I was sharing a room with my colleague and the room is way too small. There's no proper storage and going straight to your room to a sink is weird to me. If you're sharing a room, the bathroom privacy is an issue. There's no separation between the bathroom area and the beds.

The in-room dining options are very limited. Late night dining isn’t really an option so we had to walk two blocks to the 24 hr McDonalds because we didn’t want a sit down restaurant or pocha after a long flight. There are some pocha open late and other places but you have to walk further.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it has a good breakfast (comparatively to what I've seen in other hotels in Seoul). Otherwise, the rooms are pretty small and dated, the neighborhood is just one big intersection with very limited dining and shopping options within reasonable walking distance. Furthermore, the toilet door has an opening above to the room so there is really very little privacy. Would not recommend.

Room was very small and noisy due to traffic (ear plugs were provided that helped). Minimal standard service on offer: no room service, bar closed, kitchen closes early due to “COVID”, which didn’t seem to make much sense when the kitchen was fully open for breakfast and lunch.

Hotel is okay as a 3 star hotel so don't expect the hotel to be above and beyond what it presents itself to be. The service however is impeccable and was definitely above and beyond. There was a specific male and female that gave amazing service and I wish I could remember their names. I think the guy was Kevin but I can't remember the girl's name for my life. Based on service alone, I recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking for a decent 3.5 star hotel. The hotel rooms are a 3/5 but the service is 5/5!

But I kept waking up middle of the night around 2-3 am due to racing on Dosandaero main street. Even our floor was on 21st, the sound was pretty loud. Just be aware.

Excellent location and service

I would give a 100 if i could! The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I had wanted to try some Korean fried chicken but having no local phone number I was unable to place an online order. Long story short, the front desk staff called a nearby store and helped me make a pick up order. The cleaning team was considerate and supplies new towels and bottled water everyday. The hotel had excellent access to public transit and other amenities. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms. Not much signs of wear and tear. Proper insulated rooms whick keep the warmth during winter without continued heating with air conditioner. Plenty of outlets and in wall USB ports and a 110V port for those who forgot that Korea uses 220V. Great location.

Although the amenities were closed and the late night room service was unavailable, the room was quite comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location is also convenient, nearby shopping and good restaurants.

It is located in the middle of Gangnam, specially close to Garosu-gil where there are a lot of things to do or eat. The room condition was also great. Even though it was a hot weather, the room was well-dried which made us so cozy and fresh. I really enjoyed the stay.
