It was a very pleasant stay. The Sunday breakfast was amazing, but the one from the day before was good, but not with the variety offered.

Situated high up in the mountainsides of teresopolis this hotel offers an outstanding experience. With individual chalets, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, log fires along with an endless list list of extras all inclusive in the price this 5 star hotel needs to be see to be believed. With very affordable rates this has to be recommended to all. My sister and I enjoyed the ambiance for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The food is excellent and plentiful and the staff so accommodating. Many of the staff understand English and the manager speaks perfect English. This hotel is worth a detour from your itinerary.

Decepção. A cama estava com a mola quebrada na parte do meio, o atendimento foi sofrível, pois enviei mensagem às 11h, antes de chegar, e só me responderam 18h, após reiterar mensagem. Televisor sem funcionar Netflix, por exemplo.Quecedor com ar-condicionado barulhento.O café da manhã é razoável, porém começam a retirar tudo um pouco antes do término. O quarto é bem simples. Passamos 4 dias incríveis na Urikana! Ficamos num chalé master, que era muito espaçoso, limpeza bem adequada, roupa de cama excelente e hidromassagem perfeita. Senti falta mesmo de um espelho de corpo inteiro (dado o nível da pousada e acomodação deveria ter) e uma lixeirinha no quarto (chato ter só a do banheiro). Achamos o atendimento na recepção fraco, não sabem informações básicas sobre pontos turísticos. O ponto alto da pousada é o restaurante, com pratos elaborados e deliciosos. Nota 10 para os dois garçons, sempre muito atenciosos e educados, junto com o chef, nos proporcionaram jantares perfeitos.

Este hotel é ótimo. Era justamente o que precisa. Um momento tranquilo para repousar. Este hotel fica isolado, em um lugar lindo, no meio do mato. Tem uma ótima estrutura, com piscina, sala de jogos, lugar para repousar e tudo mais. O quarto não tem nem como descrever de tão perfeito. O quarto que alugamos tinha banheiro com hidromassagem, lareira, varanda, uma cama gigante, além de ser bem amplo.
