격대비 만족합니다.
단 직원들 서비스는 영 아닙니다. 밤에 아이가 아파서 오바이트를 했는데 패널티를 20,000(한화 60,000원)팅게를
부과하더라구요! 그리고 무엇을 하던 돈을 자꾸 요구해요!
지하에 있는 맛사지를 받았는데 체크아웃할때 계산한다고
했는데 직원은 계속 현금을 요구하고 계속 초인종을 누르고
암트 직원들 서비스는 진짜 꽝 입니다.

Viel zu teuer für die erbrachte Leistung

We arrived at this completly overpriced hotel and the first impression was horrible.
The Staff could nit speak englisch and they werent able to change euros.
Then we went up to the room .The ac was not working so we had to ask for another room and had to wait for 1 hour till we got a new one , and that after 17 hours traveling. The next thing was there is a minibar but its empty !! So we called the roomservice for drinks but they couldnt understand us. To the Room : Its old and smelled bad the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets werent clean. The List goes on and on .
So a give you an advice avoid that Place of any means necessary.
There are more fun ways to burn your money

滞在中セーフティーボックスからお金を盗まれました。
発覚したのがチェックアウト日の朝だった為、とりあえず調査した後に連絡する旨の連絡をもらいましたが、1週間以上経っても何の連絡もありません。
トラブルがあった際の対応が非常にずさんなホテルです。ニ度と宿泊しません。

It was stolen my cash from the deposit box in my room.
Revelation was in the morning on check-out date and hotel manager promised to me for contact after the time being investigated, but it has no contact even after more than a week.
This hotel's receiving is very sloppy when there is in trouble. I will never stay.

Lo que destaca es la politica de hotel, siempre a favor de cliente. Por un error no me mandaron taxi a aeropuerto y luego pagaron ellos taxi regular. Tambien olvide algunas cosas personales y me las mandaron a mi casa gratuitamente!

Non è stato un hotel a 5 stelle. I disservizi sono stati diversi e troppi:
- mi danno il codice del wifi gratuito in camera, ma è scritto in modo sbagliato
- il telefona della camera non funzionava
- non c'era elenco dei numeri utili in camera
- per 2 giorni non mi hanno fatto le pulizie, solo dopo mio sollecito
- il bancomat nella lobby non funzionava
- il servizio dei massaggi era non disponibile 2 gg a settimana

Clean and a good swimming pool.

Worst sound proof between rooms that causes unnecessry conflicts and stresses for innocent guests.
Ramada Almaty should improve sound proof, otherwise they will have a miserable accident among guests who are already tired and stressful. Ramada Almaty must have a warning notice system and must call a a police to get them septated from the innocent guests from all around the world.

Very poor service

Very poor service from the reception staff. Concierge had to re-order my taxi to the airport because they never bothered to order it the day in advance. Service at the restaurant was awful and half the menu was not available. Eventually I didn't get the meal I ordered anyway. No hot water in the shower was the cherry on top...
