I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The staff was very friendly and I had my room cleaned everyday. They gave me complimentary water everyday as well which I liked. The location was also very convenient. There’s a bus stop really close and I was able to get to where I wanted to go pretty quickly and efficiently. The only issue I had was that the door sometimes didn’t close all the way, I had to double check a couple of times but this area is also very safe so I wouldn’t worry.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel La Casa Seoul! The hotel has a stylish and cozy atmosphere, making it a great place to relax. The staff were truly amazing—they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. When we arrived early, they kindly offered us a free extra day due to an issue with the room’s safety vault. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out!
Aside from this, everything was well-maintained, and the overall experience was wonderful. I truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Seoul!

Overall it was okay. Most staffs were kind, and the service was nice. However, the heater in my room did not work properly and went in and off. So, the room was very cold.

Our couple has used this hotel several times since a long time ago. The area around the hotel is safe to walk around, and there are many delicious restaurants, nice cafes, and many places to shop, so it is convenient and enjoyable. All the hotel staff are kind, and the Nordic room design is very pretty and the bedding is convenient, but I think the lighting brightness of the bathroom and the silicone of the bathroom floor need to be upgraded. Overall, it's worth staying in this hotel.

This hotel was good but I'm not sure I would come back. We had a room that was in the attached building. There was one window but barely had sunlight, the lights were also very dim even in the bathroom. The room has definitely seen some use and I noticed some damage or weird stains in the bathroom. Our travels included moving a lot of luggage so we really liked the space and storage but compared to other lodging in Korea, we would choose the others first. The staff were very friendly and the location is walking distance to some really hip stores like Gentle Monster and we did not get a chance to eat nearby. I would recommend if you enjoy moodier lighting, traveling a bit lighter, and perhaps alone.

The noise from the traffic outside was nearly unbearable and I wanted to leave almost as soon as we arrived. The room itself was nice and the location made it worth it. But for the price I expect better sound insulation

The hotel is very clean, but the bed is quite soft and causes back pain. There is 2 separate wings in the hotel, and there is a water filter machine on level 3 between the two wings. The location of the hotel is quite far from the nearest train station, but is surrounded by many cafes and eateries. There is an airport bus that goes to the hotel which is about 5 mins walk away. The hotel service staff can’t really understand English and were not very friendly. However an average hotel, would recommend customers to stay at a hotel near the city as travelling around would be more convenient.

The air conditioner was turned off in anticipation of the winter weather, but it was very hot at night when we stayed. We were advised to open the windows, but we were so close to the highway outdoors it was very noisy at night / morning. We could also hear the machinery noise of the next door heater, which was annoying too. Other than this glitch, all other aspects of the hotel was great.

I use to go to Seoul for work and I have been to La Casa a few times; the hotel is cosy and quiet, connected to a design and lifestyle store and in a very nice area with plenty of cool shops and nice restaurants.
Rooms are simple yet stylish, with very comfortable bed and good working showers.

The Location of the hotel is great, within the heart of Gangman with plenty, pleeenty of shops, restaurants and coffee shops around. It can be easy reached with Airport bus 6006 - around 60minutes driving for 15,000 Wong.-

POOR WIFI! If you are planning on a business stay and requires good wifi network, dont stay here. How poor is poor? The room wifi can only accomodate 1 device, and will disconnect frequently. The staff ask you to tap to other rooms available. And the staff also admit that the wifi is unstable amd same floors are out of order. Also, no desk light.

It's the second time I stayed in this hotel. I like the location which is 7mins walk to Garosugil and along the way there are lots of cafes and boutiques.
Hotel itself is cool and clean. I always choose East wing with wooden floor rooms.
The only drawback was the first night it was quite noisy outside (probably Friday night) and the sound proof between rooms are not so well.

Over the years of frequent visits to Seoul, I usually stay at La Casa for its location and lovely boutique hotel ambience. However the staff are no longer as friendly, warm and helpful as they used to be. Sure they will fulfill your requests and are as polite as they can be but I get the feeling that they can barely tolerate foreigners like me. Very cold attitudes. They are nicer to Koreans staying at the hotel. If you are working in a hotel and have to deal with foreigners on a daily basis, shouldn’t you enjoy interacting with foreigners and be enthusiastic about it? I will probably look at alternative hotels on my next visit to Seoul, which is happening soon.

In general the stay was quite pleasant. Although the hotel was a bit old, the rooms are pretty well kept and had the basic amenities. It’s convenient, close to tons of shops, close to airport bus stop and also the subway station (10 minute walk). We interacted with a couple of staff. The one who checked us in was rude, the one whose checked us out was nice

Location was very good. Rooms are sufficient. I booked 2 rooms. One room I booked and paid a day before arrival to make sure at least one room will be available for our 6am arrival. Rooms were available but they charges extra 50 USD for early arrival on the second room despite me paying for the other room previous day. I understand that it's an early arrival but rooms were available and I had Expedia Gold Plus which mentioned that this property allows early check in. Staff at Check in was not friendly at all. I just paid because she would not listen to my appeal.

The location for Hotel La Casa is pretty good. It is just a few minutes walk to the Garuso-gil shops and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Note though that the nearest subway station is about 10 minutes walk away. If you're coming from Incheon Airport, there is an airport limousine bus stop nearby (about 2 minute walk). When we were there, they are still finishing up some renovation works but that did not really affect us. Our room was rather spacious and nicely decorated. It was a pretty comfortable stay but don't expect five-star service from the staff as this is not that kind of accommodation.

The location was perfect but it was so loud at night from the road traffic sound. The sanitary condition was not also great to be seen. Overall, i'd rather stay other hotels near sinsa-dong. Very comfortable stay. Surrounded by shops, restaurants. Within minutes walk to Garusogil. <10 min walk to the Sinsa station, which takes you directly to most tourist destinations. Five minutes walk from the airport limousine bus (gets you to Incheon direct in 1 hour). Gym facility was sufficient. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This place is tucked away on the quieter streets of Gangnam and is close to the Han River (which is why I chose this place), but about ten minutes from the nearest subway station. Small single room, but overall, good facilities and a decent stay for a couple of nights. The airport limousine bus stop is close by as well. Would recommend if you want to stay somewhere a little more removed from the hustle and bustle of Gangnam.

The hotel is in a great area. With lovely decor, super comfy beds. But bathroom could use some attention to details. I had a suite and it was facing a highway, meaning lots of noise and pollution and ugly view. I was told most rooms and all suites are facing the highway. However their worst weakness is the hotel coffee shop. Very unwelcomeing and breakfast quite poor, especially considering the price. They close at 10am which is ridiculous as most guests are jet lagged. They refused to serve me a takeaway coffee at 9:53. What a shame about the terrible quality/service at the coffee shop and the highway view, if not for these shortcomings la Casa could be great!

(Pros)Location wise it deserved 5* very close to the shopping street and lots of restaurants, local, western, Japanese, bar and pub..etc. There is a 24 hrs convenien store right in front of the hotel and a furniture shop open in the same building as the hotel, so if you are boring to go got, you can kill some time there. Airport bus stop is around 10 mins from the hotel. Agujong and Sinsa station also 10 mins walking distance.

Our stay at La Casa was nice. The hotel was quite small and it is quite annoying to have to change lifts from the east/west wings otherwise you will have to walk to the other entrances around the building. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming and we didn't interact with any other members of staff. The bed was comfortable though it was quite small for a sizable room and the pillows were a bit flat. For a hotel like La Casa the bathroom could be nicer, but was still ok. The location was very close to all the food/ drinks/ shopping so that was very convenient. Overall a good stay.

The area is ok. 10-15 mins walk from subway stations or airport bus stop. If you want a hotel right next to the train station or bus stop, this is not a hotel for you.
The restroom smells like sewer, this was the worst part. I couldn't leave the restroom door open and didn't want to stay there not even 1 minute.
The light in the room was so dark, really dark. If you need to work in your room, find the hotel with a better light.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's relatively simple and doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the large hotels, but it was extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly. The room was very large and the bathroom was lovely.

Over it was great staying experience. The room is cozy and silent, and the location is convenient, close to many nice fancy shops and restaurants. However, the floor was not very clear. I found some very small litter on the ground of the room. And, the wifi connection was not so well. I needed to swift to different wifi connection when the speed became slow.

Preferred hotel in Sinsa-dong
La Casa located at the heart of a famous shopping area - Sinsa-dong at Gangnam-gu. It's only 8mins walk to the main shopping road from the hotel. There are lots of nice cafes and restaurants around the area. The airport bus stop is just 6mins walk from hotel.
Hotel itself is nice, I'd recommend to stay in East Wing where the room with wooden floor and at higher level. The staffs are helpful.

Good stay at the hotel. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and train stations. Staffs (reception and cleaners) were pleasant and approachable. However, they can introduce more breakfast spread instead as the current one is very simple. I strongly recommend that they install a door slam stopper to prevent the door from banging every time customers come in and out (it is very disturbing especially at night and early morning).

This place is good for lone travelers or small groups of friends. It's close to trendy street, Garosugil, and has ease of access to subway station via laneways. The Hotel isn't your typical luxury hotel, but it exudes the living concept of modernity through minimalist furnishings and ecological materials. It is very current in terms of style. Good for those who are staying in town longer than the usual couple of days.
The beds are surprisingly very comfortable, given how I usually have trouble sleeping. Even the 5 starred hotels couldn't compare.

Love where the hotel is located, very close to a hipster area with famous restaurants, cafes & shops. If you walk a little further there are international brands located near the hotel. Definitely go for the West side rooms even though it cost slightly more, as it's less of a walk.

Great location..Garosu is best place in seoul right now for shopping and food. Also next door to awesome English speaking Christian church Jubilee. Room was very clean and comfortable. Take the west side if you want quiet with good air flow.

I really liked this hotel for its location. It's just behind the main shopping trip at Insadong so it was great for both my work and my personal trips out. Food options were also very varied. Hotel room itself was done up rather cosily with all the needed amenities

The hotel was everything we needed for a long weekend city break. The staff were amazing and helped us book our tours before we had arrived. The breakfast is nice and filling. The area around the hotel is really nice with loads of restaurants and boutique shops within a minutes walk. We will stay here again when we next visit Seoul!
