This was my first time in Korea, so I had high expectations. I am grateful to all the staff, both the reception staff and the cleaning staff, who took care of every detail to make my stay so pleasant. The hotel's location is perfect; there are shopping malls and the subway line nearby, as well as restaurants and cafes that are open early in the morning. The room and its cleanliness were perfect. I recommend the hotel 100% and will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Korea.

The first day we had an issue with our door not locking on our way out. We had plans and were heading out when we noticed the door not locking. We had to wait for someone to come and fix it. The third night there was an issue with the door light sensor and the light was on all night. Finally, there’s always a long wait to use the elevator between the use of hotel guests and hotel staff.

The only my comments is AC. The room very warm but if I open the windows is noisy outside. So as a guest we should have flexibility to change the control either use AC or warm air.

When arrived around 1 pm, they kindly let us check into the room. The hotel is conveniently located next to COEX. The room is clean and the house keeper is friendly and very kind and polite.

This was the best place to stay, everything that you need is at your door step - 7/11 next door, places to eat, shopping malls all interconnected to each other, train station at a walkable distance and the city airport limousine terminal (CALT) is across the road.
I stayed here at Hotel Peyto Samseong for 10 days and 9 nights. The front desk were prompt and responsive with my queries via email. The room cleaners are friendly even when there is a language barrier between people if you're not good at conversing in Korean. The timing to check-in from 3pm was perfect from Incheon Int'l Airport to this location, allowing me to freshen up and start exploring. I didn't opt for daily room cleaning, ended up using the \"make up room\" half way through my stay though.
There was one cold night and the AC defaulted at 27 degs which made it too warm so I switched it off and opened the window instead. There were also a few light rainy days as well during the first few days of my stay so I bought an umbrella which I left at the end of my stay for another person to use if they needed. It was a last minute decision not to pack my own umbrella despite checking the weather forecast beforehand. All the abandoned umbrellas can be placed in a communal bucket and re-purposed for use by others for the rainy season. It will save visitors having to buy one or take it home in their luggage.

It was a last minute decision not to pack my own umbrella despite checking the weather forecast beforehand. All the abandoned umbrellas can be placed in a communal bucket and re-purposed for use by others for the rainy season. It will save visitors having to buy one or take it home in their luggage.

It is so basic, no breakfast or toothpaste. I asked for late checkout, and they charged me. The service is not good, they didn't extend my room key for the late checkout and I was locked outside.
Also, the cleaning lady kept bothering me in the morning when I left the room at 9am, which is not even the checkout time which is at noon. She kept coming over and asked if I was checking out already, and delayed me while I was in a hurry to head to the conference. I will probably not stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff all spoke english and were helpful with all my questions. I had to extend my stay two more nights due to a cancelled flight and the staff were very accommodating. They also helped me navigate the airport limo bus back to the airport on my last day. The hotel itself is also close to Coex mall, the metro, and several bus stops. Room was clean and housekeeping was very friendly and kind. The only downside of my stay is that I am always warm but was unable to adjust the temperature to a lower temperature for some reason. Not a huge deal as it was cold out during my stay and I was able to open the window in my room to let in the breeze and fresh air.

Great location, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Subway and bus stations were not even 5 minutes away. Room was cleaned every day, fresh towels, slippers and water replenished. We stayed in March and it was a little warm, but you can’t turn on the AC in your room. We asked front desk and they said heaters were still in use and the only thing we can do is to open our room window. It was not enough, we were hot and we were not able to sleep well throughout the night. Not to mention having to hear the sounds of traffic and people below. Even from the 11th floor, we could still hear the noises.

The employee working at the front desk on May 12, 2024 at 10pm ruined my stay at this hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and this was the first time I had issues with the coin laundry. He was the employee on duty at the time and he was very aggressive and rude, telling me that it was my fault for the malfunctioning machine! He was yelling at me and making a scene in the hallway where all the other guests could hear. Absolutely unprofessional and staff clearly needs more customer service training. I left with my clothes still wet from the broken laundry machine and no apology from him or any other hotel staff for the inconvenience. I had originally extended my stay at this hotel but ended up canceling my reservation early due to this situation. Will not be returning again.

Hardest part for us was the central heating as it was set to 27.5 degrees on heater perpetually and we were told you can’t turn on the AC as it is central heating for the whole hotel.
