Found bugs in my room. One staff member was quite rude about me asking to move at an annoying time of evening, which I understand his frustration but I think the customer service was lacking a little bit. Other than that, the building was nice, room was good, if you ignored the bug- I think this must be a one-off though!

It’s an old hotel in Gangnam but VERY convenient to airport bus stop n the Metro.
Only complaint was the beds were very hard. A softer mattress or a mattress topper would help.
It was the only 3 single bedder we could find in Gangnam but room was very small.

Bottomline up front: I would stay here again.

First off ALL of the staff and manager were AWESOME. They all provided top notch service. We stayed there during Chuseok, so unfortunately we did not try the cafe downstairs. But the ambience was warm and welcoming. I used to live in Seoul and knew what to expect from Korean hotels. Beds are Korean style, which some westerners may find uncomfortable; I did not.

The staff called cabs for us and took care of all of our needs. Ice is available at front desk (café).

PROS: Cost was great. Staff was exceptional; all spoke good English. Near COEX and Han River exercise path.

CONS: No microwave in room, but you do have a hot water kettle for ramen and Maxim (coffee). (There is a fridge in the room.)

The bed is uncomfortable. It is not a mattress. It is more of a box spring that is supposed to be under the mattress only. It’s hard to sleep. The springs are visible. Moreover, the phone os not working.

Quite bad actually. Super dated, AC worked only on heating mode on a hot day. The area has absolutely no places to eat, except for Starbucks. The sound proofing doesn’t exist at all so you hear the construction outside, traffic and people in other rooms.

My friend and I ended up leaving

The beds were so hard to the point where my friend and I ended up leaving instead of staying out. Also, the bathroom wasn’t that clean, I found stain looking like blood on a toilet button. Lastly, ceiling heater made constant noise which was very distracting.

- The bed was slightly hard and the shower leaked water outside under the door, the soap tray leaked water on the countertop and the towels strongly smelled of chlorine...if you are fine with these, I recommend still staying here. + It is worth it for the current price. Nothing fancy but comfortable. I think the location was pretty good because it was away from the busiest areas of Gangnam and the single room was comfortable with sufficient space to move around and have big bags to pack and unpack.

The rooms were very clean, good size. The front desk staff amazing... went out of their way to help us with transportation , sights, restaurants.... excellent hotel in good and quite location, easy to reach with limousine bus 6006 from Incheon..... No breakfast, but plenty of Cafés in neighbourhood....

I had a very short stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super friendly. Check in was very quick and hassle free. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Since I did not stay for too long I did not have the opportunity use all the facilities. It was in a prime location accessible to subway, buses etc. Coex was about 10 min walk. I would recommend this hotel if you're after a budget to mid-range hotel.

Air conditioner did not work because the hotel would not turn on the main system. Saw a guest complain and leave the hotel due to that. Hope the management of the hotel put themselves in the room and feel how humid and hot the room can become.

Nice cheap hotel in Gangnam

Great location, right by metro entrance and with bus stop 30m from hotel entrance. Bus limousine stop to Incheon airport 200m away. The only annoying thing was no outlets by the bedside wall, so had to charge everything on the opposite end of where the bed is. Will stay again!

I only stayed for 1 Night but was good. Friendly staff. Good for the price. Room was clean and decent. I can't really say much more cuz I arrived for late check in. Then immediately went out to celebrate my birthday. I got drunk on beer and soju then came back around 1am and immediately went to bed. I woke up an hour before checkout next morning.

Hotel conveniently located to Coex. Hotel staff was friendly. Their English wasn't the best but it was definitely functional. They were happy to answer questions,. But that's where the positives end. Housekeeping was non-existent - of my 5 days there, my bed was not made once, my dirty towels were never removed, trash wasn't taken out. On day 4, I finally had enough and called the desk and asked for housekeeping to come while I was there because there were literally bugs crawling out of the floor since the room hadn't been cleaned - they came but again, they didn't make the bed, remove dirty towels, remove the box of old food with the bin, etc - they just brought new shampoo/conditioner and added towels. On some days, I could tell they had never entered my room because the water wasn't replaced.

I survived okay because I wasn't in the room much, but it was really grimy and sleeping with bugs is no fun.

On my 5th day, I needed an extra hour to finish some work and pack up and the receptionist told me they charge 10,000 for each additional hour, but when I reminded her that I had just paid for 5 nights, and one more night wasn't asking much, she gave in.

Overall, decent location and friendly staff but housekeeping/hygiene/cleanliness is very poor.

It was a nice location, but not the nicest hotel. There was no hot water for my shower, I came back one night to a large millipede scurrying around the entrance to my room, there were cobwebs underneath the table in the room, and the first night we were there, the clerk randomly opened the door to our room while we were getting ready for the night (he was supposedly trying to help another guest in the next room and forgot which room was which, but the fact that he barged in without knocking first really unsettled me). We decided to put the chain on the door, but even the chain didn’t quite fit into the slot on the door, so it didn’t do much good.

ホテルの外観はレトロな趣があって素敵でした。ロビーは最低限の広さですが、スタップの方は親切で、感じ良かったです。
部屋は改装されたのか綺麗でした。ただ、ドライヤーをかけてたら、突然部屋の電気が消えてしまって、テレビ側の電気は付いてたんですが、トイレやシャワー、ベット側の電気は消えてしまいました。フロントに伝えたら、すぐに対処してくれて、向かいのトリプルの部屋に変えてもらいました。トラブルにも素早く対応してくれて、その後は快適に過ごせました。特に日本語を話せるスタッフの方には、大変親切にしてもらいました。大通りに面している割には、外の音も気にならず、またホテルのすぐ近くにバス停があり、狎鴎亭ロデオ方面には行きやすかったです。

早朝にチェックアウトしないとフライトが間に合わなかったためフロントにキーを預けようとしたところ不在でメモで「不在　電話番号」という紙が貼ってあった。韓国滞在時の携帯のプランが電話通話ができないプランだったため、電話することもできず、仕方なくメモを残しフロントにキーを置いていった。サイトの案内では２４時間フロント対応と記載されていたが違った。早朝フロント不在ならキーを投函できるBOXなど設置してほしい。それ以外は、とても快適に過ごせました。

駅とバス停から近く、近くにカフェやコンビニも有り便利です。
2回目の利用で前回同様ホテル内のにおいが気になりましたが、分かっていたので窓を開けて空気の入れ換えをしたり、消臭剤を持って行きました。
タオル類は新しいとは言えないので(きちんと洗濯はされています)、気になる方は持参された方が良いと思います。
連泊時タオル交換はしていただけるものの、足拭きマットは交換していただけず湿った状態のものがそのまま置かれていました。
ちなみに使用済みタオルと足拭きマットはまとめて置いていたので、それだけ抜いて残されていました。
シャワーの水圧は十分で、途中ぬるくなることもありません。
心配していた暖房もしっかり効いていて、寒く感じることがなかったです。
チェックアウト時に荷物を預けたのですが、前回とは違いタグに自分の名前を記載した半券を受取、引き取り時はそのタグと交換で荷物を受け取るようになっていたので、その点改善されてよくなったなと思いました。
自分の行動範囲に便利な場所なので、また利用させていただきたいと思います。

着いた時のお部屋は清潔に掃除がされていました。一週間の滞在でしたがシーツ交換は無し。床は一日おきのようでしたがフローリングで髪などが目立つ為毎日して欲しい。お風呂マットの置き忘れやティッシューの補充がない以外フロントは日本語を話せるスタッフもいてコンビニや地下鉄、バス停も近くにあり便利でした。

スタッフの方々は皆日本語ができてとても親切でした。お水も毎日補充していただき足りない場合はフロントでいただけたのですごく助かりました。
6日間滞在したなかでフェイスタオルが交換されてなかったり足拭きマットが無かったり、カップが洗えてなかったりとか清掃が行き届いてない時がありました。
ハンガーをかける場所がすごく高いのとトイレットペーパーの位置が後ろで取りにかったです。
湯船がなく、ベットが小さめなのでお部屋は大きいキャリーをふたつ並べても余裕があるくらい広々としてました。
全体的にみて駅近で低価格なのでまた利用したいと思います。

Hospedagem perfeita para quem precisa ir ao Coex. Fui muito bem atendida na recepção , todos são muito gentis. A reposição de itens como shampoo e sabonete é realizada por demanda, não há desperdício de materiais. Diariamente são colocadas garrafas de água na geladeira, assim como um sachê de café e um chá.

チェックイン前にスーツケースを預け出掛けたのですが、帰ってきてチェックインをしようとした時にフロントに誰もおらず、荷物はカウンターの隣に誰でもそのまま持っていけるような置き方をされており不安になりました。
扉がある所の中に置いておいてくれるか、必ずフロントに人が居る状態であってほしいです。

騒音→口コミにあったような週末の夜はうるさくて眠れないということはなく、うるさいと感じることは全くなかったです。

立地→24時間のコンビニも近くにあり、地下鉄最寄駅の地上に上がったところからもバス停からもとても近くて便利でした。

シャワー→トイレとシャワーの境目に段差がないので、気を付けて使用しないとトイレまで水浸しになります。
シャワーの水圧は十分で使用中も温度が変わることはなかったです。
トイレ用のスリッパはありません。
無さそうな気がしたので、シャワーを浴びる時の事を考えてサンダルを持参しました。

アメニティ→シャンプー・リンス・ボディソープはボトルではなく、小さなハンドクリームサイズくらいのものが置かれていたので、ふたりで泊まるのであればボディソープは足らないのではないかと感じました。

タオル類→3泊したのですが、2日目はバスマットがトイレのドアの外に広げた状態で置かれており、交換してもらった新しいものなのか前日使用したものを乾かすために広げて置かれていたのか分からず気持ち悪かったです。(初日は折りたたんだ状態でクローゼットのところにたたんで置かれてました)
3日目はバスマット自体がなかったです。
バスタオルとタオルは洗濯はされているものの、古びた感じでした。

スリッパ→使い捨てのものではなく、状態もかなりボロボロな物でした。
口コミを見ていたので、使い捨てのものを持っていきました。

におい→建物に入った時からにおいが気になりました。
廊下や部屋の中もなんのにおいか分かりませんが気になったので、持って行っていた消臭剤を部屋に入る度にふりまくりました。
気候のいい季節だったので、部屋に居る間はずっと窓を全開にして外気を取り込んでました。

部屋はスーツケースを広げるのに十分な広さがありました。

立地と宿泊料を考えると、マイナス面も仕方ないかなという感じです。
私の行動範囲的には便利だったので、ひとりで泊まるのであればまた利用させていただくかもしれませんが、2人以上で泊まるなら他を探すと思います。

部屋は清潔で心地よかったです。地下鉄の駅も近く、コンビニも近くにあって便利でした。
ただ、海外のホテルではよくあることですがバスタブはなく、シャワールームとトイレの間に扉はあるのですが床に段差がなく、
扉の下が1cmほど空いているのでどうシャワーを使ってもトイレ側の床もびしょびしょになってしまうのが慣れませんでした。
また、そのトイレと部屋の間のドアに鍵がなく、ドアと壁の間も隙間が1cmほど空いていてほぼ衝立で仕切っているだけのような感覚でした。
私は娘と2人で利用しましたがそれでもトイレと部屋の境がほぼ衝立だけ状態なのは少し抵抗があったので、友人同士などだったら余計に気になるのではないかと思います。

투숙 전에 청결 관련 부정적인 후기를 보아서 조금 걱정했습니다. 묵어보니 청소 상태가 완벽하진 않지만, 거슬릴 정도는 아닙니다. 이불 속지에 머리카락이 몇 가닥 있었고, 화장실 타일 사이에 곰팡이/물때가 조금 있었습니다.
소음/방음 문제는 없었습니다. 지하에 주점이 있지만 스피커 울림(둥둥) 소리 약간 외에는 잘 안 들려요. 이마저도 티비 보면 안 들리는 정도입니다.
그리고 외출하는 사이에 청소를 해주십니다. 안내 없는 서프라이즈 청소여서 조금 당황스러웠지만 그래도 신경써주시는 것 같아 좋았습니다.

近くにコンビニや地下鉄、空港行きのバスがありとても過ごしやすかったです。
シャワーの水圧も良く、シャンプーコンディショナーボディソープは無くなったらフロントで貰えます。
歯磨きの準備もあり快適でした。

イベント会場に比較的近いため利用しました。お部屋の壁が薄いせいか、廊下の声や周囲の音が気になりました。また、シャワーの水がやや洗面の方に漏れます。素泊まりするには、バス停も近いですし、スタバなどカフェも多く便利な立地だと思います。お掃除のレベルがやや微妙ですが、お掃除されているアジュンマはとても気さくな感じの方でした。フロントのスタッフの中には日本語がとても上手な方もいらっしゃいます。

駅出口から近いがコンビニなどお店が少ない。
シャワールームの換気口から大きな異常音がしていた。あまりにうるさく寝れそうにないので部屋を替えてもらった。
日本語が通じるスタッフが一人だけいて、とても親切だった。

호텔 입구에 들어서자 마자 쾌쾌한 냄새가 나서 기분이 좋지 않았다. 환기가 잘 안된 느낌이고, 모텔에서 나는 냄새가 나서 기분이 좋지 않았다.

Parfait à tous les égards 😊 😁
Accueil, propriétaires adorables et personnel au top y compris le week-end !
Spacieux, sdb nickel, café/eau/savon/shampoing/brosse/dentifrice etcetc à volonté.
Situation juste idéale, bus devant l'hôtel (métro à 2 minutes) et direct pour toutes les destinations majeures, K-Star road à deux pas, Coex à 10 minutes à pieds, Han river juste à coté ...
Bref exceptionnel pour le prix avec cette situation

本当にありがとうございました。

部屋も広くて綺麗だし、全くの不満は無いです。日本語が通じないのは残念でした。

COEXからは微妙に遠いです。徒歩だと20分以上かかるかも。

COEXでの展示会に参加する為に宿泊しました。
距離感があまり分からなくて予約しましたが
徒歩だと微妙に遠くて20分以上かかるかもしれません。
最寄りの地下鉄の駅も微妙に遠いです。
なので、ホテルからCOEXまではバスで通勤しました。
バスだと3バス停位で近いし、料金も一律で安くて
バスの本数も多いので便利です。
仁川空港からのホテル行きの移動は
空港からのリムジンバスで移動しました。
帰りもCOEX近くの都心空港バスターミナルから
空港へ移動しました。

建物は少し古いですが、寝る分には何も不自由ないです。
ホテルのスタッフは日本語を話せるスタッフも
いて、対応も良かったです。
ホテルは良かったのですが、COEXでのイベント等で
宿泊先を探しているんでしたら、もう少し近くの
徒歩圏内でも少し値段を上げれば宿泊できるところはあります。
地下鉄の駅に近いほうが断然、移動は便利です。
