Our Go-To Hotel in Seoul – Convenient, Comfortable

We loved our stay at this hotel so much that we ended up booking it twice during our recent trip to Seoul—and we’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Pros:

Great Location: The hotel is perfectly situated with plenty of buses nearby to take you around town. It’s tucked away from the busiest streets, so you can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep without late-night noise, yet it’s still close to fun neighborhoods like Seongsu and Apgujeong.

Spacious Rooms: We stayed in a twin room and really appreciated the extra space, especially on our last day when we needed to pack all our shopping finds.

Thoughtful Service: After check-out, the staff kindly stored our suitcases since we had a late flight. The cozy lobby on Level 1 was also a lifesaver—it gave us a comfortable and private space to freshen up and do some last-minute repacking before heading to the airport.

Overall, this hotel made our Seoul trip so much more enjoyable. Convenient, comfortable, and welcoming—we can’t wait to book our next stay here!

The hotel is nice and clean. The AC unit worked very well. Considering we stayed in June, this was a big deal for us. The staff were also helpful when we needed to store our luggage after checking out.

The location is good, but you do have to walk 15-20mins to get to the main cafe and shopping area. That wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you want to walk out and immediately be greeted with shops & things to do then you might be disappointed. However, it was easy to get picked up and dropped off via Taxi. If you value comfort and cleanliness over convenience then this is the place for you.

Nice view. Clean and modern facility. Good location. Safe wasn’t working when we first arrive but that was quickly resolved. The toilet flushes fine but the other bidet functions were not functioning at all. (Not a necessity.) The workout area was very basic. All in all a 4/5.

Had a great stay!

I stayed here for about 10 nights and it was really nice. The staff are so kind and the view from my room was incredible. It’s about a 10 min walk from the subway but a nice walk anyway! Only thing I’d say is some of the furniture in my room was chipped so a repaint would have been nice. Apart from that I’ll stay here again.

This was my second visit to this hotel. I was impressed by staff kindness on my first visit 6 month ago and they did not let me down this time either.

Lots of fine dinings around the area (walkable) and hotel location was great. It is also much quieter than Gangnam station area where I used to stay.

Room was also very spacious compared to other business hotels in the area.

I would definately recommend this hotel for your visit in Seoul

The dining around the area was great.
Apgujung Rodeo is walkable distance.
Staff was very friendly and beyond my expectations.

Only down side of the hotel was breakfast. They had small section of all you can eat salad bar and they have only 4 choices for the breakfast main menu. It could be better if they had a full all you can eat breakfast.

Overall, it was great stay and I will come back here for my next business trip.

The location was excellent for transportations, especially, the Airport Bus station was right in front of Entra Hotel!
I was able to use Coin-Laundry (located nearby) everyday, which was another great convenient options. Although, the only one concern that I had an issue with Cleaning Service ( probably from the other company). It was really depends on who cleans the room on that day. I want to see the consistency of excellent services (esp. cleaning) for overall in my next visit. Thank you so Much, I really enjoy the stay.

Hotel Entra was located next to high end shopping and bus stops. However, there weren’t any close subway stations. The room was clean however the toilet was oddly not connected to the restroom. The regular shower head was positioned in a way that was inconvenient and the rain shower water pressure was just okay. The hair dryer had lint to the point unusable.

Amazing hotel! At a great location! Plenty of resturants around the hotel with good food.
I’m so glad the Gs25 and Paris baguette was just a short walk from hotel. Definitely a life saver for coffee, pastries and snacks.

The room was pretty good. Except the windows are not tinted from outside looking in. I wish it was for privacy and to make use of the tub that’s right in front of the window.

For the price, the hotel was clean and safe. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro station, but it was easy and safe. Lots of good 24-hour places to eat nearby. The front desk staff was perfectly fine and helpful when asked, but could have been warmer. The young woman in the restaurant was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was fine but uninspired and the same few selections every day. *Be aware that the giant windows are lovely but are NOT one-way glass, so you may want to close the curtains once the sun goes down.

The hotel nice, but not as nice as I thought it was going to be especially for a place in Gangnam. The furniture in the room had quite significant signs of wear and tear and overall I was a bit disappointed by the room itself. I had a view of the Han river which was beautiful, but the area itself isn't the most interesting place to stay in Seoul.

Literally the worst

It is a hotel with a service that is less than a guest house. A fire alarm went off on the floor where I stayed, but I couldn't get any guidance from the hotel and there was no staff when I went down the emergency stairs to the front desk to check for safety. They didn't seem to have any fire response manuals and I wasn't sure about my safety. When I asked for ice, I was told to come to the front desk and take it. When I asked for room cleaning, I got an answer that I requested too late. I didn't get a notice from the hotel that I could only get the cleaning if I requested it early. The staff finally offered to clean the room as if they were kind to me. If you want a safe or comfortable stay, I would advise you to consider other hotels because there are many great hotels nearby.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay here. We mainly chose here for the bath tub with the city view and it was so worth it. Make sure to bring some bath bombs with you! The check-in staff was wonderful as he checked us in 1.5 hours early despite their strict check-in policy (my friend that stayed a day after couldn't check in early). I guess we got lucky. The hotel is a little bit of a walk from a subway station but there are closer bus stations. Parking is a little annoying as they have a robotic elevator parking system. You have to wait a while each time you want to get your car. Also, when we were staying the elevator was not working properly. Other than that, the rooms are really nice here and the view is great. The higher floors can also see Han river. I think I had premier king room and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was also spacious. Loved the rainfall shower and a separate toilet room within the bathroom. They also provide robes and slippers so it felt like a luxury experience. Overall, the value for what we paid was excellent and would highly recommend everyone to stay here. I wouldn't mind staying here again for sure.

Beautiful room but has some down sides

Room was absolutely fantastic, amount of space on the corner room is a perk compared to the triangle room with soak tub at window, these should be advertised separately.

Beds are very firm, almost too firm. Pillows are like balloons, could use some work. Also a TV channel list would be a plus!

Staycation in Gangnam

This was my 2nd stay at Entra. I stayed for 3 nights for getting much needed rest. The hotel is small but very modern and clean. It has great amenities in the room (i.e. coffee/tea bar, slippers, toothbrush, sewing kit, hair dryer, robes, etc.). My favorite was the ceiling to wall window; it had electric blinds and black out blinds. I had a great view of the river and traffic below. Another relaxing factor is you can bathe in the tub while watching tv. I was also able to enjoy a buffet breakfast and lunch (NOTE: No dinner available). The only thing I was disappointed with is the room service was suspended for some reason and the menu items were a bit pricey.

The Bathtub facing glass wall and the view is an amazing plus. I was a bit uncomfortable with the Check in process because their system was not reading my card. They don’t have many options, apple pay, or online pay or something digital, just cash or card. So I had to go around town from bank to bank, looking for an ATM just to get cash. They should’ve figured out options for me.

Rooms looks like giant bathrooms. cold, miserable and entirely unwelcoming with no soft furnishings, and slippery cold white tiles everywhere. Gym is a hollowed out guest room with one of those geriatric bicycles and weights that go up to 9kg. That is it!!...Service is lousy and unhelpful, no recommendations for local cuisine, housekeeping won't clean your room after 4pm, and the no service with a smile.

Everything I hoped for

stayed over period from 27th December to 8th January.
Staff are very friendly. Arrived in taxi where friendly staff helped us up to the lobby.
Receptionist was efficient and proficient in English. They were pleasant and friendly.
Overall aura of the hotel was cosy.
The hotel itself and the rooms were modern, chic and clean. Cleaning staff were also very polite and efficient with a daily cleaning service.
I stayed in the premier twin room with my sister. Room was considerably more spacious than I had expected. Our favourite features include: mirror tv in the bathroom, day/night motorised roller blinds and the heated toilet seat (that you may have to turn on everytime you return to your room).
Hotel is conveniently located in Cheongdam. If you are not confident in taking the bus, the subway station is a conveniently located (probably less than 10 minute walk).
For kpop lovers, we accidentally found out that the hotel faces k-star road, where JYP was conveniently located almost just across the road. And the best part was that all the SM buildings were within proximity (THANK GOSH).
Room service is amazing, you must try the tenderloin from the Table Mountain restaurant.
Laundry service was excellent.
The hotel also offers printing services in their basement level.
THe only minor complaint I temporarily had but never rased was that one of the two elevators were down over the new year period for a total of 4 days. But I understand the procedures so it wasn't a problem

My visit to Seoul

The level of cleaning service was a bit slower than what I expected. I had to wait at the business center (it is cold there because it is connected to the outside) waiting for them to finish but even after an hr of waiting they didn't do anything. Just left the cleaning cart at in front of my room door. The room service food is overprice and really not good. But the water pressure was really good since it is the new hotel and I liked it very much. The area has nothing much but they have a lot of tv channels.
